Abstract: The traceability management system of aquatic product is based on RFID techniques which could obtain the function of aquatic products statistics and water quality monitoring automatically. The system frame, hardware and software design of micro-controller and anti-collision algorithm are issued in this paper. The identifying of aquatic product and water quality monitoring information are delivered to the management system and the speed of reading operation is increased greatly.

Abstract: The function real-time of substation automation system based on IEC61850 depends on the distribution mode of logical nodes, the processing speed of logical nodes and the communication delay between logical nodes.The realization principles of functions free distribution are introduced based on IEC61850, take bus protection function and distributed interlock function examples, the functions are deposed into the connection diagram of logical nodes and their communication events are introduced in great detail. The simulation models of D2 substation which has unified network or two-tier network are established with OPNET. The communication events of bus bar protection function and distributed interlock function are simulated and analyzed based on this mode. The rationality of distribution mode of systems functions is quantitative analyzed which provide guidance to improve the real-time performance of systems functions and network structure.

Abstract: Based on 2 statistical testing schemes, the accuracy evaluation method of Time-SEP was proposed; 3 sphere error probability (SEP) methods were derivate and concluded. Simulation and experimental verification show that: Time-SEP method for navigation equipment positioning accuracy can give a relatively comprehensive evaluation; the scheme is feasible, compatible with the traditional calculation method of parameters and can fully utilize the single test data, test validation simple. 3 algorithms can all be used to calculate SEP, the maximum relative error is less than 5%; the χ2 distribution approximation somewhat conservative is recommended; and MLE values can be used as the initial value of integral operation, to reduce the number of integral operation, access to the true value rapidly.

Abstract: Drivers driving safety on the highway is one of the important researches about the national road traffic safety, and how to reduce the high incidence of special sections accidents has always been the primary task of the research. When driving on the highway at night or in bad weather, drivers vision will be limited because of the poor light conditions and their recognition and perceptual speed of the road distance will be reduced, which will easily lead to major accidents. In order to solve this problem, the article introduces a new active light-emitting warning and guidance system which can automatically identify the field environment. After electrified, each grid will automatically set up the wireless network, and create a series of dynamic warning effects. It has been proved by field experiments that the developed system could stay in sleep mode during the day, and would be woken up at night or in rainy and foggy weather and automatically warned and guided the drivers driving on the road. The system will effectively enhance the drivers vision and reduce the accident probability.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to develop the cleaning robot for cleaning the glass curtain wall. The main mechanical structure, adsorption system, cleaning system and control system has been researched. With the adsorption and separation of four sucker group by turns, robot can move on the vertical curtain successfully. Four suckers of the each sucker group are arranged in circumference, so the robot can be adsorbed reliability. According to the working process analysis of the robot, PLC control system is designed. Robot general scheme designed in this paper can achieve heavy-duty work, neat movement, reliable attaching and other requests.

Abstract: Radio Frequency Identification is an Automatic Identification Technology. RFID system typically consists of a reader and a number of tags. When more than one tag send signal to reader at the same time, reader will not identify any one. This is called collision. The information of collision is regarded as uselessness in the conventional algorithms. But in fact, useful information can be extracted from the collision and the reading efficiency can be improved. In this paper, tags use BIBD(16,4,1) blocks instead of RN16, the reader analyses the collision information based on the characteristics of BIBD and makes valid recognition even when more than one tag have been detected in same time slot. The theoretical and simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the reading efficiency by 100% than that of the conventional Q algorithm. Furthermore, the proposed scheme changes little to the existing standard, easy to implement and compatible for EPC Global Code.

Abstract: In certain driving situations, indirect viewing systems can support drivers when the drivers field of view is restricted. For some special vehicles, by applying indirect vision driving system, drivers could be protected from the dangerous working environment. In four experiments, we measured drivers task performance, workload and fatigue in different viewing systems. The image parameters considered here are camera lens field of view (FOV), image magnification factor and camera viewpoint. The results indicate that larger driver's field of vision causes greater driving fatigue while a smaller image magnification factor could reduce the drivers fatigue. Besides, the differences between eye point and camera viewpoint wont cause driver extra fatigue, but will result errors in the estimation of lateral and longitudinal position. In addition, the participants drove the course faster with natural vision than they did with the indirect vision systems. A smaller image magnification factor can improve the drivers task performance.

Abstract: In this paper, we adopt two methods to voice phoneme segmentation when building Tibetan corpus: One is the traditional artificial segmentation method, one is the automatic segmentation method based on the Mono prime HMM model. And experiments are performed to analyze the accuracy of both methods of segmentations. The results showed: Automatic segmentation method based tone prime HMM model helps to shorten the cycle of building Tibetan corpus, especially in building a large corpus segmentation and labeling a lot of time and manpower cost savings, and have greatly improved the accuracy and consistency of speech corpus annotation information.

Abstract: Aiming at the feature of failure occurs frequently, check links, difficult to position for channel equipment of measurement and control system of the ship-borne, according as to equipment index that reflects equipment performance-signal power level, analyzes channel equipment reliability by different mathematical methods, and based on the previous equipment test results of data analysis, presents the method of wavelet neural network, to analyze equipment reliability and forecast malfunction .

Abstract: In order to improve the safety of coal mine production and ensure the safe working of production facilities, we propose a wireless monitoring system for coal mine safety called WMS. WMS adopts Bluetooth technology as its transmission protocol according to the coal mine environment. It is designed for collecting environmental parameters of coal mine and running status parameters of important production facilities. It transmits the collected data to the upper computer via wireless network based on Bluetooth. The upper computer receives the collected data and saves them for processing and displaying. Our research shows a new way for monitoring coal mine production and it is really efficient.
