Abstract: In the field of mechanical automation, intelligent industrial robot technology is an important branch in the research field of robot; it is always the hot spots of the world robot research, and it being used to get the application in the industry today. Robot experiment platform of PLC and motor control technology, it based on the control method used by the robot control system improvements to make it more perfect run more precise, reasonable. In the same time, the man-machine interface state run monitoring, to ensure the normal operation of the system. Improved control method of the improvement of the work efficiency, reduce the work of the workers a duplication degree have a significant effect, and the system control at the scene, especially PLC control has excellent control function and good cost performance .

Abstract: With the rapid development of network technology, communication automation system is widely used. It includes cabling system, broadband network system, mobile phone coverage system, cable and digital communication system. Use of the network is one of the functions of communication automation, and FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is one of the widely used protocols in the Internet. Based on the network platform, people use FTP service to transfer files and share information resources. The paper discusses the construction, working principle and access methods of FTP site. According to the security problems of FTP service, the paper researches on communication automation and proposes the security strategy of FTP technology. Combined with the engineering example, it introduces the concrete steps and methods of setting up FTP server based on server software Serv-U. Using FTP technology, it realizes allocation and rational use of information resources and also constructs a reliable, efficient, unified information platform. The FTP system runs normally.

Abstract: The wire drawing quality fit and unfit quality, mainly rely on the wire drawing production line tension control is good or bad. According to the drawing process has a "lag", "nonlinear" features ,proposed uses the adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm for ensuring a constant tension in the drawing process.Using the fuzzy control online real-time to adjust PID three controlled variable. In the MATLAB simulation, comparing with the conventional PID control to show that the fuzzy PID control of drawing tension system can maintain better constant.Keywords: Fuzzy adaptive PID, MATLAB-Simulink, Tension control, Mechanical automation

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of the existing battery test system, a EV battery test platform with high degree of simulation is designed, based on the upper and lower computer structure after a lot of analysis. The PC software is also compiled, which could simulate the real road status, or to control the battery to discharge with constant current or constant power, by the communication with the lower computer through 485 bus and CAN bus. The corresponding control method to realize the discharging test with constant current is designed, also an interface to Excel which can read the configure information from Excel to realize the simulation of discharging test is designed. There are some curves I got are shown below. Several battery packs test are completed. Also, the improvement of battery test system for electric vehicle will make a great contribution in the field of mechanical automation

Abstract: The popularity of modern education technology has made a great impact on teaching materials. The future of textbooks is doomed to be electronic materials.Based on the analysis of the current situation of college English teaching in China, this paper proposes the application of electronic network teaching materials( ENTM) as a help supplement to the classroom teaching. After exploring the concept and characteristics of ENTM, the author conducts an empirical study to testify learners’ autonomy and their learning effect can be promoted with the help of ENTM.

Abstract: Nowadays, the traditional analog language lab is being replaced by the digital language lab, in which the transfer of data between the network and the terminal is realized through the standard network protocol and the data transmission quality has met the requirements in language training. However, how to utilize present resources and set up standard digital language labs needs more researching. This paper mainly deals with the materials selection and the construction of the digital language lab based on properties of electronic materials, and thus provides reference to set up more efficient and more effective language labs.

Abstract: This paper expounds mechanism of the interact between the vary ionosphere currents and the Earth as a magnetic materials during magnetic storms which create the geoelectromagnetic fields on the Earths surface. Cauchy Distribution model of ionosphere currents above the middle-low latitude area is built for calculation of the fields. In order to predict and evaluate the levels of GIC flowing in technology systems,Complex Image Method (CIM) is applied to calculate geo-electric-magnetic fields on the Earths surface of the middle-low latitude. To test veracity,we compare calculation of the electromagnetic field by Complex Image Method and data measured practically. The good accuracy of CIM here is obtained. i.e,CIM can perform well in Middle-Low latitude area.

Abstract: Lead sulfide solid particles floated from ore are small, hard to concentrate. Thickener flocculation dosing control system is non-linear process control system. This paper studied a mining thickener dewatering control system, with the middle concentration detection technology, PID and the fuzzy control theory research combined, and designed the polymer flocculant dosing fuzzy adaptive PID controller. It completed the simulation study by MATLAB/simulink. The result indicates that this control method responses fast and virtually has no overshoot. It can reduce the flocculant dosing, decrease the overflow density, reach energy conservation emission reduction, and cost saving.
