Abstract: To diagnosis vibration signals of micro motor in several different fault types a method based on wavelet packet energy spectrum is presented, the energy on each Sub-frequency band, which are Calculated by Wavelet packet decomposition and reconstruction algorithm, are used to normalization process.Under both circumstances of normal working and unmoral working of mechanical equipment, there exist evident differences among the Sub-frequency band energy after the decomposition of wavelet packet, which energy contains a wealth of micro motor running status information and the eigenvectors is structured by the Sub-frequency band energy spectrum can establish energy and Fault mapping relationship. The preliminary experimental results show that it is effective to use the wavelet packet-energy spectrum in micro motor fault diagnosis .

Abstract: In this paper, the abnormal sound of bearing pad engine signal was studied. As the car engine signal is nonlinear and non-stationary, Hilbert-Huang transform method diagnosis the normal and bearing pad abnormal sound engine signal was used. Hilbert spectrum and time-frequency distribution 3-d map was got. Through these we knew normal engine signal frequency was 210 Hz, the abnormal sound of bearing pad engine signal frequency mainly concentrated in the 500 Hz, 1500 Hz and 2700 Hz. The results showed that the cause of abnormal sound was bearing pad wear. Sound signal was used in this experiment, it was easy to get, and the HHT analysis can separate cause abnormal sound of the high frequency component from the abnormal sound signal. From analysis of it, the abnormal sound reasons can find easily. It provides a new simple and effective method to the abnormal sound of bearing pad fault diagnosis.

Abstract: Considering the whole life cycle of fish processing industry, a complex cleaner production (CP) evaluation indicator system is established by applying the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), including a target layer, a criteria layer with 7 indexes and an indicator layer with 26 indexes. The system contains both quantitative and qualitative indicators, which can help enterprises to evaluate their CP level and find CP potential for improving the environmental performance.

Abstract: The Cleaner Production Audit was introduced into China along with the concept of Cleaner Production, The review the production process of the sewage Cleaner Production audit is the enterprise-level operating specific procedures, and the first step of the cleaner production audit is verification audit key. The present stage determination verification key main utilization weight sum total scoring rank order method, this method the verification subjective influence, the audit quality is not been easily easy to control. The AHP-Fuzzy as one of system analysis methods is very good at deal with the insufficiencies atonement weight sum total scoring rank order method, had been used widely in many domains of systems engineering. This topic by determination cleaner production audit key of Wuhan Intepower CO., LTD, establishes seven construction section level models. The basic analysis steps are targeting, identifying problems, to establish the hierarchy of the system, structure comparison matrix, for single-level sorting and consistency check, for hierarchy of the consistency test. It makes policy recommendations according to sequencing results.

Abstract: Float glass production line of a company, for example, cleaner production audit analysis. For glass production process, the the process sewage node and pollutants governance status quo, analysis of the clean production levels of the glass production process on the basis of material balance, and found the opportunity of clean production, float glass production, energy conservation, energy, pollution reduction and efficiency as a starting point, the glass production process cleaner production.

Abstract: The objective of this research was to compare enhanced coagulation with anion exchange for removal of natural organic matter (NOM) and bromide. Treatment with a magnetic ion exchange resin (MIEX) was the primary focus of this study. The performance of the magnetic ion exchange resin,MIEX, in the treatment of raw water was investigated. MIEX can effectively remove UV-absorbing substances DOC. The removal of organic substances is accompanied by the elimination of other undesirable components, such as nitrogen and phosphorus. The optimal process parameters are at resin doses of 5-10 mL L1and contact time of 10-15 min, as determined via jartests. Based on this study, MIEX treatment is a suitable and efficient pretreatment method for the removal of extra dissolved organic matters and nitrates in raw water .

The Application of Clean Development Mechanism as a Driver for Renewable Energy Projects in Malaysia
Abstract: The issue of climate change has long been attributed to the extensive amount of carbon emission through the utilization of fossil fuel as our primary energy source. As this source reaches depletion, the search for alternative and renewable energy options has received much attention on a global scale. The two-pronged approach of renewable energy projects reducing global greenhouse gas emissions through substitution of fossil fuels and prolonging the lifespan of non-renewable energyis deemed as the key to our endeavour for sustainable development. The Clean Development Mechanism under the Kyoto Protocol can act as a tool to provide the financial and technological thrust necessary for effective implementation of renewable energy projects in developing nations. Malaysia, in all its potential, currently utilizes less than 1% of its potential renewable energy capacity despite its recent political and economical advancements in this respect. This paper will assess the untapped potential of renewable energy and status of the CDM in Malaysia, and discuss how the CDM can act as a driver for renewable energy projects in developing nations including Malaysia.

Abstract: Dredging is the available method to clarify eutrophic lake water for some engineers in recent years. This engineering may cause at least two negative influences on water environment, (a) pollution by dredging would occur during the operation, and (b) long-term effect degrade with some lake become dirty subsequently. Changes of the concentration of TP after the engineering of dredging are the focus in this paper. The content of total carbon (TC) and total nitrogen (TN) change at the same time for different original concentration of TP. Five grade original concentration of TP was simulated and the changing law was presented with the process of duration (D) and the change of temperature (T) as the independent variables. The results indicated that the concentration of TP decreased almost to 50% of their original ones respectively. But the changes of concentrations of TN and TC abide by the distinguished rule.

Abstract: When the impoundment of the Three Gorges Reservoir begins, the water level rises, and the water flow rate slows down, thus the residence time of bay and tributary pollutant extends, and the water environment changes significantly, resulting in different degrees of cyanobacteria outbreak in each spring. Numerous studies show that nutrient concentrations in mainstream is relatively higher than in tributary, so stratified density current of mainstreams and tributaries has played a key role on Bay eutrophication. In order to investigate the exchange process of mainstreams and tributaries, set boundary conditions according to the observed data, and then simulate Xiangxi estuary three-dimensional hydrodynamic characteristics by using Flow-3D software, which can simulate it well. The model theoretically confirms that the intrusion density current phenomenon does exist in typical tributaries, and the simulation results show that near the estuary region, there is a big diversity in the temperature field and the flow field along the transverse distribution, but when the estuary distance increases, the flow field in the cross section, except for a small area near the riverbank, tends to be in a mean state along the transverse distribution.

Abstract: After the impoundment of large reservoirs, the cut-off wall, originally built into the bedrock to cope with the immersion effects, can block the river backwater zone and minimize the risk of the consequential submergence. However, it also hinders the groundwater at the reservoir bank from flowing into the river, resulting in some sort of waterlogging disasters and causing some impact on the crops and buildings alongshore. This paper mainly focuses on the following three factors, i.e. the water table of the backwater zone, the rising height of capillary water and the characteristics of infiltration and evaporation. All of them are the most straightforward factors of the waterlogging of a reservoir. To tackle the issue, the paper has proposed a solution that combines the relief wells and drainage channels on the basis of the numerical simulation methods.
