Silver Co-Doping Effect on the Antimony Doped Tin Dioxide Electrode

Abstract:

In the present research, silver antimony co-doped tin dioxide electrodes were prepared via dip-coating pyrolysis method. The effect of silver doping on the composition, morphology, crystallization and electrochemical properties was investigated through various techniques such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that with proper silver doping, the electrode activity for wastewater treatment may be enhanced.
