Abstract: Nowadays massive CO2 emissions has become a serious environmental problem in the world, low carbon consumption has increasingly influenced on the economic development. This paper states the problems in the development of residential communities from three aspects: government, developers and planners at low-carbon situation in China, It also explores the specific strategies of planning and design for residential communities from six aspects: site selection, space layout, road transportation, landscape, public service facilities and architectural design from planners angle to achieve low carbon. As a pilot investigation, authors wish to provide a theoretical basis for the relevant research and practice of the low-carbon development of residential communities.

Abstract: To achieve a new round of economic growth at this stage, it is impossible for cities to continue to resource-based and dependent development model. Based on intellectual capital and creativity, creative industries are of particular importance to the road to city sustainable development. This paper analyzes the creative industries in the following roles - changing the model of economic growth, optimizing industrial structure, innovation and economic operation system, upgrading the overall competitiveness of the region. View of this article is that the development of creative industries has gone beyond its significance as a new industry format of the industry level, is the realization of a new round of growth and development by leaps and bounds in an effective way.

Abstract: There are clear differences in the relationship between changes in cultivated land use and economic development in different regions. Based on statistical data, we analyzed the characteristics of changes in cultivated land, the influence of regional difference of economic development level for cultivated land resources in Suzhou and Wuhu of Anhui Province from 1991 to 2011 in this paper. At the same time, we quantitatively analyzed relationship between cultivated land and economic development and compared the consumption of cultivated land per unit of GDP for two regions. Results show that: with the economic development, cultivated land area has decreased in all, which cultivated land area change slowly in the beginning and the end and speed in middle during the research period. The area of occupied cultivated land decreased due to increasing GDP continuously with economic development, but at different rates in the two regions. Suzhou City pay cultivated land resources for per unit economic growth far more than Wuhu City, but this phenomenon eased because of attention to intensive development, late.

Abstract: Ecological environment protection becomes another important task of land consolidation and rehabilitation plan except increasing the quantity and improving the quality of cultivated land. Based on the analysis of ecological land situation in Huairou, ecological risk assessment system was constructed to classify 3 ecological risk levels. Southern plain belongs to high ecological risk area, central hilly area belongs to medium ecological risk area and northern mountainous area belongs to low ecological risk area. According to the results, construct ecological network with a multistage structuremultiple cores, ecological corridors and substrate. 2 nature reserves and 3 reservoirs are established as primary cores and 22 natural scenic spots as secondary cores, 2 roads are established as primary corridors, another 14 roads and 8 rivers as secondary corridors, and rural roads as third corridors, farmland and forest land are established as the main substrate. Ecological network construction provides a new idea for county land consolidation and rehabilitation plan.

Abstract: Estimation on land intensive utilization potential provided decision support for the development zone expansion and upgrading audit. Development zone land intensive utilization potential mainly included the expansion potential, the structural potential, the strength potential and the management potential, in addition, the content of the four potential were analyzed. According to the content of the potential, it was measured that the expansion potential, the structure potential, the strength potential, the management potential of land intensive utilization and the years for land exploiting in Tangshan High-tech industrial development zone. The estimation results show that the land intensive utilization potential was mainly represented by its strength potential and expansion potential. Based on the above studies, the practical policy recommendations were proposed.

Abstract: 5·12" Wenchuan earthquake resulted in a large number of secondary mountain disasters, serious damage to ecological environment and cultural landscapes. By building evaluation index system of residential environment, the paper compares to residential environment before and after Wenchuan earthquake in Weizhou town.

Abstract: After elaborating the connotation of construction of the new type of rural communities and their sustainable development, and according to these goals, this paper puts forward persistent requirements about sustainable development of construction of the new type of rural communities, i.e. determining the function orientation, enhancing investment, attentions to scientific rationality of planning and construction; attentions to comprehensive utilization of resources; giving full use of farmers as the main role and promotion of cultural integration in community construction.

Abstract: In recent years, the land resource ecological problems become more and more serious. And the study on ecological security of land resources becomes the frontier problems on Sustainable Utilization of land resources. Based on P-S-R model, this paper built the land resource ecological security index system. And it studyed the land resource ecological security status of Chongqing city from 2001 to 2010.The results showed that land resources ecological security situation of Chongqing city has been improved in recent ten years, but the security situation is still not optimistic. It needs further take effective measures and improve the land resources ecological condition.

Abstract: The relative carrying capacity of resources methods was used to calculate the relative carrying capacity of land resources, the relative carrying capacity of economic resources and carrying capacity of integrated resource of Inner Mongolia during 1978-2008. Study shows that: carrying capacity of integrated resource of Inner Mongolia is surplus, overloading population between-15.22 to-32.38 million, land resources is the main capacity resources of Inner Mongolia during the last 30 years. The main causes for the sustainable development status in Inner Mongolia is the wide land and small population, but considering lots of land in Inner mongolia can not be cultured, such as desert and gobi, and that economic foundation of Inner Mongolia is still weak, so Inner Mongolia should speed up economic development, enhance the carrying capacity of economic resources.

Abstract: After nearly 20 years of development, agricultural S&T parks in Beijing have become an important carrier and the leading force for the metropolitan modern agriculture development in the capital, and an important model for the modern agriculture development in metropolis. But in the process of the agricultural S&T parks development, low park productivity, insufficient regional integrated development and sustainable development fatigue widely exist. Under the construction of "World City with Chinese Characteristics" and "Humanistic, S&T and Green Beijing", agricultural S&T parks are facing higher development requirements, and it has become a very urgent need to innovatively transform the model of agricultural S&T parks development from "introduction-demonstration-popularization" to "innovation-service-combination of the two". In this paper, based on the scientific analysis of the current situation of agricultural S&T parks in Beijing and the objective analysis of the environmental conditions, by applying such theoretic approaches as strategic analysis, value analysis, knowledge network and so on, the author proposes the innovative development model for agricultural S&T parks in Beijing, including path model of "integration of urban and rural development" at regional level, business model of "three-chain integration" at park operation level and the profitability model of "knowledge creation" at enterprise level. Thees innovative models are of great significance to the sustainable development of agricultural S&T parks in Beijing and other metropolis.
