Abstract: Semantic Web application is the application of semantic Web technology, of which the data containing semantic, thus is able to support the knowledge understanding and the knowledge processing. It can share information and refine information dynamically through the Internet access, which makes more full use of the existing Web resource on the Internet. In this paper, the definitions of semantic Web application as well as the structure and properties are formulated. A semantic Web development model is constructed with reference to the Web application development model.

Abstract: To Resolve the garbage tag issue in Folksonomy, Lssvm algorithm for social spam detection model (least Squares support vector machine classifiers) was proposed. The method of inequality change the constraints in the traditional support vector machine into equality constraints, and take the empirical function of the squared error loss function as the Experience function in training set. so that the quadratic programming problem convert QP into solving linear equations, it was improving solution the speed of solution and accuracy of convergence. The experimental results show that we have got higher classification accuracyand less predict time than traditional svm detection methods based on least squares support vector machine algorithm garbage tag detection model.

Abstract: The spatial data presented several characteristics of mass, multiple, isomerism and multiple tenses, its organization and management mechanism is an important direction of research for Digital Earth. The management of grave emergency with regards to a series of spatial and non-spatial data concerning gathering and handling, having put a higher demand forward the ability of information gathering mechanism on client. The current existing client access mechanism such as C/S model lacks of unified data exchange standards, similarly, B/S model cannot handle the spatial data effectively. It is also difficulty to display for complex and massive spatial data in visualized and real-time. That efficiency depends entirely on the network environment and performance of storage equipment. In order to realize the massive spatial data unified dispatching and efficient sharing based on the principle of Information-gathering and Service-polymerization. We put forward a concept of Spatial-data-cloud which based on G/S model, supported by HGML as the standard and criterion of spatial data exchange, presentation, organization, storage and management. It could also be set up a new work mechanism which use Geo-information browser polymerization multiple and massive complex spatial and non-spatial data. This will provide us a lightweight client called Geo-information browser with which is by the principle Information-gathering and Service-polymerization. It provides emergency management for technical supports such as intelligent decision support, comprehensive research and judgment, and rapid disposal etc. It is the development of basic research of a novel model of Digital Earth.

Abstract: HLA (High Level Architecture) is a distributed simulation framework; it has the advantage of portability, and reusable. This paper introduces HLA in the field of the equipment support efficiency evaluation simulation. It analyzes the basic principles of HLA and federal development process. The operating work and function are analyzed. The paper designed 9 modules for the equipment support efficiency evaluation simulation system base on HLA. The physical structure and logical structure are designed at last.

Abstract: The adaptation mechanism of inter-organizational information system based on organizational identification remains under explored questions in the area of information system. In order to overcome the inadequacy of previous research, this paper firstly seeks to elaborate on the previous literatures of inter-organizational information system adaptation and organizational identification. Then the relationship between organizational identification and inter-organizational information system adaptation is analyzed. Finally, emphasis is placed on the theory model and hypothesises of inter-organizational information system adaptation based on organizational identification.

Abstract: This paper outlines the types of information technologies applied to translation today and translation sub-competences. A study was made in which students were motivated to participate in building DIY corpus based on a given task and to solve the problems in their former translation. It was found that students instrumental competence was improved in recognizing, evaluating, and utilizing information technologies in solving real translation problems, and that their other translation sub-competences could be acquired when translating a real world task in highly contextualized teaching environment. The purpose of the study is to showcase the necessities of including the revising skills required for online machine translate into instrumental competence of language learners at undergraduate level and the possibilities and limitations of online machine translation system when translating Chinese texts into English.

Abstract: This paper proposes Bayesian statistical method to identify the video traffic by the symmetrical features and coding statistical characteristics of video calls. According to the problem of high computational complexity of the non-parametric probability density estimate method in the condition of large samples, we propose grid probability density estimation method of gird division to reduce the computational complexity. We present identification results. The experimental results indicate that that this method can effectively detect video call traffic.

Abstract: Connectivity is the basis and premise of the network services. Ad hoc network has the property of topological changes, which makes the connecting reliability the basis of its survivability evaluation. To compute the connecting reliability of Ad hoc network, it needs to analyze the whole system and evaluate the probability of keeping links available. Therefore, by applying the Markov process in Ad hoc network system modeling, the paper analyzes the connection availability of stead-state links when there are system exceptions. When the exception is thrown, it can analyze the phenomenon of instantaneous packet losses and delay at a network node by means of queuing theory. With a combination of steady-state availability analysis and nodes instantaneous non-response, the paper can draw a conclusion that evaluation indicators like connecting probabilities, packet losses and delay, can be used in survivability evaluation of Ad hoc network.

Abstract: In the current information age, computer-aided translation (CAT) is gaining greater concern and appreciation of translators. In this paper some widely employed softwares will be briefly introduced in terms of transformation from machine translation (MT) to CAT. Softwares of CAT will be the major focus, involving the illustration of their basic working principles and advantages, and some ways to get them improved.
