Abstract: The noise of blower room severity exceeds national standards,which affects normal performance of the new pharmaceutical factory,so it is necessary us to control noise. Based on the measured dates of blowers room, it carries out a noise source analysis and a discus of its noise characteristic in this article, then a controlling approach has found from absorbing noise, excluding noise to blockade sound transmission. When the controlling approach could not meet expect, a supplement program will be designed that vibration isolators will be installed under the basement of electric engine and blower, flexible metal tubes will be installed to isolate vibration spread path. After a set utility controlling approach is implemented, the consequence shows that program not only gains good effects but also caters to more advanced criterion of manufacturers demand.

Abstract: Sound insulation encasing is an effective device for noise reduction. The paper used the electric machine and reductor of oil sucking machine as an example, a controlling approach of installing sound insulation encasing has been found based on a analysis of noise characteristic, at the same time, the effectiveness of sound insulation encasing is analyzed, after establishing finite element models by using sysnoise software, and the deficiency of noise reducing effectiveness in local domain is shown. Effectiveness of noise reducing is better and meets the technical requirement, after amendment design, and this provides some reference to solve practical problem.

Abstract: In this paper, the mechanical automation system of automobile transmission test platform were designed, it has been used to test the performance of the transmission after the automobile transmission is assembled. The working condition of the analogue automobile is achieved by the mechanical automation test platform.

Abstract: In order to provide a theory algorithm and a mechanical automation process for simulation and reconstruction analysis of offset collision accidents, the application limitation of traditional one-dimensional collision dynamics model was summarized, on the basis of analysis. Using the principles of classical mechanics and mechanical automation, the collision dynamics model and movement trajectory model of automobile offset collision were constructed. Using the model above and PC-Crash mechanical automation software, a real accident case was analyzed. The comparative study between the reconstruction analysis results and the vehicle’s traces remained in the accident scene was conducted. The comparative analysis showed that, the turning trajectories of automobiles were consistent with the trajectories remained in the accident scene. The model is suitable for small eccentric offset collision accidents.

Abstract: This article addresses design of ROPS model with energy absorption structure based on dimensions of cross section, characteristics of force and deformation pattern of ROPS. Optimum design parameters have been obtained from optimized analysis of multiple-objective structural crashworthiness of thin-walled straight square tube subject to deformation due to pore defect using a combination of finite element analysis, design of experiment, response surface methodology and generic algorithm.

Abstract: In this paper, we study the mechanical automation with analysis of modeling train collision accident based on stochastic Petri net and propose a model of train collision accident based on the theory of stochastic Petri net (SPN), and verified the validity of the model by testing its soundness. By isomorphic to Markov chain, we also can carry out quantitative analysis of the train collision accident. According to the data extracted froma large number of historical data of the accident statistics, we have carried out a case analysis and discussion, and the results presented in this paper may be useful to the railway safety management.

Abstract: In this paper, we study mechanical automation with analysis of mixed train scheduling problem on the high-speed rail line and present a new simulation approach for solving the mixed train scheduling problem on a high-speed double-track rail line. Based on the discrete-time movement model, we propose control strategies for mixed train movement on a high-speed double-track rail line. Using our proposed method, we can effectively simulate the mixed train schedule on a rail line. The numerical results demonstrate that a proper decrease of the departure intervals can enhance the capacity.

Detection module design of both hardware and software, here focuses on the hardware design. Hardware circuit design using of Echelon's Lon control module. Finally, given the detection effect diagram and achieved good energy saving effect.

Abstract: The exploitation of wind power will improve the energy structure and ease the power shortage, which is an effective approach to solving the world energy crisis. But the wind power generation system was a typical nonlinear system, which was hard to be controlled exactly by traditional controllers and the sliding mode control was proposed, the mathematical models of wind energy conversion system was created, which was combined with mechanical automation and electrical, the sliding mode control strategy was presented, the sliding surface was designed with equivalent controller and switching controller. The model and control strategy was established with MATLAB and the simulation result shows this control system with speed tracking performance, which can effectively implement maximum energy capture.
