Abstract: The corrosion behavior of a Cr15 super martensitic stainless steel (Cr15 SMSS) was investigated in NaCl solutions by means of potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Effects of Cl- content, pH value and saturated CO2 on corrosion were sdudied. It was found that the parameters of maintaining passivity current density (ip), the critical pitting potential (Eb) and charge transfer resistance (Rt) of Cr15 SMSS varied widely under different conditions. The corrosion resistance of Cr15 SMSS decrease with increasing Cl- concentration and lowering pH value. Both ip and Eb increase for Cr15 SMSS in CO2-saturated NaCl solution, which verified that the CO2 in NaCl solution can result in lower pitting sensitivity and higher uniform corrosion rate to Cr15 SMSS.

Abstract: The gearbox casings fatigue fracture is one of the most serious forms of failure in the tracked vehicle transmission system. This paper studies the fracture failure mechanism of the gearbox casing of a typical tracked vehicle by the material analysis and structural stress analysis. The results show that, the structure of the stress concentration and the organization defects such as inclusions and porosities in the Casing Material ZL101 cast aluminum alloy are the main reasons for fatigue crack initiation and propagation. This paper made recommendations on how to improve fatigue life of this kind of parts.

Abstract: At present, mechanics properties of composite at home and abroad only include data of the single-layer board. On the basis of researching literature of composite finite element analysis, approaches of setting composite three-dimensional parameters based on the parameters of single-layer material are summarized. By three-dimensional finite element analysis on composite whole cockpit, the impact of uncertain parameters on cockpit analysis results is studied. Adopting maximum stress criteria, maximum strain criteria and Tsai-Wu criteria to evaluate the initial failure of composite whole cockpit, the impact of material uncertain parameters on initial breaking strength prediction of cockpit is studied. The study can provide reference for three-dimensional finite element analysis of composite whole cockpit.

Abstract: Considering the material property of the rock to the dangerous rock mass,the paper Looks the model parameter of AR( 1) model as the status vector, and uses Kalman filter method to analysis the deformation of the dangerous rock mass. The result shows that the method can improve the accuracy of fitting and forecasting of the model.

Abstract: Bonding quality is the key factor that affects the safety of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) structure, so it is a very important research that how to judge the bonding quality. This paper expounded the theory of three methods used in nondestructive testing of CFST, and introduced the combined application of the methods of artificial tapping, ultrasonic testing, and strain analysis in a large simulation test.

Abstract: A new type of PBL shear connector gets more attention with the rapid development of steel-concrete composite structure. The PBL shear connector's static behavior and influence factors thereof are analysed through experiments. The PBL shear connector's force-transmission mechanism is discussed. The conclusions show that the thickness of perforate plate has significant impact of PBL shear connectors design bearing capacity, shear stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity. According to the thickness of perforate plate, the failure mode of PBL shear connector may appear to flexural and shear failure of perforate rebar, shear failure of perforate rebar or shear failure of perforate plate.

Abstract: New Building Materials is a new generation of building materials, new wall materials, insulation materials and decoration materials. Building energy efficiency in the construction of building materials, building construction and use of the process, the use of new materials, the rational design of the thermal performance of the building envelope and improve the operating efficiency of the heating system to reduce energy consumption. The paper presents construction of new energy-saving building materials based on formal concept analysis methods. Experimental results show that the proposed method has high efficiency.

Abstract: Green building materials in the industry is also known as natural building materials, construction materials and environmental health building materials. Green building materials development and utilization are the construction of the following types, one is to save resources, and such as fly ash mixture is to reduce the consumption of natural resources. Wireless sensor network of Zigbee is used for data communication based on sensor networks. The paper proposes research of green building materials and engineering system development based on wireless sensor Zigbee technology. Experimental results show that the proposed technology has high efficiency.
