Abstract: In this paper, we propose new keywords extraction method based on texts classification. We first classify texts to determine their categories. Then determine weights of candidate words according to both their frequency and the relevance between text words and text category. Finally, keywords are extracted by sorting weights of candidate words. We conduct this experiment to show that on the premise of accurate text classification, this method can extract keywords effectively from text without title or with deviated title which can not reflect texts subject. Objective selecting of candidate word weighting function still needs to be further researched.

Abstract: Modbus is a popular network protocol in the industrial manufacturing environment. A modbus communication stack requires two layers:the modbus application protocol which defines the data model and functions and a Network layer. The FreeMODBUS provides an implementation of the modbus application protocol and supports RTU/ASCII transmission models. The paper introduces the analysis of FreeMODBUSs whole framework and the serial links implementation. According to the analysis, it is easily to realize the modbus protocol stack on the chip which FreeMODBUS hasnt realized and so quickly to finish the product design.

Abstract: Pointing at the low efficiency problem of I/O operations of small files using HDFS application architecture, this article proposes a new method, that is, add disk buffer on DataNode to reduce addressing time of reading small files, and thus reduce reading time, and reduce the stress bringed by frequent NameNode access, so as to optimize the reading efficiency of small files. Experiment results show that the design programme is feasible, and adding disk buffer benefits for increasing efficiency of processing small files applying HDFS.

Abstract: It is a big challenge to realize the dynamic change of the network environment and users demands. A dynamic application customization and extensible service composition model is proposed in this paper. In order to guarantee the rationality of the service composition, the composition model of on-demand service that based on Petri net is proposed. Then the model is analyzed to validate whether the service composition can achieve the desired target. Finally, the result shows that the model can guarantee the correctness of extensible service, validate the rationality and effectiveness of the method.

Abstract: Proteins play biological function through the interactions in organisms. Proteins are major components of organisms, and they are of great significance. As an increasing number of high-throughput biological experiments are carried out, a large amount of biological data is produced. Bioinformatics is developed to study the relative data which turns out to be difficult to study using biological methods. The paper mainly studies how to apply the intelligent calculation methods to protein-protein interactions (PPIs) prediction. We proposed an approach, by combining auto covariance with artificial neural network classifier, to predict PPIs. Experiments show that our method performs better than related works with a 5% higher accuracy.

Abstract: Issertation comprehensively reflects the research capacity, innovation ability and literary ability of a postgraduate, and the dissertation evaluation is to give an objective and fair evaluation of the master dissertation. Hence the expert selection and the evaluation of its work are extremely important parts of the dissertation evaluation, and they affect the objectivity, fairness and the academic level of the results. In this paper, evaluation system for expert reputation based on the points system is designed. At the initial stage, an expert is evaluated by his basic information. Then after several rounds of review, the new evaluation is a comprehensive result of every review, and gradually approaches the actual situation of the expert. The system is proved to be feasible via actual case studies.

Abstract: One of differences between cloud storage and previous storage is that there is a financial contract between user and the cloud service provider (CSP). User pay for service in exchange for certain guarantees and the cloud is a liable entity. But some mechanisms need to ensure the liability of CSP. Some work use non-repudiation to realize it. Compared with these non-repudiation schemes, we use third party auditor not client to manage proofs and some metadata, which are security critical data in cloud security. It can provide a more security environment for these data. Against the big overhead in update process of current non-repudiation scheme, we propose three schemes to improve it.

Abstract: According to the requirement of multi-devices access to the computer in intelligent building monitoring system, combined with the principle of the upper computers data acquisition and the principle of configuration software, this paper proposes auppercomputerdata acquisition model by simulating the equipment into channels and the model is based on double buffers sampling technology. The model adopts the principle of device drivers;different equipments computer modules access to the model in the form of plug-ins.

Abstract: Storage management system manages and controls the storage out-warehouse activities, has a great significance for enterprises coordinate production and management and improve economic efficiency. For the difficult problems of storage management system development, in this paper, design the function and database. Function design, according to business process, design function module structure chart and describe each function module. Database design mainly includes concept structure design and logical structure design, design conceptual structure with E-R diagram for example of "commodity sales warehouse-out", design relation structure for example of "customers purchase commodity". It is necessary to develop storage management system to achieve the rational management of commodity purchase, sales and stock, the content of this paper has laid the basis of the development of storage management system.

Abstract: Aiming at the existence of the BP neural network learning algorithm in the slow learning speed, the possibility of failure is large, poor generalization ability, there are multiple issues, extreme value point and network structure are difficult to determine, in this paper, we study algorithm improvement methods. Explain the algorithm principle, on the basis of three improved methods are studied, respectively is dynamic learning rate, conjugate gradient, improved error function. Among them, the dynamic learning rate, it reaches the learning rate of the hidden layer and output layer; Conjugate gradient, this paper gives three calculating formula; Improved error function, to solve different problems are also given in three types of error function. BP learning algorithm in this paper, the research contents, make the convergence stability, convergence speed, initial value sensitivity, it has good effect, which has large significant in terms of academic and applied significance.
