Abstract: The garbage salvage ship is made from polystyrene plastic as hull framework and STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer to control the core, and consists of DC gear motor, photoelectric sensor, power circuit and other circuits. The system uses STC89C52 to control the boat to move forward, backward or turn through the I/O port. Tracing is finished by infrared obstacle avoidance sensor E18-D80NK. Working manner of the infrared obstacle avoidance sensor E18-D80NK was introduced and its application scheme based on STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer in the control system of garbage salvage ship was put forward.

Abstract: The research is mainly based on BP-ANN neural network method, through direct and indirect data collection to predict the photovoltaic super-short term power generation, discussed the influence and effection about the generalization of the BP-ANN neural network model ,which is used to predict the photovoltaic super-short term power generation. Combined with the actual operation situation, analyzed and compared the system operation results. The actual results show that measured data has the same trend with the super-short term prediction results, the root mean square error and mean absolute error are small, the prediction accuracy reached 96.71% and has high application value.

Abstract: In this paper a calculation model of propagation delays of satellite beams is introduced for LEO multi-beam satellite communications system. Based on actual parameters and beam coverage patterns of the Iridium and Globalstar system, the maximum propagation delay differentials in several typical beams from the center to the edge of the satellites coverage are calculated. Analysis of these results can provide reference for analyzing the feasibility of LEO multi-beam satellite system compatible with uplink synchronization in LTE.

Abstract: In order to meet the family local area build fast video sharing and monitoring requirements, design and implement the multimedia transmission system based on broadband PLC. The system consists of a multimedia sender and a multimedia receiver, composed of the PLC module and the multimedia processing module. The PLC module achieve the data transmission in power line, multimedia processing module realize audio and video collecting, encoding, transmission, decoding and outputting function, while achieving the infrared remote control. The experimental results show that, the high performance and reliability of multimedia transmission system based on broadband power line communication, which can meet the family local area build fast video sharing and monitoring requirements.

Abstract: CQI(Channel Quality Indicator) is an essential indicator for AMC(Adaptive Modulation and Coding) technique in LTE. Due to the long delay of GEO satellite channel, CQI prediction is necessary to ensure effective AMC. This paper proposes the approximation from real CQI data containing small scale fading to that containing only large scale fading to do prediction. The concrete correlation features and the difference between the approximation and the original data are all analyzed. Simulation is done for confirmation. It shows that the approximate large scale CQI data is feasible and rational for prediction and ensuring AMC efficiency.

Abstract: In this paper, a context aware system is investigated for reading. The experiments are performed by two ultrasound sensors to obtain the users three scenarios of study, relax and nap. In this paper, we proposed soft decision (SD) method for three contexts to improve the accuracy rate of contexts recognition to 93% comparing with the 78% of hard decision (HD) method. In addition, to remove the external noise or interference, the moving windows (MW) are proposed to further improve the accuracy rate to 98%.

Abstract: In LTE(Long Term Evolution) system, scheduling plays an important role in the process of allocating resource. LTE system puts forward semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) for new applications such as VoIP(Voice on Internet Protocol) and online games. Considering the problem of resource collision in SPS HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest) process, we explore the relationship between uplink semi-persistent scheduling period and the number of semi-persistent transmissions, and propose two novel solutions. One is choosing specific uplink semi-persistent period for different uplink/downlink (UL/DL) configurations and the number of transmissions. The other is delaying collision processes for the configuration of small uplink period. The analysis proves that the two solutions can reduce the collision probability and improve the stability of LTE system.

Abstract: Because the fusion rules which are based on coefficient of a single point and coefficient of region has one-sidedness and are easy to make blending images lack fidelity, a new fusion rule is put forward. When this fusion rule fuses the low frequency sub-band resolved by wavelet method, it adequately consider the local areas regional energy and the regional energys similarity of the image which is need to fuse, and it use threshold to choose appropriate fusion rule. Experimental result indicated that this way can preferably keep detail features of the image, and it has some engineering application value.

Abstract: We propose a biomimetic pattern recognition (BPR) approach for classification of proteomic profile. The proposed approach preprocess profile using iterative minimum in adaptive setting window (IMASW) method for baseline correction, discrete wavelet transform (DWT) for fitting and smoothing, and average total ion normalization (ATIN) for remove the influence of vary amount of sample and degradation over time. Then principal component analysis (PCA) and BPR build classification model. With an optimization of the parameters involved in the modeling, we obtain a satisfactory model for cancer diagnosis in three proteomic profile datasets. The predicted results show that BPR technique is more reliable and efficient than support vector machine (SVM) method.
