Abstract: t is a tough work to select accurate web pages for search engine. This paper applied a semantic parsing model into search engine by comparing the conceptual structures between users input and text. The words, sentences and sentence groups can be mapped into conceptual symbols, semantic categories, and contextual elements based on the theory of Hierarchical Network of Concepts. The approach will improve the intelligence and flexibility of the search engine in future.

Abstract: This paper put forward a bayesian network junction tree reasoning and rule reasoning hybrid algorithm to solve the adaptation problem in Public Data Center of heterogeneous system, based on the research in intelligent data processing method. Using adapters dynamic data monitoring function, first, pick out all abnormal data. then, apply the hybrid algorithm on the abnormal data. finally, recover the abnormal data and report abnormal processing result. This method has been applied to many domestic universitiess intelligent data exchange system in the Public Data Center. Through practice, this algorithm can effectively improve the reliability and integrity in heterogeneous data exchange system, and obtained good application effect.

Abstract: In this paper, we present a global optimization algorithm for solving the D.C. multiplicative programming (DCMP) over a convex compact subset. By introducing auxiliary variables, we give a transformation under which both the objective and the feasible region turn to be d.c.Then we solve equivalent D.C. programming problem by branch and bound method and outer approximation algorithm.

Abstract: Cellular automaton (CA) has been widely investigated as random number generators (RNGs). However, the CA rule and the number of neighbors must be chosen carefully for good randomness. In Ref. [11], non-uniform CA with next nearest neighborhood was applied to generate a pseudo-random sequence. Considering that non-uniform CA has more complex implementation in hardware and needs lager memory to store different rules than uniform CA. In this paper, we propose new RNGs based on uniform CA with next nearest neighborhood. Time spacing technique and NIST statistical test suite are used to find optimal rules for uniform CA. Experiment results show that the sequences generated by uniform CA with optimal rules successfully passed all tests in the NIST suite.

Abstract: The General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) has become a standard to extend the services provided by the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM). Through the introduction of packet switching technology, GPRS supports the use of packet data transmission, allowing a more efficient usage of the radio resources with a consequent improvement in the quality of service of subscribers. This paper presents some observations of the real operational GPRS network in a certain city by analyzing the characteristics of the data which was captured by monitoring system deployed in the Gn interface of GPRS core network. The distributions of the activated users and on-offline users were analyzed in this paper, as well as the online duration characteristic of mobile users. At last, the distribution of users and sessions was discussed, and finally some valuable conclusions were concluded for the mobile network operators.

Abstract: The classification of geographical information services is very important to the effective management and sharing of geographical spatial information, especially in a web-based GIS system. However, most current classification criteria focus on an abstract level. Discussions on the detailed services classification are still insufficient. This paper proposes a new thought of constructing these diverse services using the Formal Concept Analysis (FCA). After briefly discussing the current services classification systems and basic knowledge of FCA, the paper takes vector data spatial statistic analysis as an example to perform the classification with the method of FCA. The resultant categories prove to be acceptable and practical.

Abstract: Nowadays, microblog has emerged as the most promising social networking service in the Web2.0 age with diverse features for information dissemination, interpersonal communication and many other aspects. Chinese microblog shows great potential owing to the rich marketing source and powerful media influence brought by the huge user population. As the microblog community is largely influenced by some authoritative users, identifying these users and understanding the information dissemination pattern are theoretically and practically significant for us to promote user services, develop further applications and seek commerce opportunities. In this paper, we proposed a modified method for user authority ranking. A user-message graph modified according to Chinese microblog was applied to our study, and an algorithm based on ObjectRank was used to calculate ueser authority scores. We analyzed Sina microblog, as it was the most widely adopted Chinese microblog and more resources for research was accessible.

Abstract: Personalized recommendation based on bipartite network has attracted more and more attention. Its obviously better than CF (Collaborative Filtering). In this paper, we propose a multi-dimensional recommendation algorithm called BNPM. It combines item-based, user-based and category-based recommendation model to improve recommendation quality. The experimental results show that the algorithm can improve the diversity and reduce the popularity on the base of holding the accuracy of the recommendation

Abstract: Using of advanced network technology and information technology, a construction scheme for unified statistical information management platform is proposed in this paper. In the scheme, the business of municipal statistics bureau is used as the center, and the scientific statistical system is used as the core. The scheme can be used as the internal service system for the subordinate enterprises and the branch of statistics bureau, which can provide business of online direct report, online surveys, propaganda, consulting, announcements and other statistical information services. The efficiency and accuracy of statistical data reporting are improved, and the labor intensity of statistical work is reduced. This approach can be used to develop a standardized management system covering the whole field of statistical business.

Abstract: Safety-critical system attracts more attention in recent years. During the development of safety-critical systems, verification plays the most important role and includes many high cost activities. Testing and formal analysis are two mainstream ways for verification. This paper describes new tools and procedures for testing and formal analysis for verification of safety-critical systems. Compare them in detail in a case study. Conclusion and future works are given finally.
