Abstract: This paper focused on UM2000 signal spectrum estimation using MUSIC algorithm. Because of the limitation of data window length, traditional frequency discrimination methods fail to meet the requirement of high frequency resolution. In this paper, the influence of SNR on MUSIC spectrum estimation is analyzed and MDL (minimum description length) principle is used to determine the dimension of the signal. Simulation results based on several other modern spectral estimation methods are also presented and compared with that of MUSIC method, from which the superiority of MUSIC method is verified.

Abstract: A belt conveyor is a kind of major equipment to carry loose materiel and is widely used in industries such as mine port, metallurgy, etc. for its numerous advantages. But Because of the influence of belt itself and outside factor, the accident that the belt is cut off often appears, which make a grate threat for safe production. Gives detail introduction to several types of broken belt protectors used in home, analyzes its working principle and advantages and disadvantages, provide certain reference for the user choice.

Abstract: It is so valuable that models merging of Delaunay triangulation are used widely in many applications. This paper researches the algorithm of models merging for Delaunay triangulation. A method for obtaining merged intersection lines and a algorithm for searching fast triangles in the extent of merging intersection lines are proposed, and whole process of models merging are expatiated detailedly. The algorithm is tested in experiments, and the result of experiment shows that this algorithm is very efficient.

Abstract: This paper first presents an analytical model for investigating the vibration performance of a thin curved laminated piezoelectric beam with variable curvatures and transverse sections. This kind of beam is widely used for the MEMS piezoelectric vibration energy harvester. The curved thin beam theory with bisymmetric section, here rectangular section used, is employed to explore the bending and twisting coupling vibration characteristics. In order to study the vibration properties with concentrated load, the effects of the tip proof mass isnt used. The paper also shows that the adoption of ANSYS software to carry out the MEMS piezoelectric vibration energy harvesters numerical simulation can improve the efficiency of the harvester designing and manufacturing consumedly. The results showed that the maximum voltage at the resonant point was increasing while the initial curvature radius increasing. On the other hand, the voltage difference of the inner edge and the outer edge was very small because the matrix layer was PDMS with very small stiffness and density.

Abstract: An automated design approach for combined mechanical system is presented in this paper. The mechanical system can be generated by combining mechanical units, in particularly, generate alternate mechanism concepts. Beginning with kinematic functions as the input and output of mechanism unit, which are presented as the input and output vectors. And then, equations are defined according to the input and output functional characteristic vectors. Meanwhile, the functional transition can also be established by motion relationship between the inputs and the outputs of combined system. And then, the combination models (series and parallel combined patterns) are provided from the different combination patterns. Additionally, the properties of the different combination are intensively researched and the decomposition rules. By manipulating the matrices and the vectors, a given task can be decomposed into sub-functions. An example is given to show the application of the concept.

Abstract: The paper is focused on vibration diagnostics and its relation to rotating parts of mechanical devices installed in hydroelectric plants for small catchment areas. Its aim is to point out the importance of monitoring of rotating parts condition in hydraulic turbines, the application of different methods and new techniques to the diagnostics of operating conditions and the examination of various parameters of generated vibrations. The research includes a design of measurements required to the overall diagnostics of the monitored Kaplan water turbine. Based on the acquired data, conclusions, expectations and benefits have been drawn for both science and the public sector.

Abstract: High pressure jet grouting pile has been widely used in engineering application, with the increase of depth, demand for construction machinery will increase, also the difficulty of the construction quality control. Through the deep soft soil area in southeast coastal areas in fujian actual engineering example, we have improved ultra-deep Yet Grouting Pile machinery to meet the construction requirements.

Abstract: As to a large variety of the speed ratios of the odometer gear installed on every kind of transmission assembly, the cutting tools of different kinds have also increased, resulting in a sharp increase of the production costs. This paper puts forward an effective method based on the optimization design of the odometer driving gear in order to improve the production efficiency of the odometer gear and then to reduce the cost of production, which has theoretical significance value to some extent for the dynamics optimization design of the odometer gear pair.

Abstract: The crude oil pipeline from MoHe to DaQing (hereafter called Mo-Da pipeline) is part of China-Russia oil pipeline. Mo-Da pipeline is the first pipeline that through high latitude cold regions of China. The pipeline is in so complicated geography environment that many kinds of permafrost hazard are easily to happen including frost heave, thaw settlement, slope instabilities, and collapse and so on. The pipeline and the permafrost act and react upon one another. On one hand, soil frost heave and thaw settlement can produce extra stresses on pipe walls, which may result in centralized stresses and plastic deformations under certain conditions, even causes pipeline faults. On the other hand, buried pipeline will disturb ambient environment and then degrade the permafrost soil and finally impact safety of the pipeline. This paper mainly introduces the permafrost hazards of Mo-Da pipeline and demonstrates some methods for monitoring the influence of permafrost.

Abstract: Putting forward a kind of flexible electroplating method based on the fission type vertical plating bath, A new type of gravitation electro-galvanizing testing apparatus was developed. This paper expatiate the design thought of the testing apparatus, and introduces the design principle and constituent as well as the technological process. Using the device, the author completed various plating of gravity test under different parameters, and verified the integrity and reliability of the device. This testing apparatus consists mainly of zinc dissolving, fluid mixing, electroplating and cleaning. Mechanical configuration of this apparatus is gather together, Control system is credibility, Technologic target is advanced, Work pieces install and remove is convenience. The parameters of solution speed, solution temperature, solution concentration, and the distance of negative and positive node are controllable and adjustable. This apparatus support accurate and reliable method for enterprise in developing new product, diagnosing product defect and optimizing process.
