Abstract: Being aimed at the increasing environmental problems of Poyang Lake, and mastering the changes of Poyang Lake water information timely, the parameter model of Poyang lake water information has been formed based on ENVI/IDL programming algorithm and the high-frequency MODIS data, and the Poyang Lake water information real-time monitoring system has been established in order to obtain the water information monitoring data of the Poyang Lake quickly and timely. The platform satisfied the personalized requirements needs for all trades and professions on the internet by publishing online with web technology.

Abstract: With the fast development of computer multimedia technology, space technology, visualization technology, digital geomatics technology and computer graphics technology, using three-dimensional GIS technology to realize virtual visualization scene become reality. Three-dimensional GIS had already been applied to a lot of fields, such as country resource management, urban planning, public security system, electric power telecom branch. The paper had paid great attention to the popular three-dimensional GIS technology which had been in progress studying nowadays. It has summarized the research content and developed condition of current three-dimensional GIS and expatiates on the comprehensive application foreground of three-dimensional GIS. It had discussed and studied the three-dimensional GIS modeling method and the key visualization technology which based on OpenGL. It designed and realized a three-dimensional GIS simulation system. The paper had done the main studies as follows: (1) 3D GIS modeling theory and method had been discussed in this paper, and the paper had realized 3D modeling based on 3dsmax become reality; (2) It had designed and realized a three-dimensional GIS simulation system based on visualization technology which based on OpenGL.

Abstract: Soil moisture is of great significance for regional resources and environments. The combination of land surface temperature (Ts) and vegetation index (VI) is appropriate for monitoring the regional surface soil moisture status. In this study, we employed HJ-1B CCD/IRS images, DEM and land use types to obtain the information about soil moisture for Minhou county in FuZhou. Firstly, TVDI reflected the soil moisture status was analyzed with in-situ soil moisture measurements based on two kinds of different vegetation indexes (NDVI/EVI). Secondly, the relationship between TVDI and DEM was analyzed. Finally, the soil moisture status of each land use type was explored combined with the main land use types of study area. Research findings indicate that: (1) TVDI can effectively reflect the spatial pattern of soil moisture and Ts/EVI has a higher accuracy than Ts/NDVI; (2) the spatial distribution of soil moisture is obviously affected by the altitude; (3) there exists correlationship between soil moisture and land use types in study area.

Abstract: The history data contains large spatial-temporal information. Based on the spatialtemporal analysis function of GIS and set the temple as the example, this paper makes research on the geographic distribution of the temples of the sui and tang dynasty, finds out that the spatial distribution is changed from north to south, from west to east in Jiangxi province, points out the relationship between the natural environment and the broadcast of the Buddhism by adding the information like the roads and rivers. At the same time, it also provides a new thought on the using GIS technology in the research of the humanity science.

Abstract: In recent years, the research about land utilization changing already became one of the research about global changing's key topics, the land utilization classification, as its sub-topic, also attract men's high attention. Remote Sensing (RS) and the Geographic Information System (GIS) as the two big spatial technology tool to support modern geography, their union arouses people's universal interest and research. Because the remote sensing information has the advantage of covering wide area, timeliness and current situation, quick speed, short cycle and reliable accurate as well as time-saving, effort-saving, low status merit expense, it is widely used in the land resource and land utilization situation investigation at present, land utilization change monitor and so on. This paper discusses land utilization classification based on remote sensing technology. Taking the Xinjiang Kulja county bureau department area remote sensing images as the basic information, and using ERDAS IMAGINE, this paper discusses non-supervised classification and supervised classification methods. The results show that remote sensing technology applies to land utilization situation and land classification, which has reference value.

Abstract: Aimed to assess spatial pattern of coastline in Liaoning province. Series satellite remote sensing images obtained in 1990 and 2010 were employed to survey coastline integrated field surveying in Liaoning province. Some spatial index were established to describe coastline spatial characteristics by geographical information system, individually. The result as follow: remote sensing images integrated geographical information system are useful tools for coastline surveying. Spatial index based on geographical information system suitable to assess coastline spatial pattern. In last 20 years, length of coastline in Liaoning province increased and its tortuosity ascend. The increment is 30% in some regions, such as Jinzhou and Panjin. The common use type of coastline is fishing and port. Exploitation of coastline cause length of artificial coastline (dams, bulwark, eg) grow up, while natural coastline, such as rock coastline, sandy coastline and muddy coastline compressed. The total exploitation extensity boast in last20 years in Liaoning province.

Abstract: Beijing has experienced a rapid urban sprawl over the past three decades, along with accelerated socio-economic development. This study investigated the change patterns and figured out the driving forces of urban expansion in the study area. To obtain urban class, decision tree classification techniques were used to identify the land cover types using four scenes of Landsat images from four periods of 1978-era, 1992-era, 2000-era and 2010-era. Then, the urban areas were identified by excluding water, agriculture, forest, grassland and bare land. The analysis results showed that: 1) urban construction land had been expanded very quickly and the urban area is mainly in the south-central part of the municipality; 2) the urban area increased by 96284.97 ha and the ratio was 5.88%; and 3) population growth, economic development, urban construction and industrial structure adjustment could explain the expansion. These analysis results can provide significant information on the monitoring and management of sustainable urban development.

Abstract: On the basis of investigating the business requirement of municipal infrastructure projects management in Jinan City, we designed the Municipal Infrastructure Projects Management and Decision-making Support System. It includes the scheme of the overall system architecture model, data organization and functional design. By the use of ESRI's ComGIS platform and a variety of thematic model components, we realize visualization expediently in the management of municipal infrastructure projects, it also provides spatial analysis and projects evaluation model, which makes management and decision-making of municipal infrastructure projects more scientific, efficient and accurate.

Abstract: By using the technologies of remote sensing and geographical information system, use the source protection zones of Songhuaba 1982,1986,1992,1996,2001,2006,2010 LANDSAT TM remote sensing image for interpretation; analyze the reasons of land use change in this area. From the results: The water district garden and woodland are the main types of land. As the human, natural and other factors driving, unused land, residential areas, the grass have reduced. Some unreasonable land use structure in the protected areas, also cause the land use types are constantly changing and increasingly serious soil and water loss.

Abstract: Through the surface temperature (SST), sea chlorophyll and ocean current data got by satellite remote sensing inversion technology, and the statistic of fishing boat in the North Pacific from 2006 to 2011, this paper analyzes the relationship of marine environment and squid fishing fisheries fluctuate in North Pacific Ocean. It is determined that the sea surface temperature scope of high squid fisheries is 10~22°C, and the appropriate temperature is 18~20°C. The chlorophyll density of squid fish is approximately 0.02~0.40mg/m3.The frequency is the highest when the chlorophyll density is between 0.08~0.24 mg/m3. GAM module analysis indicates that neon flying squid the relation of the entertainment factor and north feeding migration every June to August and South action every October to November has different features. There is a positive correlation between SST and neon flying squid catch while north feeding migration. It is a negative correlation while going south. And there is a good correspondence between the distribution of chlorophyll and the distribution of the fish catch of core fishery. Fish catch doesn`t has great change as with longitude, but it correspond well with the latitude.
