Abstract: To decrease network link cost is one of the most important pairs for computer network reliability optimization design. In order to make the network cost minimum, the network link medium cost, mathematics model of reliability and resolve algorithm must be considered when it is designed. In the paper, we present an improved genetic algorithm used in optimization calculation for minimizing total link cost and increasing the reliability of the network. Executive procedures of the improved algorithm are described. The simulation results show that improved genetic algorithm provides a method to resolves the network reliability optimization problem which normal approach can not resolve. By using the maneuverable algorithm, optimization process is accelerated, efficiency is increased.

Abstract: Rich transaction information and customer data can be recorded by the back-end database of e-commerce sites. By the application of the basket model in data mining analysis the correlation between data and predict customer loyalty. Then combined with the customer's shopping behavior, sales promotions pattern based prediction model is proposed and implemented. The research results will enable the B2C e-commerce to make the appropriate commercial promotion, and to improve the profitability of the company in the B2C mode by customer behavior, personal preferences.

Abstract: The reality of multi-core hardware has made concurrent programs pervasive. Unfortunately, writing correct concurrent programs is difficult. Atomicity violation, which is caused by concurrent executions unexpectedly violating the atomicity of a certain code region, is one of the most common concurrency errors. However, atomicity violation bugs are hard to find using traditional testing and debugging techniques. In this paper, we investigate an approach based on machine learning techniques (specifically decision tree and support vector machine (SVM)) for classifying the benign atomicity violations from the harmful ones. A benign atomicity violation is known not to affect the program's correctness even it happens. We formulate our problem as a supervised-learning problem and apply these two machine learning techniques to classify the atomicity violation report. Our experimental evaluation shows that the proposed method is effective in identifying the benign atomicity violation warnings.

Abstract: The resource getting core of knowledge Service System is the search engine, but the most studies only put attention to improve efficiency, so as to mass resources retrieval results still allows the user to face "cognitive overload" problem when the user to use searcher to get knowledge, how to provide personalized search results become a research focus. This paper provide a new personalized search ranking method, which use semantic tag and user profile to personalized the search results. The experimental results indicate that the method is effective.

Abstract: As an important technical support platform of the next generation air traffic management concepts, Civil Aviation Wide Information Management System is responsible for providing various types of interactive information to relative business departments. This paper took SOA approach to analyze and design the function architecture of SWIM. And focused on the different technical approaches and deploying integration levels, it analyzed two kinds of SWIM technical architecture selections. Abstract: Mobile learning model has been developing for more than ten years in China and it is an active temptation of college English teaching reformation. Based on smart-phones, mobile learning provides a useful platform for students to fulfill autonomous learning. This paper attempts to investigate college learners beliefs and awareness of mobile learning to find out the inhibitive factors, thus improving the effectiveness of mobile learning.

Abstract: Traditional standard retrieval methods and systems presented in various papers are widely used based on the standard titles and the keywords. However, these methods may be inapposite to modern pipeline engineers, especially for the ones who want find the requirements details of pipeline standards as fast as possible. In recent years, a number of projects have been funded to develop a Gas and Pipeline Standard Content Reveals System in PetroChina. This paper covers the development process of the system. The development of Gas and Pipeline Standard Content Reveals System involves ontology knowledge, technical details picking up and reveals system, and the process is as follows. Firstly, standard retrieval methods are reviewed. Then pipeline ontology knowledge is built as standardization objects. So the gas and pipeline standard content reveals system can be designed and developed with powerful database. It is believed that the approach to show the standard content presented in this paper may lay the initial basis for the important assist system for pipelines engineers.

Abstract: This essay discusses the design and implementation of a keywords extraction and management system based on java platform. By using development methodology of domain engineering, the essay focuses on key technology of keywords extraction system and outline some ideas of the software architecture, in which identify basic principles and requirements of the development of keywords extraction and management system. The system functions are implemented with Java language in Eclipse environment. The system is featured with expandability, reliability, suitability and friendly interface demonstrated in application test of engineering practice and plays positive practical value in keywords extraction and management in technical domain.

Abstract: This essay is to research the key technology of AIS base station web system. After specifically analyzing the AIS system and AIS message protocol, it majorly discusses the independent design of the AIS base station web system, which consists of node servers, one control center, and remote accesses; the system has been tested by the Aton department in Dalian. The result of test shows that this system does well in operating and administrating the AIS base station, and gets high evaluation of the Aton department.
