Abstract: To acquire the digital model of axial compressors on the actual projects, a Reverse Engineering procedure of the blade was developed based on point cloud data acquired with the handy laser scanner. For meeting the requirements of geometric characteristics and aerodynamic optimization design and improving acquiring efficiency of point cloud data, the laser triangulation was employed and auxiliary plane and mark points were put on the inlet, outlet and tip of the blade. For solving the problem of low accuracy of fitting surface on the blade, an interactive dividing method of surface slices which based on the streamline, meridian line, contour and its extension line, was presented, it showed that reconstructed surface model can meet the actual projects needs. A completed set of RE technology for axial compressor blades has been developed, and it has been used in actual project combing with the maintenance of a large axial compressor blade.

Abstract: This paper discusses the design and calculation thinking of the cam mechanism profile curve, using MATLAB method, programmed the design and calculation of the cam mechanism profile curve , solved the large amount and complicated calculation data processing in design of the cam mechanism profile curve. Provided a practical calculation method of the cam design to the factory.

Abstract: A multi-body dynamics model and ground model of a small crawler chassis was built on software RecurDyn/Track (LM). The simulations of the small crawler chassis turning on hard and soft terrain are implemented respectively, and the results are analyzed and compared. The steering properties of crawler chassis turning on soft terrain are emphasized. The simulation results can provide some theoretical guidance for crawler chassis steering performance.

Abstract: It will influence the comfort and safety of passengers when the cabins accelerating and decelerating in the detachable ropeway station. A dynamic model was built for the acceleration and deceleration process of detachable ropeway. And the optimal S acceleration and deceleration curves were designed. Then a physical model of detachable ropeway was built and imported into Adams to make a motion simulation. In order to ensure a small swinging angle when the cabins accelerating or decelerating to a constant velocity, it was compared with the swinging angle and swing in the condition of uniform acceleration and uniform deceleration. And the swinging angle and swing were reduced clearly in the condition of S acceleration and deceleration curves. It can greatly improve the comfort and safety of passengers under the S acceleration and deceleration curves.

Abstract: The paper used theoretical analysis and simulated method to study eddy current brake force and temperature rise which are two of the most concerned questions about rail eddy current brake. The simulation of brake force coincided with theoretical analysis to prove it reasonable. The simulation of temperature rise simplified the process of modeling and calculating, which could be significant to further research about the eddy current brake. It is concluded that how the brake force and temperature rise changed with the train's velocity increasing.

Abstract: The corrosion of reactor and salt precipitation are two critical obstacles that inhibiting the development of supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) in to a viable industrial process. A new design of double wall reactor has been developed in which SCWO reaction take place inside an inner tube (alumina or titanium, micro porous). The high pressure air layer between inner surface of reactor and surface of tube could prevent non-soluble materials, corrosion ingredients and inorganic salt depositing and attaching to inner surface, thus critical problems have been overcome. The new reactor performance was evaluated by processing sewage sludge from BeiBei waste water treatment plant. There were no salt plugging or corrosion observed in reactor after one month operation.

Abstract: Normally, after the computer working very long hours under the thermal environment, the components temperature inside the CMT (Convertible Mini Tower) may over the spec. The temperature inside the desktop computer chassis is too high, which affect the normal operation of the equipment. In order to effectively avoid this situation, not changing the installed position of the components inside the computer chassis, the structure design for the internal duct of the computer chassis and the thermodynamic analysis can be done by Icepak. Then the optimization of the model can be accomplished. The results show that the design can effectively reduce the temperature inside the computer chassis. It can also ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

Abstract: CNC machine tools are advanced, complex and intelligent processing equipment. Abstract: Fruit-vine separation devices of processing tomato are being used for self-propelled tomato harvesters, while the traditional eccentric block-type processing tomato fruit-vine separation devices are structurally complex and requiring the assembly of high precision. In order to improve the fruit-vine vibration separation system, the parameters of the operating conditions of 4FZ-30 self-propelled processing tomato harvest machine eccentric separation devices as well as other models with hydraulic system both at home and abroad have been analyzed, meanwhile the full hydraulic vibration system for the tomato processing separation of the fruit-vine have been studied and designed. The result show that this hydraulic system can match the control system and work normally and reliably, which has laid the theoretical foundation for the improvement of devices of the tomato processing fruit-vine separation.

Abstract: The study of the forces that act on the body and the body movements during running provide an insight into how certain changes in running technique influence running performance, and how a number of biomechanical parameters can predispose a runner to injury. This paper will describe the biomechanics of running, focusing on the movement of the lower limb segments and the forces encountered during each foot strike with the ground. The effect of running speed and running surface on specific biomechanical parameters and their subsequent influence on running injuries will be reviewed, and the implications of these findings for the design of appropriate footwear disscussed.
