Hollow Fiber Supported Ionic Liquid Liquid-Phase Microextraction for Determination of Parathion in Environmental Water Sample

Article Preview

Abstract:

A simple, environmentally friendly and fast method for the enrichment of parathion in water sample based on enhancement effect of room temperature ionic liquid (1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium hexafluorophosphate, BmimPF6) for hollow fiber membrane liquid phase microextraction followed with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been developed. The effects of the analytical conditions such as the extraction time, extraction temperature, the pH of the sample solution, etc., were studied. Under optimized conditions, the value of the extraction efficiency can reach 195 for parathion.
