Abstract: Energy and lifetime issues are crucial to the wide applications of wireless sensor networks. This paper proposes a routing protocol, SEHRP (Solar Energy Harvesting Routing Protocol), for solar energy harvesting wireless sensor networks. This protocol classifies all the sensor nodes into various regions for which each region has been assigned its transmission priority, and the data can only be delivered from lower priority regions to higher priority region. SEHRP can also detect the sensor nodes which are under the charging state, then avoid choosing those charging nodes to ensure the successful data delivery. Simulation results show that, compared to the baseline protocol, SEHRP can achieve significant performance improvements in terms of average energy consumption and average data delivery rate.

Abstract: Ticket gate system was one of the key parts of AFC system of digital scenic areas. In order to raise the passing rate of ticket gate system, one kind of access rules based on decision tree classification was provided in this paper. According to the access rules, ticket gate system was divided into 4 areas and each area was equipped with 4 opposite-type laser photoelectric sensors. The system obtained sensors statuses and judged areas statuses using decision tree classification when an object passing the walkway. A comprehensive control command which could drive other apparatus such as voice prompt module and the LCD was given by the system. Structure and hardware of ticket gate system were also provided. Two experiments were conducted for testing the passing rate of the ticket gate system. The results prove that the access rules are effective.

Abstract: Automation strain measurement of the sheet metal deforming becomes one of the important application fields of computer vision. The algorithm of image segmentation based on adaptability threshold was presented for image segmentation of metal steel. In order to validate the proposed method, it is tested and compared with Ostu method and the one-dimensional maximum entropy method. Experiment results indicate that the method is simple and effective, and has an advantage of reservation of the main features of the original image.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of statistic characteristics of target distribution area of the anti-ship missile, three kinds of equivalent calculation model and graphical programming on it were presented. On this condition, some simulation tests on typical situation were carried out and contrastive analysis of the three distribution area of equivalent calculation methods, so as to obtain the applicable situation of each.

Abstract: The index system of coalmine safety management performance evaluation is established, the structure and principle of evaluation method of BP neural network is introduced and the model of performance evaluation based on BP neural network is constructed, in which the input and output parameters as well as the connection weights and domain values of every layer are defined; and based on the matlab6.0 software, it uses internal tool boxes of neural network and sample data to train the neural network that has been constructed and forecast the coalmine safety management performance.

Abstract: Local mean and envelope functions are obtained by moving average method in local mean deocompsition (LMD). If the moving average step length is not suitable, the calculation will be very slow. LMD based on cubic interpolation was proposed, which makes the calculation much faster. To restrain the endpoint effect, the extension model based on the mean generating function was proposed. Analysis results of simulation signal and gear fault data show that the proposed method is effective .

Abstract: Based on the concept of one direction singular rough sets , according to the random characteristics of element transfer, the concept of random one direction singular rough sets is proposed, and the one direction singular rough sets random generation is obtained. Combining the probabilistic characteristics of element transfer, the random characteristics of random one direction singular rough sets are discussed. the definitions of upper and lower boundary are given, and the measure of relative precision is provided. Furthermore, an approximate processing method is also obtained.

Abstract: Missing value of dataset has become a challenging issue in data mining. Although there have been significant efforts to handle it, the methods to deal with missing values in neural networks are undeveloped. This article thus proposes an intelligent method to perform classification and regression in case of missing values. In particular, hybrid genetic algorithms and fast simulated annealing are used to predict them, and their results are further compared. The experimental results give rise to a valuable and deep insight into handling missing values in data mining application.

Abstract: Aiming at the low-frequency performance of the lowfrequency seismic pendulum CMG -3T, we design a data acquisition system can acquire the low-frequency seismic waves, at the same time we accomplish the process of adjusting the CMG-3T. This paper gives designing scheme include the low noise design of the power module, the design of the connector to RS232 which can send command to adjusting the mass of CMG-3T,the design of voltage attenuation network and no-source low-pass filter network of data acquisition system, the last is the design of software for adjusting the CMG-3T.

Abstract: Steel wire rope is extensively used in engineering as a kind of flexible component, it is very important to guarantee the security and reliability of steel wire rope. In this paper, the texture characteristics of steel wire rope, such as smoothness and entropy were extracted based on digital image processing, the external defects in it were detected.
