Abstract: Cu (In, Ga)Se2 (CIGS) thin film was prepared by ion beam sputtering Cu, In, Se and evaporating Ga elements continuously on BK7 glass substrate and the 4-layer film was then annealed at 400 oC for 1h in the same vacuum chamber. The CIGS thin film is single-phase with chalcopyrite structure and has a preferential (112) orientation. Its elemental composition approaches the stochiometric composition ratio of 1:0.7:0.3:2 and it consists of densely packed grain clusters. An energy band gap of about 1.30 eV and an absorption coefficient of 105 cm-1 are obtained. Thus, an optimization of the fabrication for CIGS thin films was achieved.

Abstract: The friction and wear properties of the overbased calcium sulfonate complex grease and polyurea grease were evaluated using an Optimol SRV reciprocating friction and wear tester under the boundary lubrication conditions. The morphologies of the worn surfaces of the AISI 52100 steel discs were observed using a scanning electron microscope (SEM). In addition, the elemental compositions and chemical states of several typical elements on the worn surfaces of the AISI 52100 steel discs were examined by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results show that the overbased calcium sulfonate complex greases and polyurea grease have stable friction coefficients as low as 0.10-0.11. The calcium sulfonate complex grease has better wear resistance properties than polyurea grease, polyurea grease has better reducing friction properties than calcium sulfonate complex grease, According to the XPS analyses, it is considered that the formation of tribochemical films led to lower friction coefficient and high wear resistance.

Abstract: The section quality of sheet metal is influenced greatly by technological parameters during the blanking process, and it is valuable to research them. Base on the current trends and development of the sheet metal blanking, the technological parameters which influence the cutting face quality of blanking are introduced in detail, including blank holder force, Jacking force, mould structure and geometrical parameters, elastic medium, blanking speed, etc. The result shows that sheet metal cutting face quality of blanking can be improve effectively by reasonable parameters.

Abstract: The post-annealing effects on the surface morphological changes of undoped and Al-doped ZnO (ZnO:Al) thin films deposited by atomic layer deposition (ALD) were investigated. The as-grown films were deposited by ALD at growth temperature of 200°C and also, post-annealing of the samples was accomplished at 300°C for 1 h under nitrogen atmosphere. The X-ray diffraction of the films was monitored to study the crystallinity of the films according to post-anneal. The field emission-scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy were conducted to observe the surface morphological changes and measure the root-mean-square roughness of the films in order to analysis the post-annealing effects on the surface roughness of the films.

Abstract: Blends of recycled LDPE and LDPE were prepared by the twin-screw extruder at different ratios. Recycled LDPE was used as matrix in this work, LDPE was used to improve the properties of RLDPE. Thermal and rheological properties of the blends were carefully evaluated and compared with pure LDPE. DSC measurements indicates that the RLDPE/LDPE blends are miscible in the crystalline phase and LDPE can increase the crystallization of the blends. Rheological analysis shows that virgin LDPE will promote the normal flow of RLDPE and improve the mobility of chain segments in flow. Consequently, the rheological and processing properties of the blends have improved compared to RLDPE. The blends show potential applications in high-value products.

Abstract: t is introduced about the characteristics, structure and application of refrigerator for vaccine transportation. From the test of thermophysical properties of cool storage material in cold closet using for vaccine transportation and the insulation performance of cold closet with different cool storage materials, it turned out that the thermophysical properties of the novel cool storage material is similar to the imported; the insulation performance of cold closet with the novel cool storage material is slightly less than the imported. Since this novel cool storage material can keep the temperature within 8°C for more than 80h, which totally satisfies the request of domestic vaccine transportation, it's worthy of promotion.

Abstract: s: A research study has been undertaken to develop the fundamentals of a method for the direct dissolution of platinum group metals (PGMs). At room temperature and pressures, the reaction between sodium cyanide and platinum group metals (PGMs) does not occur because of poor kinetics. However, at elevated temperatures between 120-180 °C, PGMs can be leached by sodium cyanide like the reaction of gold. In this work, the dissolution of Palladium and Platinum powder were measured in pressure clear cyanide solution. The cyanide leaching reaction mechanism is also discussed. The data at different cyanide concentrations, different temperature and different oxygen pressure are obtained. The dissolution rate off metal Palladium and Platinum powder were found to be a function of the cyanide and oxygen level.

Abstract: Polypropylene (PP) film was used as coating to improve the hydrophobicity of corrosive aluminum surface. A micro-porous film with compound nanoparticles was obtained on the aluminum alloy substrate using the corrosion method and coated PP. The water contact angle (WCA) of superhydrophobic surface is 157°. The superhydrophobic property is attributed to this special surface morphology and low surface energy PP. Aggregated nanoparticles would help to increase the surface hydrophobicity.
