Abstract: Environment-friendly wild jujube takes core machine is proposed in the current serious water pollution situation. At the time of take jujube core, the jujube core and jujube meat is difficult to separate. So, it needs to use a lot of water to flush the jujube meat. The wastewater, which contains jujube meat, brings great pollution to the environment. To solve this problem, the existing jujube core extraction technology is analyses firstly. Then a new project of jujube take core machine is proposed in this paper. This new project can separate the jujube core and the jujube meat in the same machine. The detailed structure calculation and kinematics analysis of the new machine key components, such as the broken device and the separate device, were done on the computer. Finally, according to the design result, using the software Pro/ENGINEER, the prototype machine was designed and manufactured, then test lots of times. The experiment proved that the machine can effectively reduce water consumption and the volume of sewage to achieve the purpose of environment protection.

Abstract: t was shown recently that the conclusion of the non-existence of perpetual motion machines (PMM) is based on a sound yet incomplete proof. The implication of this result is that whether or not we can construct a PMM is still unknown. This result directly challenges mainstream scientists long times belief: It is impossible to construct a PMM. Traditionally, mainstream scientists use laws of thermodynamics to conclude the non-existence of perpetual motion machines. We believe that mainstream scientists still pin their faith on their belief unless a workable PMM can be constructed. Conventional definition of PMM is very subjective. Under this kind of definition, it is very hard to construct a PMM. We need an objective definition of PMM to start with. In this paper, we will clarify the theory of PMM. Then, we will propose a revised version of definition of PMM. Clarifying the related theory will help us to tackle the PMM problem in the right direction. The revised definition of PMM will provide us useful guidelines to construct a workable PMM.

Abstract: This paper research the features of green packaging design, and the priority sequence and principles to follow during product design process. Taking the whole product life cycle into consideration , the research endeavors to make the actual product packaging design process, from raw material selection, the production, use, recovery of packaging materials, to waste processing, meet the requirements of environmental protection and human health, so that the rate of reusing waste packaging materials could be greatly increased, and the direct or indirect environmental pollution will be reduced or even eliminated after the packaging materials are abandoned.

Abstract: According to the practical requirements of tin-based brazing technology in micro-metal weld, a new type of micro-heater based on thin Pt-100 film aiming to heat a tiny metal support block in a limited space is introduced in this paper. The simulation shows that Pt-100 micro-heater could totally meet the demands. And the performances of micro-heater devices have been tested under thermal property experiments.

Abstract: In order to give scientific and rational targeted support design of the roadway under the different rock conditions, ensure the safety of the roadway, and reduce support costs. By theoretical analysis, establishing the roadway hidden dangers grading mechanical model, proposing the method of tunnel fall hidden dangersclassification, on this basis, giving adaptive evaluation through existing branch of engineering analogy, loose circle test method, the theoretical calculations, numerical simulation methods supporting design methods, determining the theoretical calculation method based on the roadway roof stability classification for the design of bolt (Cable) support of roadway,giving the formula of roadway support parameters parameter quantitative. The same time, the research based on tunnel fall hidden dangers grading and the parameters design method of supporting, givingroof support parameter design examples of different surrounding rock level conditions anddifferent support mode.

Abstract: A ring cavity multiwavelength Brillouin erbium-doped optical fiber laser (EDFL)based on the stimulated brillouin scattering effects and linear gain mechanism of erbium-doped fiber was demonstrated, in which single mode fiber was used as Brillouin gain medium and the Stokes signal was amplified by using the erbium-doped fiber amplifier, so that the laser can produce a stable multi-wavelength output at room temperature. Through the study and analysis of the position of the circular and coupler and the access mode of the coupler, we found that they both had influence on the output of the brillouin-erbium fiber laser. Then we have done some experiments at the Brillouin pump power of 14 dBm and the 980 nm pump power of 23 dBm, and single mode fiber length of 10km. The results showed that the access mode of the coupler affects the output of the brillouin-erbium fiber laser obviously. The detailed test results and the corresponding explanation were given.

Abstract: In this paper, 3-DOF finite element model for galloping has been built on the basis of form-finding analysis. Fitting formula about aerodynamic parameters has been obtained by wind tunnel test. With the combination of finite element model and aerodynamic parameter, a simulation model of single bundle on 3-span was built. And the response of ice-coating transmission line was calculated with different span, initial attack angle, wind speed, suspension insulator length and initial tension. With the comparison of the calculated results, span, initial attack angle, wind speed and initial tension have direct effect on galloping amplitude, order of the galloping, load on suspension insulator and tension on the midpoint of span. On the contrary, suspension insulator length doesnt have obvious effect on galloping.

Abstract: The cylinder head is one of the most important and complex parts in the internal combustion engine. In this paper, in view of three-dimensional finite element applications covered in the cylinder head, it mainly discusses the development trend both at home and abroad from the cylinder head finite element model establishment, cylinder head boundary conditions determination and cylinder head finite element computation, which application of three-dimensional finite element in study of cylinder head on temperature field simulation, the stress analysis, the machinery load and hot load, as well as the coupling analysis of multi-physical fields and multi-parts.
