Development and Application on Intelligent Sub-Station of Automatic Production Line Based on the STC12C5A60S2 MCU

Abstract:

Intelligent sub-station based on STC12C5A60S2 MCU is used to substitute intelligent sub-station based on Siemens S7-200PLC. So It not only can achieve all control functions of intelligent sub-station in the original automatic production line, but also have advantages: flexible system composition, high cost-effective, lower initial investment cost and later stage maintenance cost. And it can realize many kinds of intelligent sub-station control form in the automation production line.
