Abstract: Gas leak is one of the main reasons of causing accidents in the petrochemical industry. The effective technical means for timely, accuracy monitoring gas leak is imperative for accident prevention. With recent advances in wireless communication and embedded computing technologies, Gas leak monitoring systems (GLMS) incorporated with wireless sensor networks (WSNs) have become practically feasible. A gas leak monitoring scenario of ZigBee WSN incorporated with the GPRS and ultrasonic gas leak detection (UGLD) is proposed to provide continuous, timely and reliable monitoring and analysis of gas leak parameters for increased sensitivity and specificity. The hardware and software development platform of GLMS is also presented. With its low power, flexible and compact design, the gas leak monitoring system provides a versatile environment for installation, maintaining.

Abstract: Due to the high mobility, a wide range of monitoring, air mobile platform-based vehicle detection and tracking system is becoming core of the investigation and the monitoring. Self-motion of the camera and external interference caused by the low-level platform led to instability of the obtained video and affect the correct detection of moving targets and subsequent analysis. For the characteristics for low-level video, an image stabilization algorithm based on SURF combined with normal vector of optical flow is proposed to solve moving vehicle detection low-altitude video. From the experimental results can be seen: (1) compared to other moving vehicle detection methods, the method proposed can get better detection efficiency and detection accuracy; (2) in the complex context, this method can effectively detect moving vehicles. The experiments show that this method has some theoretical and application value of space-based video moving target detection.

Abstract: For partial discharge of transformer ultrasonic detection method exists positioning accuracy problems, the main reason mostly due to the time delay selected error is analyzed, while the main reason for time delay selected error is due to the transformer PD ultrasonic signal propagation which is extremely complex, the signals received by the ultrasonic sensor are the direct wave, non-direct wave and a mixture of all kinds of noise superimposed, so in order to improve positioning accuracy the correct separation of the direct waves time delay is important, this paper proposes a method of transformer PD direct wave ultrasonic signal separation based on independent component analysis (ICA), by a separate analysis of the direct wave signal, non-direct wave signal and noise characteristics of each principal component, the use of ICA to separate from the mixed signal to extract the direct wave signal and select the time delay, simulation and experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of the method.

Abstract: This paper introduces a design about a temperature monitoring system for traditional fermentation process. C Language , C #Socket Communication mechanism combined with wireless sensor network technology and WiFi wireless communication technology, are used for monitoring the temperature changes throughout the fermentation process. The sensor nodes collecte temperature during the fermentation process. First, the aggregated data is collected to a concentrator, then transmitted to the application server via WiFi wireless network. User can use a computer or cell phone to access the Web server for acquisition of the related fermentation temperature data via the Internet. These data can provide the support for further study on how to improve the fermentation yield, shorten the fermentation cycle and reduce the consumption of raw materials.

Abstract: In this paper the application of least squares support vector machine algorithm in fault diagnosis for electrolytic cell, under the four typical characteristics of classifier design such as normal condition, anode tsuga, fluctuations in liquid aluminum and lower polar distance, and comparing with BP neural network approach ,The result shows that this method is better than BP neural network.

Abstract: The VLSI (Very Large Scale Integrated Circuits) technology has developed rapidly in recent years, with a lot of advanced electric products emerging. Placement layout is regarded as the initial step in VLSI physical design. Its quality has a direct effect on the chip area and performance. The rectilinear embedding, which originates from graph theory, is widely employed in VLSI placement. In this paper, we set up a mathematical model for VLSI. Firstly, the issue of VLSI placement was converted to quadrangulation by using rectilinear embedding. Then we provided generating functions for two types of quadrangulations with graph multiple parameters. And the explicit formulae by employing Lagrangian inversion were obtained. Furthermore, we found the relation between outerplanar graph and Hamilton graph, so the counting result of Hamilton quadrangulation was derived. The quadrangulation calculation can be applied to the establishment of a computerized algorithm, which can be widely used for VLSI placement optimization.

Abstract: In the inspection work, inspecting not in time often lead to equipment abnormal and failure. In order to solve the problem, this paper developed an inspection program with the use of RFID technology and a PDA. In order to realize the function of inspection task assignment, equipment information collection, inspection results uploaded and data analysis, a substation inspection management system based on B/S architecture was also designed. Both the inspection program and the management system had been tested in the Yingzhang 220Kv Substation of the Luohe City. The trial operation results conformed to the actual requirements of substation inspection. And the standardized management of the substation inspection could be also realized.

Abstract: This article expound the development process and the basic principles of the extended finite element, In the large commercial software abaqus on the platform of India koyna dam failure process are numerically simulated in earthquake, and koyna dam crack initiation, through ,propagation path analysis. The results show that the earthquake began to crack initiation site often at the large dam slope fold. The study provides a theoretical foundation and scientific basis for the actual engineering improves safety.
