Abstract: Mine ventilation parameters wireless tester which is based on ZigBee technology is proposed and designed according to the deficiencies of conventional ventilation resistance test method and mine ventilation resistance testing principle. The instrument is capable of simultaneously measuring between a certain range of two points of the temperature, humidity and barometric pressure in the roadway. And it can transmit test data by wireless to the main instrument. At the same time, the main instrument would display and storage the date for post-processing. The development of sensor technology,electronics and information technology and wireless communication technology make developing high-precision mine ventilation parameter analyzer for mine ventilation resistance test to be a reality.

Abstract: Visual simulation technology is still playing an important role in the robot design and research field. This article establishes a robot palletizing simulation system visualization based on VisualC++ and OpenGL programming tool. This system synthetically evaluates the man-machine interface, the robot three-dimensional modeling and environmental modeling. In addition, modeling of robot is divided into two parts static modeling and kinematic modeling. Finally, for the purpose of the robot movement trajectory and collision avoidance behavior in the palletizing system, it provides numerous theoretical and practical bases.

Abstract: The feature of marine pump and its development in our country and the foreign were studied in the paper.However, because of their special structure, the long axis of pumps with guide vane exist poor performance, shaft fracture and severe vibration problems generally. So how to improve the performance and the reliability of the shaft are currently important research directions.

Abstract: With the increase demand for product diversity, the best way is to shorten design cycle of product and improve design efficiency. This paper presents an assembly design method of product by means of the use of Solid Edge ST4 3D synchronous modeling technology. In this paper, an industrial manipulator was studied as an example, which was used to account for the design process of assembly design based on synchronous technology and the characteristic of this design method. In the process of design, intelligent assembly technology, top-down assembly technology and synchronous assembly technology are combined with the design of industrial manipulator. The results show that this assembly design method is more convenience to modify design model, can greatly improve design efficiency and accuracy and reduce the iterative design process of similar model, thus greatly improve the product quality.

Abstract: Recently, the Gas Insulated Station (GIS), small floor area ,convenient maintenance and good security ,is applied more and more extensively, but it becomes difficult to calibrate the error of measuring voltage transformer in main circuit on GIS with the application. According to the regulations, high voltage must be imposed on high voltage incoming line bushing in the high voltage test to voltage transformer. However, primary test circuit is long because of the long distance between the high voltage incoming line bushing and the tested voltage transformer, which makes the loop impedance large, so the measuring veracity is affected. In this paper, the Finite Element Method (FEM) is used to determine calculation model of each element on GIS station combined with 110kV station called rocket base in new coastal region, then Electromagnetic Transient Program (EMTP) is used to design the calculation model of the GIS station. The influence of test error of voltage transformer the primary test circuit causes is analyzed in theory. The experiment that the voltage imposed on low voltage side is used to measure the error of high voltage side is made to verify accuracy of the method in this paper.

Abstract: The fuel consumption of the integrated piston-plunger pump was studied through experiments. The integrated piston-plunger pump integrated piston engine and plunger pump technology as a whole, makes use of piston linear motion to drive plunger output water pressure energy. The optimal fuel consumption working zone and economic curve were obtained compared with piston engine driving plunger pump. The fuel consumption in total working conditions is lower than piston engine driving plunger pump by 11~40.88%. The same fuel consumption level contains wider working condition than piston engine driving plunger pump system. The lowest fuel consumption of the integrated piston-plunger pump in different throttles is between 292g/(kWh) and 420 g/(kWh), and corresponding rotational speed is about 1400 r/min.

Abstract: In this paper, we present an automatic light communication system for vessel. Light communication is a conventional communication mean which has been used in vessel for several years. Light communication has little to do with the surrounding environments. What is more, electromagnetic interference (EMI) has no impact on light communication, which is kernel for military application. Also light communication has a somehow long distance. However, it takes a long time for traditional light communication system to translate even a short message, and most of the work is done by human, some work such as sending and receiving signals must be done by well-trained artificer. Because of some inescapable human reasons, some mismatch signal in the process of sending and receiving may cause some fatal mistake and failure. To avoid the demerit of traditional light communication system, an improved light communication system for vessel is presented. In the proposed light communication system, the sending and receiving process is automatic and controlled by computer, both the communication speed and accuracy is improved, without the loss of merits of traditional light communication system. Some experimental results show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed communication system.

Abstract: According to the requirement of fault diagnosis of wind-driven generator, proposed private solutions of fault diagnosis system for large wind-driven generator, developed signal processing and fault diagnosis software based on LabVIEW, designed and produced a prototype of fault diagnosis system, simulated on the fault diagnosis of simulation test bench, verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the fault diagnosis system.
