The paper respectively introduced the principle of PKPM and SAP2000 application of modeling, At the same time, these two kinds of software are based on structure mechanics. practical engineering projections of these two applications, and engineering seismic performance analysis to compare their conclusions with some guiding significance for understanding the PKPM and SAP2000 application of, and provide a reference for personnel engaged in structural design.
