Abstract: This paper divides Chinas 30 provinces into eastern region, central region and western region, uses the energy intensity as an index to analyze energy efficiency from 1995 to 2010 in China and take the empirical study in regional differences of energy efficiency by Theil index. The results of this research indicate that the total, within-region and between-region difference of energy efficiency are all constantly reducing in China. There is a rapid decrease of the total difference and within-region difference of energy efficiency. The total difference mainly consists of within-regional difference. The within-region differences of energy efficiency in the three regions are not the same. To be specific, the difference in the eastern and central regions decreases, while the difference in the western region is showing some characteristics of fluctuation.

Ningxia yinchen solar energy technology limited company combine the solar collectors and underground pebble heat storage layer, used it in single-layer local-style dwelling houses in the countryside, Through the field test, the system can keep a very stable indoor temperature throughout in Sunny days when the outdoor temperature was minus 10 °C above, there has enough heat storage capacity to meet the requirements of indoor heating at a two cloudy days after sunny, but if More than 3 days are cloudy, auxiliary heating should be carried out using auxiliary heat source. The experimental results show that this method is simple and regenerative effect is significant.

Abstract: The rainfall is the main soil water supply to the soil of desert-steppe. It divides into three parts, evaporation, infiltration and runoff, after falling on to the surface. Those three parts are affected by many factors. Studies of rainfall division in desert-steppe were rare, the proportions of evaporation, infiltration and runoff are uncertain. So Under the condition of different vegetation, we conduct six times rainfall simulation experiment under different rainfall intensity. Simulation shows that rainfall process, the surface coverage and soil condition affect division. The evaporation section of rainfall accounted for 1/2 ~ 2/3. Infiltration section accounted for 30% ~ 50%. Runoff is the smallest. The rainfall intensity plays a decisive role on the runoff. Different vegetation coverage, division proportion is different. The interception and delay function of vegetation main effect evaporation and runoff, it can make the evaporation increased to more than 70%, reduce runoff to a third. Water content of soil profile before rainfall is the main factors affecting infiltration volume. The soil moisture before rain affects the infiltration rate at the beginning of rainfall. If rainfall duration is long enough, infiltration capacity is almost a constant.

Abstract: The energy-saving of envelope structure plays an important role in building energy conservation, so the first step to save rural residential energy is energy-saving of envelope structure. Basing on the purpose of building ecological and sustainable new countryside housing, this article intensively studies the present condition of energy-saving rural residential envelope structure in cold regions, proposes corresponding energy-saving measures, calculates the quantity and the rates of energy saving , payback period after taking energy-saving measures on the basis of modeling ,and indicates its feasibility and importance.

Abstract: The constraints of resources and environment in China are more and more intense. The 12th Five-Year Plan requires that energy saving must be considered in the architectural design. Liangshan has special climate and sunshine. Therefore, the Government of Liangshan requires that building energy saving must be started from the stage of architectural design. Building energy efficiency must be considered from several aspects, such as architectural layout, wall structure, windows and doors, roof structure, external sun-shading, and construction materials.

Abstract: A novel method was developed for the determination of HCH in Panax Notoginseng of Chinese traditional medicine by ultrasonic extraction (UE) coupled with Gel Permeation Chromatography and Gas Chromatography/Mass spectrometry. Some important parameters that influence the extraction and purification efficiency were investigated. The optimum condition Panax Notoginseng of Chinese traditional medicine was extracted with dichloromethane about 20mL, extracting times and extracting time were one and 30min. The extracts were cleaned up by Gel Permeation Chromatography, and determined by Gas Chromatography /Mass spectrometry. Under the optimum condition, the mean recoveries of the method were 83.23%, the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 3.45%, which has been under the demand of the determination of HCH in Panax Notoginseng of Chinese traditional medicine.

Abstract: A novel Pt-Sn bimetallic spherical microparticles electrode for methanol electooxidation was prepared by electrodeposition technique on nichrome substrate. The electrocatalytic performance of Pt-Sn electrode for methanol oxidation was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The experimental results showed that deposited platinum-tin bimetallic microparticles enhanced the catalytic activity for methanol electrooxidation. Above all, anti-poisoning capability against CO of Pt-Sn bimetallic microparticles electrode was increased in comparision to pure platinum microparticles electrode. Moreover, the cost of preparing catalyst greatly decreased because of reduced dosage of contents of noble platinum on the electrode. This may be a promising electrocatalyst in the direct methanol fuel cells (DMFCs) and other liquid fuel cells field.

Abstract: Efficient reagents were used in the direct-reverse flotation process to process the mid-low grade Si-Ca collophanite. We got nice results in the laboratory experiment and expanding test. These results showed that our study was successful in technology, economy and environment effect. It also offers support for building flotation mill in future.

Abstract: The paper introduces a kind of foaming plaster with main raw material of α- gypsum, which is produced by utilizing the chemical reaction principles H2O2 was decomposed. Meanwhile,study the changes of density,flexural strength and compressive strength of plaster material performance with the additives in different ratio. The result showed that water-cement ratio, H2O2 foaming agent and water temperature all affect the performance of the foaming plaster.

Abstract: Acid rain and greenhouse effect are the major air pollution problems in China, and the goals for the total emission control of NOx and total energy consumption control begin to move forward in the 12th five-year plan. NOx emission reduction and energy saving of coal-fired power plants are still put in a strategic position. Accordingly, it is of great significance to carry out power planning work, considering effect of NOx emission index and energy saving on power industry. In this study, a mixed 0-1 integer linear power generation expansion model based on total emission control of NOx and low carbon economy effect is developed for the first time, which can be used for studying the change of power structure, confirming the releasing emissions of NOx from power system for development and reducing energy consumption by total amount control of power coal consumption and CO2 emission growth rate. The model is applied to the power system in Heilongjiang province and the results indicate that the proposed model not only can meet the requirement of power generation expansion management, but also can help the power industry clear the economic impact of NOx emission reduction on self-development and achieve the energy saving target.
