Abstract: Successful synthesis of Cu, Co co-doped ZnO film is obtained by sol-gel method. The structural and electrical properties of the sample were investigated. X-ray diffraction spectroscopy analyses indicate that the Co and Cu co-doping can not disturb the structure of ZnO. No additional peaks are observed in the Zn0.99Co0.01CuxO and Cu+ and Co2+ substitute for Zn2+ without changing the wurtzite structure. By Hall-effect measurement p-type conductivity was observed for the Cu co-doped film. XPS result confirmed Cu ions are univalent in the films.

Abstract: The evolutions of mechanical properties and microstructure of cryoECAPed 1050 alloy annealed at various temperatures from 150°C to 400°C for 1h with and without high magnetic field (HMF) were investigated by hardness test and electron back scattering diffraction pattern (EBSD) analysis. The abnormal grain growth happens in sample annealing at 400°C without a field. With the application of high magnetic field, the formation of the HABs is suppressed, the grain size distribution is homogeneous and no abnormal grain growth occurs.

Abstract: Two types of metallic precursors used for the growth of Cu (In,Ga)Se2 were deposited from a single CuInGa ternary target and binary alloy CuGa and CuIn targets, respectively. Phase evolutions in the precursors of the ternary copper-indium-gallium system were investigated over the temperature range from room temperature to 500°C. Grazing incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were applied to characterize evolution of phases and surface morphology in the precursor layers. With annealing temperatures increased, phase evolutions of Cu9Ga4, Cu11In9, Cu16In9 and CuIn were observed. Surface morphology of the two types of precursors changed significantly, which could support the phase evolutions in the ternary Cu-In-Ga system for reactive annealing processes. The existence of the final Cu11In9 phase, which is the most favorable intermetallic phase for the formation of CuInSe2 and Cu (In,Ga)Se2 thin films, may be transformed by a speculated peritectoid reaction of In and Cu16In9 to Cu11In9 under In-rich condition.

Abstract: Separating NDPAOs from the continuous flow double sludge nitrosation denitrifying phosphorus removal system, purifying and preliminary identifying them, discussing the effect of NO2--N concentration on the performance of denitrifying phosphorus accumulating of NDPAOs by the way of pure training. The results showed that the identified organism Veillonella could treat NO2--N as electronic receptors when the NO2--N concentration was 60mg/L; when the NO2--N concentration raised to 65mg/L, phosphorus accumulating was not normal; the denitrifying was abnormal while the NO2--N concentration further raised to 70mg/L; when the NO2--N concentration was 80mg/L, characteristics of phosphorus uptake and denitrifying had suffered serious inhibition.

Abstract: In this study, we investigate Cu2O film electrically connected with TiO2 film, as a p-n type heterojunction, for enhancing the photoelectrocatalytic (PEC) activity towards degradation of methyl orange (MO) solution under ultraviolet irradiation. By using a versatile magnetron sputtering technique, the Cu2O films were deposited onto three different substrates, i.e., ITO, Ni/Cr and Pt, denoted as Cu2O/It, Cu2O/Ni and Cu2O/Pt, respectively, whereas the TiO2 film was deposited on ITO substrate. All three Cu2O films show about the same characteristics of preferential (111) plane of the Cu2O oxide. While electrically coupled with TiO2, the Cu2O/Pt exhibits the highest PEC activity on MO degradation among four different couples. Thus, the increase in PEC activity of the Cu2O/Pt-TiO2 is due to both the electron affinity of the Pt substrate and the effect of the equilibration of Fermi level of which is more compatible for Cu2O and TiO2 oxides, decreasing the electrochemical capacitances of the p-n heterojunction. The electric-assisted heterojunction offers an efficient way for photogenerated electron transport from TiO2 to holes in the Cu2O, rendering enhanced PEC activity.

Abstract: A 91×91 complete energy matrix of 4f2 configuration ion Pr3+ in triagonal crystal field C3h has been constructed based upon the combination of Racahs irreducible tensor with Slaters wavefunctions. Thus, the Stark energy levels of Pr3+ in trichlorides LaCl3 have been calculated. The calculation result shows that the complete energy matrix method is effective to analyze the energy levels splitting of the doped entity by rare earth ions. We also know that the consideration to the sixth-order crystal field parameters is indispensable and the ionic radius of the replaced ion will play an important role in the energy levels splitting of the doped systems.

Abstract: 0-20wt.% PEEK reinforced PTFE composites were prepared by a cold pressing-sintering method. The tribological properties and surface morphology of the transfer films were investigated via a MRH-3 friction and wear testing machine and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) respectively. Results show that the wear resistance of PTFE composite is improved more than 670 times with the addition of 20wt.% PEEK and the lowest friction coefficient is obtained with 5wt.% PEEK. Surface morphology shows that the transfer film formed on the counterface becomes more and more uniform and continuous with the addition of PEEK filler, frictional trace on the transfer film suggests that abrasive wear occurred during the sliding process.

Abstract: Series sample were prepared with solvothermal method using ethylene-diomine as solvent, at 220°C for 24h. All samples are white powder and XRD proofs that all of them are single phases. Using the Laser granularity cryoscopy (rise 2008) to measure the samples size , and most samples sizes are from 150nm to 200nm. SEM photo shows that the Y2O2S:Eu3+ morphologies are spherical but have some aggregation. And Y2O2S:Eu3+ has a better a anti-decay property compared with Rhodamine B. The Cell toxicity test (MTT) shows that when concentration range in 20-80mg/ml, the cytotoxicity of sample is relatively small ,but as a good bio-marker materials in tumors diagnosis , its toxicity is still high.

Abstract: Based on the rate-dependent crystal plasticity theory, the user material subroutine is embedded into the abaqus / standard, which is able to describe the changes of grain orientation. The crystal plasticity finite element method is used to simulate the aluminum single crystal uniaxial tension and the stress and strain response is analyzed under different tension displacement.

Abstract: In order to study the preparation and property of the multi layer composite paperboard, bleached wheat straw pulp, bleached chemical thermal mechanical pulp and waste newsprint pulp are used as raw materials to making paperboard. The results show that the bonding force between fibers of grasses chemical pulp is strong which can improve the bonding strength between the layers. Bleached wheat straw pulp is used as outer layer and waste news paper pulp is used as inner layer to make composite paperboard has high physical properties. Bleached chemical thermal mechanical pulp fiber is shorter, so paperboard tightness and physical strength reduce, which can be used as the lining of the multi layer composite paperboard to improve the stiffness of the paperboard and reduce the cost.
