Abstract: An intelligent recognition system of driver type suitable for different drivers was studied in this paper,and the driving style recognition based on BP neural network classifier structure was designed to make different types of shift schedules to adapt to different drivers.The intelligent recognition of driver type was verified by simulation.The rusults showed that the intelligent recognition based on BP neural network classifier structure had good adaptive ability,which could meet the requirements of different types of drivers.

Abstract: By the use of UG software,the solid model of the interior decoration board inside the automobile door was created and the molding behavior of the plastic product was simulated and analysis in the virtue of Moldflow.Based on the analysis of the effect of the mould parameter on the molding behavior ,the best gate location was achieved.We designed the L9(33) orthogonal experiment table of the parts injection molding,selected the mold temperature, melt temperature, injection pressure as the factores .Sink mark index, volume shrinkage, maximumwarping deformation and cavity residual stress are determined as the parts quality evaluation. We completed the orthogonal experiment and the range analyses of the results. We analyzed the influence of process parameters on evaluation of every optimal direction,developed evaluation for comprehensive quality of parts. Finally, we get the table showing the tendency on the assessment of the quality index influenced by various factors, which provides a foundation for the approaching research on the parameters of the injection molding process.

Abstract: Target tracking with multiple radars is more efficient than tracking with one radar. In this paper, a multi-radar tracking system is proposed even when targets are occluded at radars. Observations from all radars are composed, then, Probability Hypothesis Density (PHD) filter is used to estimate the multi-target state and the number at each time step. PHD particle filter implementation is used to perform the proposed method consisting of multiple mameuvering targets.

Abstract: In order to facilitate the general works fine welding operations, improve efficiency, and will not be ordinary dimmer welding mask designed to be stepless variable optical mask. Manually inserted variable optical mask based on three design methods eyepiece round, open welding vision, and the production method is simple, after the reform of the mask can be stepless dimmer. Cost, almost no maintenance cost, worth promoting. This restructuring of the mask is purely mechanical, without the use of power, battery, more energy saving and environmental protection.

Abstract: Three maintenance structures of avionics were investigated in the article, including centralized intermediated repair concept, three-level maintenance structure, and the two-level maintenance structure. Both the advantages and disadvantages of these three maintenance structures were fully discussed, especially the potential in civil UAS maintenance. The investigation result shows that the two-level maintenance structure is the best choice for the civil unmanned aircraft maintenance at present. Key technologies of the two-level maintenance structure used for civil UAS were also discussed in this article. The advisements were given in these discussions.

Abstract: Determining how to strikingly and environmentally reduce the accident rate on roads in the snow weather, and ensure the traffic flow and safety in the icy district has become a tough issue nowadays. In the context, this article analyzed the series of current research results on different deicing techniques, and presents a new method which combines the thermal water-jet cutting with mechanical-milling deicing technique. It also introduces the structure and working principle of this device, together with the practicality design. The experiments indicate that this device can perform well in deicing work, environmentally friendly and satisfy to the requirements of design.

Abstract: CAE analysis on engine hood is conducted under five common working conditions in this paper. Considering lightweight material application status at present, three material substitution plans are determined. To make full use of material properties, draw up size optimization scheme based on volume target and displacement and frequency constraints. Determine the optimum thickness by conducting size optimization on engine hood with optimization tool-Optistruct, so as to realize lightweight design.Based on the introduction of a evaluation method for lightweight scheme selection based on overall satisfaction and taking the factors of weight, cost and performance into consideration, at last, determine the best lightweight scheme.

Abstract: Based on the parallelism of actual assembly sequence, a unified algorithm -"Optimal order reference set" is proposed for assembly performance membership degree calculation. An evaluation index system is established according to the requirements of practical assembly process. By using analytic hierarchy process for comprehensive evaluation of indexes, concrete application steps are verified through an example of a worm gear subassembly. Practical application shows that the new method satisfied the requirements of the integrity of index system and the parallelism of practical assembly sequence.
