Abstract: In this paper we realized a Video-based theodolite simulation system, simulating and modeling theodolite servo control system with Simulink, build the model of theodolite movement. Split the recording video into images, and projected it onto the virtual coordinate system, then stitching images by SIFT method, the result panorama is used as background. We propose a algorithm based on gradient histogram, detect the target from the video image, then superimposed it on the background. System achieve a high degree of simulation, and reproduced the mandate process of the theodolite.

Abstract: According to the production requirements and arrangements of 1930 coal, Third District pedestrian mountains and Third District return airway were communicated. And the ways that adding appropriate resistance in the mining area return air route, continue to increase resistance in the +1944m horizontal transport Shimen, taking iron damper instead of wood damper, adjusting the Third District wind turbine operating parameters, removing the temporary damper of the Second District 6# main transport roadway and so on were integrated optimization. The Third District ventilation system was formed. Meanwhile the ventilation system design experience and recommendation were summarized. The mine ventilation system would be stable and reliable and mine daily production would be safety.

Abstract: The quenching and partitioning (Q&P) process was performed on high strength steel WHT1300HF at 250-350 °C for 30 to 90 s, respectively, for the improvement of its product of strength and plasticity (PSP). ε-carbide precipitation was observed in all the specimens partitioned at each temperature for different periods of time due to inadequate amount of Si in the composition of WHT1300HF steel. The volume fraction of retained austenite at room temperature in the partitioned specimens is extremely low due to the lack of carbon enrichment in untransformed austenite at the partitioning temperature as a result of the carbide precipitation. The decrease of tensile strength and increase of elongation are caused by the partitioning treatment, a maximum value of the PSP (17.6 GPa%) is achieved by partitioning at 300 °C for 60 s.

Abstract: This thesis first made an introduction to the functional and technical requirements of this product, and then determined its moulding process. After that, the injection moulding process parameters of the selected injection moulding machine were set, besides, it applied Moldflow software to make simulation analysis to multiple schemes of injection moulding process, and finally, the best mold structure was determined according to the final analysis result.

Abstract: In the ability of numerical control lathe, it is difficult to apply the A-type macro-program of non-circular curve program during manual programming. The user macro-program is one special function to improve numerical control lathe. This article introduces convex-concave oval programming of the A-type macro-program. Through the practical research on the key ability of the A-type program programming, and grasp the application of the A-type macro-program programming is one of the most important modern numerical control technology.

Abstract: Taking the full network observability of power system and the least number of PMU as objective, to appearing fault situation in the grid, this paper proposes Differential Evolution and Particle Swarm Optimization (DEPSO) algorithm in view of the system failure rate. The improved DEPSO algorithm is global optimization, the algorithm takes the constraint condition of fault rate into account during the course of seeking optimal solutions. At the end, through the examples show that the algorithm compares with the existing optimization methods, which can reduce the number of PMU configuration and achieve completely observability of the system, at the same time, and stable operation of the system, through the simulation results verify feasibility and valibity of the algorithm.

Abstract: To ensure wire-line core drilling process more safe, efficient and quality, a real time monitoring and control system for drilling rig was built based on virtual instrument technology. Currently, the geological exploration have more precise requirements of many parameters, this system is very helpful for geological exploration. The system took IPC as main controller and used multi-sensors through DAQ card or serial port to monitor multi-parameters. Simultaneously, instructions ordered by host computer through digital-to-analog output card transmit to actuator, such as solenoid valve, to control drilling processs parameters. LabVIEW graphic oriented software platform provides a flexible and reliable support for drilling parameters supervisory control and data acquisition system. This applied engineering software offers a complete monitoring for several parameters of drilling rig.

Abstract: Hydraulic electromagnetic energy-regenerative shock absorber (HESA) is a new type of shock absorber which can regenerate a portion of energy dissipated as thermal energy in conventional shock absorber. This paper briefly describes HESAs working principle, uses AMESim, a hydraulic simulation software, to get damping characteristic of HESA as well as conventional passive shock absorber by doing some simulation tests, and contrasts the two consequents. Simulation results show that HESA has its unique damping characteristic, and its regenerative characteristic performs well.

Abstract: In this paper, with the thermal mechanical coupled method and the whole rolling process simulation result using as the initial thermal field, the thermal field and deformation of rail during cooling have been simulated, then rail pre-bending process is proposed according rail bending deformation curve during cooling The results show that the bending curve formula fitting by rail cooling deformation curve is accurate comparing with the actual situation. Moreover, pre-bending process is set by fitting formula, and the rail recovers straightly after cooling.
