Abstract: Aimed at the signal character of modern pulse radar and the idiographic requirement of the Acquisition and Recording system of Pulse Radar, at the base of detailed analyzing about the particular characters of pulses acquiring and recording, this article brings forward a method which is suitable to Pulse-Record system, and at the base of this, finishes the design, compliment and test of the system. The system can accommodate the timing relationship of pulse-radar which works in statuses of distance-detecting with m-code and avoiding blind-area, adapts the ways of abrupt acquiring and continuous transfers or storage, finishes the high-speed acquiring, transfers and storage of objective echo-signal with more than 200MHz abrupt sampling rate.

Abstract: In order to enhance metrical precision of radar on the vessel, Kalman filter based on Singer model is designed to filter angle-error signals in servo system of the radar in this paper. Precision of angle-error signal in the servo system is a key factor influencing precision of tracking and control. But it inevitably corrupted by external disturbances and internal noise during transmission and detection. Kalman filter, which is a kind of linear minimum variance estimation, can estimate state vector at any time when a parameter variable changing with time (state vector) and a linear model (system model) are provided. Therefore, its extremely suitable for filtering the angle-error signals in servo system. Experiments on practical signal show that Kalman filter can reduce noise of the angle-error signals effectively and hence enhancing metrical precision of the radar.

Abstract: Starting with the physics nature of ships added resistance in waves, this paper mainly expounds the research development and present state in this field from theoretical prediction, experimental study and frontier of the added resistance. It seems that CFD and 3-D Green function are more applicable for solving the added resistance problem than traditional methods.

Abstract: A vertical rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of three articulated vehicles with car body flexibility is established, Green functions are utilized to solve the partial differential equation of each car body, and the mechanism of car body flexible resonance is analyzed. Results show that geometry filtering phenomenon exists in articulated train, when the car body first vertical bending frequency coincides with the frequencies which have the peak values of car body bounce acceleration transmissibility, resonant vibration of flexible car body will happen; The energy of track irregularity decreases rapidly with the increasing frequency, so it is important to avoid the car body resonance at low frequency; If the first vertical bending frequency of car body is greater than a certain value, the flexible resonance will have little effect on the ride quality.

Abstract: In order to study the performance of Hiper Strut suspension and find out the factors which affect its performance, a simulation model of Hiper Strut suspension was established based on Adams/Car and a kinematics optimization was carried out based on Adams/Insight. The result shows that both of its caster angle and kingpin inclination angle change only a little during the parallel wheel travel simulation test. After modifying the coordinate values of some hard points which were found out by using Adams/Insight, the suspension gets a better performance. The established model and optimization could be a foundation for further study of this new suspension.

Abstract: Concerning the steam induced draft fan renovation tendency in large coal-fired power plants, the economic and environmental benefit are analysed for certain 1036MW ultra supercritical units. Under the same generator output, despite the power generation coal consumption for the scheme with steam induced draft fan coal increased, the auxiliary power reduced significantly which results in roughly RMB 10,657 thousands yuan economic saving every year with about 1.9 years payback period of investment. Due to the power supply coal consumption saving, the annual amount of pollutants reduction of CO2, SO2, NO2 and dust are 4440.867, 16.462, 45.514 and 220.829t, respectively.

Abstract: The paper goal is to perform CAD analyze of the mechatronic device used for orthopedic measurement, whose accuracy should be higher. The computation has been done for the entire assembly, taking into account all the forces and mechanical torques acting during the process. Meantime, kinematic relationships have been provided according to relative movements between elements. The material characteristic properties have influenced the results. The active measurement surface, which is a spherical one, should cover a various and wide range of spatial shapes, due to the human bone profile. Finally, the results were verifiable by experimental practice.

Abstract: Cutting force is the major factor which causes machine tool geometric error, for the sake of finding the relationship between cutting force and the machine tool geometric error, this paper established a model to simulate and analysis, Mastered the situation of stress distribution of various points on the machine and the regularity of internal stress and strain distribution; designed experiments for the precise measurement, and obtained the actual data of machine geometric error. the data matches the results of the simulative analysis. the results has a certain referential value to optimize the design of machine tool, the geometric error modeling and make the realization of software compensation, etc.

Abstract: In N-G-W type non-circular planetary gear strain, the planetary gear is meshed both with the center wheel and the inner gear ring. The parameters which the design of the planetary wheel system required can be received according to the three-order elliptic equation which consist of continuous smooth closed curves as the pitch curve equation of the center wheel, and on the basis of planetary gear teeths relation, the closed condition of the pitch curve and the teeth uniformly distributed in the curve. This paper studied the design process of the pitch curve on an N-G-W type internal-curve planet gear pump by a practical example.

Abstract: Based on the analyses and researches of the structure characteristics of new type shotcrete machine and the processing methods of helical blade, the calculation of the spiral blade is obtained; the blanking and tension-forming processing method of a helical blade is concluded; the processing difficulties and the matters that need attention when machined are analyzed; the assembly welding measures of the single helical blade and the aging treatments and corrections of deformation are given, which will all effectively guarantee uniform mixing and quantitative delivery function requirements.
