Power Supply System of Complex Based on FPGA Using LTM4601 to Design Efficient DC/DC Voltage Regulator Module

Article Preview

Abstract:

A high performance power supply system was designed to meet the 1.5V power management, and it also provided 40A current for the load of four FPGA.The output power was 60W, the surface mount can effectively improve the efficiency, reduce the heat loss. In addition to providing power performance accurately, but also can improve the heat dissipation performance.
