Abstract: Combination the time characteristics with the spatial features of geographical spatial entity, it is the foundation of dynamic reflection in the world of objective reality. The correlation method of spatial-temporal data is studied with three data types, including point, line, and polygon, by analyzing the changes types and characteristics of multi-temporal spatial data, mining the data correlation information in different periods using the overlay method, and establishing corresponding relationship among objects in different periods with unique identifier. And the experiment is taken based on the land use data of two periods, the correlation is established to the data of two periods, and the simple object tracking query is implemented.

Abstract: According to the research on development and regularity of landslides in mountainous area and its formation mechanism, the geological hazard forecasting and early warning models are discussed on the basis of the survey and evaluation method of landslide hazard risk.Relying on the ArcGIS development platform, the geological disaster information management and forecast system is developed based on the data acquisition system,data sharing and publishing system and data management and analysis and assessment system.The management system and software architecture of the system are introduced.Principles of geological disaster forewarning and early warning processes are described detailed.In a word,the geological status can be evaluated dynamically and make it possible to allow us to response rapidly and manage scientificly.

Abstract: This paper chooses Shanghai Hangzhou Bay north shore as the study area, to analyze the change of landscape pattern from 1994 to 2007, the data adopts 1994 aerial image and remote sensing image with 5m resolution of 2003 and 2007, land is divided into 11 types: urban land, rural land, factory, farm land, undeveloped land, beach, forest, water, fish ponds, road and railway. FragState3.0 is used to select Class Area (CA), Percentage of Landscape (PLAND), Number of Patches (NP), Patch density (PD), Patch Richness (PR), Shannons Diversity Index (SHDI), Shannons Evenness Index (SHEI) and Dominance (D) to analyze the landscape pattern, the research results reveal that: (1) The law of landscape change in Hangzhou Bay during urbanization process is: water and farmland is converted to undeveloped land at first, thereafter the most part of undeveloped land is converted to factory, the dominant landscape is farmland and its CA change also is the most significant from 44.88% to 34.61% with variation amplitude of 10.27%; (2) From 1994 to 2007, except rural and farmland landscape, the NP of other landscapes increased to varying degrees, fragmentation have increased; (3) Landscape-level indices rise steadily, the SHDI values are relatively high, and all show rising trend; SHEI value is close to 1, indicating the various landscape types is evenly distributed.

Abstract: A large number of old coal mine, such as Xinglongzhuang coal mine, made a great contribution to local economic development and national construction. But, serious mining collapsing was caused also, and local people's livelihood has been affected seriously. The mining collapsing could be identified on remote sensing images by some characteristics. There were 4 period remote sensing data, which was acquired respectively in June 2009, April 2010, June 2011 and July 2012, and field investigation were applied in this articles to study these mining collapsing. The research suggests that the mining collapsing could be divided into the aged type, the middle aged type and the young type. There is a suggestion that, the monitoring and prevention works should be strengthened.

Abstract: For the lacks of a shortwave infrared (SWIR) band, aerosol optical depth (AOD) retrieval by HJ-1 A/B CCD datasets is limited obviously. This article simulated the relationships of surface reflectance between HJ-1 CCD blue band and MODIS SWIR channel using typical object spectra from ASTER spectral library. A new surface reflectance determining model at HJ-1 CCD blue band was constructed by introducing MODIS SWIR channel as support, and was used in HJ-1 A/B CCD aerosol optical depth retrieval. The validation using AERONET ground measurements indicated that the proposed aerosol retrieval method has preferable accuracy and stability.

Abstract: Based on the MODIS data from 2000 to 2012 and the water level data of the Poyang Lake, this paper extracted the water area of the Poyang Lake and got the long time seasonal changing characteristics of the water area and analyzed the relationship between the water level and the water area with the use of the historical water level data of the Poyang Lake. The results provide scientific basis for the building of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone and the researching of the seasonal change of water resource.

Abstract: To cope with the practical deficiency in the management of vulnerable environmental target, this work aims at designing a vulnerable environmental target information management system was designed based on the technology of ArcGIS Engine and .NET. Three function modules were designed. They are basic environmental information module, information entrance module and information auditing& searching module. The system was applied in Dalian Municipality, China.

Abstract: We developed an approach to assess urban land use changes that incorporates socio-economic and environmental factors with multinomial logistic model, remote sensing data and GIS, and to quantify the impact of macro variables on land use of urban areas for the years 1990, 2000 and 2010 in Binhai New Area, China. The Markov transition matrix was designed to integrate with multinomial logistic model to illustrate and visualize the predicted land use surface. The multinomial logistic model was evaluated by means of Likelihood ratio test and Pseudo R-Square and showed a relatively good simulation. The prediction map of 2010 showed accurate rates 78.54%, 57.25% and 70.38%, respectively.

Abstract: A block adaptive scalar-vector quantization (BASVQ) algorithm is put forward in this paper, namely, scalar quantization is applied when data blocks satisfy Gaussian distribution while vector quantization is applied when doesnt satisfy. The experiments demonstrate that the performance of BASVQ algorithm surpasses that of BAQ algorithm. The BASVQ algorithm has practical value in some degree.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of the storage and transportation working functions in large oil and gas storage tank areas, based on the analysis of equipments leakages, fires, explosion and other disaster scenes and accidents evolution model in the tank areas, the effect factors of the tanks area fire risk were studied. Combined with the analysis of key equipments and process fittings failure probabilities and tank fire-fighting equipments effectiveness, the fire and explosion accidents forecast analysis methods based on the dynamic monitoring technology were put forward. Through the analysis of the critical temperature, pressure, liquid level, gas concentration and other state parameters of the oil and gas storage tank equipments failure, using the advanced information technologies (GIS geographic information system, RS remote sensing and telemetry systems, etc.) and remote singles monitor technologies, the status parameters of dangerous materials and process equipments can be carried out with real time measurement and monitoring.
