Abstract: The development of new materials and components for the development of new materials requires cutting their research in the cutting process. Currently, the increasing technical and economic requirements for the production of components (eg, increased productivity) of machining hard materials to improve the efficiency of cutting process. Finding the causes and define the conditions for efficient cutting process stainless steel is a paper.

Abstract: This paper carry out a kind of defect extraction method .Aiming at the weld image defect extraction accuracy is not high and defect feature selection is undeserved, thus affecting defect recognition rate is not high lead to falsely accused of miscarriage of justice on this condition.Based on image preprocessing to remove noise and strengthen the image, and then the image analysis so as to extract defect finally take defect marking defect feature parameter selection, in order to accurately identify defect.

Abstract: In this paper, the carbonization mechanism in ULCS continuous casting was discussed. It was found after analysis that carbonization was influenced by three points (the contact of powder slag layer and molten steel, the carbon pick up of carbon-rich layer and carbonization in mold). At the same time, some measures were put forward (the use of exothermic cast-on mold powder, the content of the free carbon should be reduced in the mold powder, carbon blacks is used as carbonaceous material, the use of carbon-free mold powder, stabilizing CC operation, adding MnO2 to mold powder, viscosity of mold powder should be enhanced appropriately).

Abstract: The method of plant lactobacillus fermentation was used to get rid of protein and extract chitin of the abandoned shrimp shell. The optimal fermentation technology was studied. The results suggested that the best fermentation process was as follows:fermentation temperature was 38°C, fermentation time was 96 h, glucose quantity concentration was 10%, solid-liquid ratio was 1.0:2.5 (m/v, g: ml), fermentation starting pH was 6.5.Using the optimal tecnology, the chitin yield was up to about 13.5%. This research has remarkable economic benefits and social benefits, and has good application prosptect.

Abstract: A stepper lithography method for thick epitaxy of special-type device was proposed. In this method, a mask with both alignment mark for proximity lithography and identification mark for stepper equipment was designed to solve the problem of precise alignment to patterns before thick-layer epitaxy and stepper lithography after thick-layer epitaxy. Using this method, the accuracy for alignment of patterns before and after thick-layer epitaxy reached 0.5 μm. This pattern alignment method special for thick-layer epitaxy is also applicable for stepper lithography of VDMOS with NBL, super-junction VDMOS, high-voltage complementary bipolar device and high-voltage BCD device.

Abstract: Vinegar trickling fermentation was one of important approach for producing vinegar. But gelatinous membrane usually settled among fillers and caused vinegar fermentation termination after one month continuous fermentation when rice wine was used as vinegar fermentation raw material. After enrichment, isolation, purification and cultivation to the microbe, qualitative analysis and morphological observations were studied to the gelatinous membrane. The results indicated that the membrane formation microbe was Acetobacter xylinum and the main composition of gelatinous membrane was bacterial cellulose (BC). Several methods had been used to control BC formation in the process of vinegar trickling fermentation. The addition of phosphodiesterase can inhibit BC synthesis effectively, but cannot prevent BC formation. BC synthesis can be prevented by adjusting the composition of fermentation broth and the effective ratio of rice wine to diluted ethanol (6%v/v alcohol) was 4:6. The addition of cellulase (0.08%) can not only hydrolyze formatted BC, but also prevented BC synthesis, the final content of total acid was increased and the fermentation period was decreased. The use of cellulase (0.08%) can make the continuous vinegar trickling fermentation sustained at least 6 months.

Abstract: The paper deals with the dependence of mold temperature on its cavity filling time for the production of lightweight profile applying the technology of extrusion into a mold. The introductory part is a brief theoretical analysis of the extrusion technology, viscosity of the melt and the nature of mold tempering. The following parts of this paper deal with the methodology of carrying out of experiments, analysis of the mold cavity filling process and determination of the dependence of mold temperature on its cavity filling time, which have been obtained based on a computer simulation and from a real manufacturing process.

Abstract: Numerical controlled high speed micromachining on desktop machines is known to induce inherently new types of errors and machining issues at micro scale. The sources of these errors are either not known, or difficult to be modeled. Some of these errors are due to the downscaling effect of machine elements to a small micro-machine. This paper attempts to explore key issues proper to micro machines that are different from standard scale NC machine tools. Experimental observations are shown to support the discussion. The knowledge gained from these phenomena is used to nurture the design methodologies of micro-scale machines, to plan a suitable tool path and hence to improve the micromachining quality. This will also ascertain the statement that direct downscaling of current machine tools is worthless.

Abstract: Lightweight aggregate concrete has lower density and lower elasticity modulus, so it has better earthquake resistance. But the low strength limited the application of lightweight concrete. Steel fiber can improve the strength of lightweight aggregate concrete. In this paper, the influences of different lengths of steel fiber on the slump, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and antiflex cracking strength are investigated. The results show that adding steel fiber reduces the workability of the concrete mixture, but it improved the each strength of light weight concrete and different lengths have the different regularity of effects.
