Abstract: Based on actual working conditions and parameters of the hydraulic steering gear, the purpose is optimizing the rubber seal of steering gear by different rubbers mixing technology. Compare the five kinds of rubber with metal of the friction characteristics in dynamic fit, it can obtain a performance excellent rubber real in the specific operation conditions. And then improve the overall service life of the steering gear. It is first prepared the same hardness TPU and PVC and blends that the ratio is 3:7, 5:5and7:3 in this article. The pros and cons of the five rubbers are analyzed in friction and wear properties of the above experimental. The test curve of coefficient friction and wear with time has been done under different load at constant low speed. It determines TPU/PVC = 3:7 blends through friction and wear and wear mechanism of five rubbers with steel comparatively analyses, and the heat resistance and wear resistance of them are better than the other TPU/PVC blends and PVC under oil lubrication conditions.

The test curve of coefficient friction and wear with time has been done under different load at constant low speed, friction and wear and wear mechanism of five rubbers with chrome-plated steel comparatively analyses to determine CR/EPDM = 8:2 blends has the heat resistance and wear resistance are better than CR and EPDM under dry sliding conditions.

Abstract: Duffing-van der Pol oscillator with fractional derivative was constructed in this paper. The solution procedure was proposed with the residue harmonic balance method. The effect of different fractional orders on resonance responses of the system in steady state were analyzed for an example without parameters. The approximate solutions were contrasted with numerical solutions. The results show that the residue harmonic balance method to Duffing-van der Pol differential equation with fractional derivative is very valid.

Abstract: The cylinder support crane telescopic booms deformation and stability analysis model in the lifting plane is equivalent with the multistep column with elastic restraint. To analyze the lateral flexibility and vertical stability of the telescopic booms with elastic restraint accurately, this paper established the deflection differential equations of multi-sectioned telescopic booms with second-order effect, introduced proper boundary conditions, obtained the precise recurrence lateral deflection differential equations and the buckling characteristic equations of arbitrary sectioned telescopic booms, and some practical applications of the buckling characteristic equations were presented. Took certain five-sectioned telescopic booms as example, by comparing the results with ANSYS method, the accuracy of the equations deduced in this paper was verified.

Abstract: The Geneva mechanism has been widely used in various kinds of machinery. This thesis is about the geneva mechanism of the automatically rotate workbench, using the SolidWorks 3D modeling software to establish a model of the geneva mechanisms parametric design. Afterwards, to motion simulate the geneva mechanism by the Motion, then output the those parameters. In the end, its angular velocity and the angular acceleration, as well as the motion of the interval time will be calculated with the driving plate twirling in a constant speed. The result provides a theoretical foundation for the structural design and the engineering application of the design of this institution. It also present a method for improving the design.

Abstract: Locking mechanisms are kernel components of small arms. The optimization of locking mechanisms of sniper rifle was studied in detail. Using the cubic spline, A better figure of locking curve was constructed. A series of optimized parameters of gas device and locking mechanisms were also got. Results of optimization are helpful to improve the accuracy of sniper rifle and can supply an academic base for further improving of small arms structures.

Abstract: In order to perfect the theory of coal mine tunnel heavy roadheader experimental system, this paper takes the different function samplings of the experimental station module fake rock wall,by the cutting performance research on the fake rock wall of the roadheader experiment station with pick,finding the pick strength characteristics under cutting the different hard rock walls. In the course of cutting, the actual external load is difficult to obtain and the load characteristics can not correctly grasp. Therefore, this paper establish flexible pick entity model with LS-DYNA, and build the constitutive model of the rock wall on the base of SMOOTHED PARTICLE HYDRODYNAMICS (SPH) METHOD. By simulating the cutting process under three kinds hard rock wall (they are shown in competent coefficient f), we obtain pick carbide tip stress variation and their statistical value. The simulation results show: Pick carbide tip stress concentration is more serious. When f is between 8 and 13, corresponding to the maximum stress value is between 365MPa and 625MPa.And that satisfies the strength requirement. The breakdown is caused by fatigue failure. The conclusion provides a theoretical basis for studying pick breakdown and improving service life.

Abstract: Centric slider-crank mechanism forms the main mechanism of slider-crank type cluster well pumping unit (SCTCWPU). The kinematic analysis is the basis of structure design of SCTCWPU. The kinematic analysis based on Pro/Mechanism is simple, intuitive ,reliable,accurate and easy to be modify. This paper presents the mechanism kinematics simulation of SCTCWPU based on Pro/Mechanism. In addition,a comparative motion analysis of SCTCWPU in Pro/Mechanism and MATLAB is made on the basis of actual working conditions.

Abstract: This paper is focused on the micro harmonic drive with a planet type wave generator in which flexspline consists of internal and external gear rings. The mathematical relationship between the coordinates of the points on the tooth profile of the deformed flexspline and that of the undeformed flexspline is derived by carrying on the coordinates transformation. According to this mathematical relationship, the coordinates of the points on the both sides of the tooth profile of every gear tooth of the one forth of the internal and external gear rings of the deformed flexspline are solved with the use of the mathematical software, then the coordinates are imported into the software Pro/E, and connect in a correct order with spline curves, the two curves have been mirrored and extended to finish the 3D modeling of the deformed flespline. At last, the FEM analysis of the deformed flexspline has been carried out.

Abstract: Aim at the fact of cigarette code printing system, designed an automatic code printing system for profiled cigarette and standard cigarette. We optimized system performance through the model of communication protocol with UML. The new scheme can improve the current system capability, save cost and improve the efficiency.
