Abstract: Based on Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA), this paper studies the influence of fans arrangement to offshore platform noise, analyses the noise distributions of typical offshore platform areas when the inlet fans are arranged in the Main Engine Room and out of it. On this basis, with the aim of optimal noise in platform, this paper carries out optimal design of the fan arrangement and shows it. The study shows that: the noise influence of inlet and exhaust fans arrangement to Main engine room is relatively small. But it is relatively large to the Public area and the Living area around the Main Engine Room. From the view of platform noise control, the inlet and exhaust fans should be arranged in the Main Engine Room.

Abstract: Western Bei II Area in Saertu Oilfield, Daqing Oilfield is the test area. It has now entered an exploitation phase of extra high water cut stage. Under the circumstance of a long time of development and complex conditions of well history in this area, it has experienced water flooding, polymer flooding and thermal recovery. Based on basic geological characteristics in the test area, this study establishes three-dimensional geological static models and conducts the fine reservoir numerical simulation of the test area. In addition, it summarizes the temperature field distribution features before and after the thermal recovery as well as causes and distribution laws of the residual oil, which provides a reliable basis for development, deployment and measures to adjust in the next step in oilfields.

Abstract: To the problem of multiple dry-reed relays electromagnetic interference in application circuits, we present an effective method to reduce the electromagnetic interference in this paper. The method is alternating permutation matrix of dry-reed relays. The paper describes the cause of electromagnetic interference of dry-reed relays. Using the offset of electric polarity alternation principle, we put forward the method for reducing electromagnetic interference. The method is applied to a multi-functional physiotherapy instrument. By experiments, experimental result shows that the degree of electromagnetic interference is reduced along with the increase in the number of dry-reed relays.

Abstract: This investigation is concerned with the elastohydrodynamic lubrication of the piston skirt / cylinder link of an internal combustion engine. In such compliant structures, the thickness of the lubricant film depends not only on the elastic deformation elements of the mechanism but also on their profiles. We have developed a computer program to study the effect of the profile of the piston skirt on the lubricant film. This program is based on a two-dimensional description of the lubricant film flow and a three-dimensional deformation of solids. The Reynolds equation defines the behavior of hydrodynamic film of oil in the liaison piston skirt / cylinder, and the equations of static and elastic equilibrium quantify the behavior of the structure. These Equations are solved numerically by using the finite differences method.

Abstract: There was an indication that high rise buildings in Jakarta was not designed based on energy conservation principles. The most important aspects of the high-rise buildings is energy saving technology located in the building envelope design. Building envelope with a full glass design functions for widening view and enhancing natural lights, even though but it is also increasing energy consumption and thermal discomfort due to the intensity of solar radiation in hot humid climates. During the current decade, the development of double building envelope type (Double Skin Façade: DSF) seemed more just to improve the aesthetics and the use of natural light, while the wind and thermal performance aspects were still lack of serious consideration. Those aspects will be chosen as the subject matter in this research. The research was aimed to investigate and compare the value of heat transfer in the building envelope of high-rise office buildings. Samples were taken from five DSF buildings, with closed and open cavity. CFD software is used for simulation of the five different models of DSF. The research proves that the high-rise office buildings as the research object in Jakarta do not apply energy conservation principle. The utilization of wind in the DSF cavity can reduce temperature and relieve the burden of air conditioning systems that is energy save. An important finding of the research is the need for ventilation in the design of a double skin at high-rise office buildings in the humid tropics.

Abstract: In the Shahezi Formation of Xujiaweizi fault depression in the Songliao Basin mainly tow sedimentary system is developed: the Xudong gentle slope belt and Xuxi fault zone systems. However, this area is little studied as there have been only limited efforts in exploration. Based on the latest drilling, outcrop data, description of core observation and laboratory microscope identification, it has been concluded that four mainly sedimentary facies are developed in this area: braided river delta, fan delta, lacustrine facies and sublacustrine fan. The subaqueous distribute channel is the main type of the fan delta front while the braided channel is the main type of the braided river delta. A number of clastic, sandstone and mudstone are developed in these two types of sedimentary facies. We can use it to make further study of dividing into micro-facies.

Abstract: The distribution of microscopic residual oil varied according to the character of rock pore structure. How pore structure effect residual oil distribution is still an unresolved problem. In this paper, different origin samples were collected, then the characters of microscopic pore structure was analyzed with mercury injection curves, casting thin sections and SEM. The character of microscopic residual oil was observed with fluorescence thin sections. The study showed that after strong water flooding, the microscopic residual oil was mainly composed of intergranular type and cluster type residual oil, but the proportion of different type of residual oil varied according to different microscope pore structure. the smaller the radius of pore structure is, the higher the proportion of intergranular type and cluster type remaining oil is, but the lower the proportion of corner type, membranous type and throat type is.

Abstract: With the increase of switching frequency of power switch, EMI noise pollution becomes more and more serious. In order to solve this problem, in this paper, the switch power supply filter and passive EMI filter, active EMI filter is studied. It mainly research active EMI filter with feed forward , non-inductive current detection device of active EMI filter and active EMI filter for three-phase inverter motor. To solve this problem which is that EMI noise pollution has become more serious along with the increase of switching frequency switch power supply, the increasingly serious pollution make the EMI filter technology have a wide range of applications and put forward higher request to filter technology

Abstract: Façade-slab connection is the main thermal bridge of buildings. In this work, different options are analyzed according to the location of the thermal insulation. Heat loss is measured for each option. According to thermal analysis performed we conclude that cover the buildings façade completely without interruption at the slabs front is essential to avoid thermal bridges. The new option that interrupts the cantilever to put insulation on the entire façade is just effective to isolate the entire cantilever and is an easier constructive solution. This insulation continuity is needed to prevent ceiling condensation, since the energy saving is not important compared to windows thermal loss.

Abstract: The strategy planning is virtual necessity for business activities. In this paper, we propose the use of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to prioritize all of the measures and strategies in a BSC framework and we tries set up intelligent balanced scorecard knowledge-based strategic planning system, including the database management subsystem, the model base subsystem, the knowledge acquisition subsystem, and the dialogue subsystem. We use the BSC knowledge-based system in a financial holding company in Taiwan. The knowledge-based system for BSC offers a very fast way to implement an automated strategy planning.
