Abstract: With the exploitation of Jingbian Gas Field for decades, the formation energy gradually decreasing, and the wellhead pressure of some gas wells were found approaching to the pressure of gathering pipe network. Furthermore, some wellhead pressure can not make the produced natural gas get into the gathering pipe network. S well block of Jingbian Gas Field was set as the research object, applied numerical simulation method to create a new three dimensional geological model for gas reservoir of S well block, and then matched the reserves of gas reservoir and productivity parameters of gas well; applied the orthogonal test method design a variety of charging scheme and simulated every scheme; finally, decided an applicative pressurization scheme for gas well of S well block in Jingbian Gas Field.

Abstract: In pH 4.2 HAc-NaAc buffer solution, hydroxylamine hydrochloride reduced Cu2+ to Cu+ that coordinate the nitrogen atom of 1,2,3-benzotriazole (BTA) to form Cu-BTA complex particles with a resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) peak at 369 nm. Under the selected conditions, when the BTA concentration increased, the RRS intensity at 369 nm increased. The increased RRS intensity ΔI369nm was linear to BTA concentration in the range of 0.17-13.36 µg/mL, with a regression equation of ΔI369nm = 89.91C + 96.7, and the detection limit is 0.17 µg/mL. Accordingly, a new RRS method for BTA was established.

Abstract: Thymosin, composed of many peptides, is distributed in animal and has immunomodulating effects. However, many factors could affect its bioactivity. Chitosan microspheres containing pig thymosin (CMPT) were prepared through W/O emulsion cross-linking method. In this study, thymosin activity between pig-thymosin and CMPT was investigated through E-rosette test and mouse spleen lymphocyte proliferation (MPLP) experiment in vitro. Results showed that CMPT has the same immunomodulatory activity as pig thymosin. When pig-thymosin was 1.5 μg / ml, E-rosette binding rate was 63%, and E-rosette binding rate of CMPT reached 60%。MPLP rate was 73.3% and 68.5%, respectively. CMPT have the capacity to keep the E-rosette binding and MPLP activity of pig thymosin. This may help to improve traditional formulation and bioavailability of thymosin, and expand its scope of application in clinic.

Abstract: Hydroxylchalcone are known to act on various physiological targets. In this study, a series of nine hydroxychalcones were synthesized via the aldol condensation with the aim of obtaining bioactive small molecules. Their structures were characterized by NMR spectra. The anti-breast cancer activity evaluation indicated the monohydroxychalcones exhibited the better anti-proliferative effect than dihydroxylchalcones against MDA-MB-231 cells, and the compound 3b showed the best anti-breast cancer activities at 18 μM. The bioactive compounds might be used to develop as potential anti-breast cancer agents.

Abstract: To analyze the genetic diversity of Bupleurum marginatum growing in northwest area of Hubei province of china, and provide the molecular identification method for Bupleurum marginatum and basis for its exploitation and utilization. ISSR Molecular markers were used to analyse the genetic relationship between Bupleurum species in northwest area of Hubei province (NAHP) and the Bupleurum chinense DC.. 12 samples of Bupleurum marginatum were amplified to 81 ISSR bands and there were 42 polymorphic bands, the rate of polymorphic bands was 51.9%. 12 samples of Bupleurum marginatum were clustered into one group, two samples of Bupleurum chinense DC. were clustered into another group. The biodiversity and germplasm resources of Bupleurum marginatum in NAHP is abundant and it is beneficial for the development of Bupleurum marginatum. The method of ISSR marker can significantly distinguish Bupleurum marginatum from its closely related species as the molecular features of the species identification and provide basis for distinguishing different germplasm.

Abstract: Effect of biological materials including sucrose concentration and bacteria ratios on fermentation of goat yogurt was studied by measuring acidity, pH and viable counts. Sucrose concentration (v/v) was 4%, 6%, 8%, 10% and 12%. The ratios of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus were 1:3, 1:2, 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1, respectively. The results were as follows: lower or higher sucrose concentration and bacteria ratios resulted in adversely influence on overall properties of goat yogurt. The optimum sucrose concentration in goat milk was 8% and bacteria ratios were 2:1, respectively.

Abstract: Sewage sludge was pyrolyzed in order to assess the effect of pyrolysis temperature on the yield of biochar production and its characteristics. The pyrolysis temperature was a key factor affecting biochar yield, while the highest yield was obtained at a temperature of 400 °C. Biochar surface area increased with increasing pyrolysis temperature and was maximized (8.4 m2/g),which was beneficial for capturing ammonia and phosphate in aqueous solution. Biochar removed 48.3-82.2% of ammonia at equilibrium time, whereas 35.4 to 69.6% was adsorbed onto biochar surface, implying that biochar is more efficient in removing cations than anions from aqueous solutions.

Abstract: Steam gasification of biochar from fast pyrolysis of biomass was conducted in a fixed bed reactor. The experiments were carried out at temperature of 700, 750, 800 °C with steam flow rate of 0.1 g/min and reaction time of 3 h. The gas products mainly included H2, CO, CO2 and some hydrocarbons with low carbon number. The results showed that the conversion of biochar at 700, 750, 800 °C was 68, 78, 96 wt%, respectively, and high gasification temperature favored the production of hydrogen-rich gases. The hydrogen yield increased with temperature rising and reached the maximum of 35.70 mol/kg with a hydrogen concentration of 74 V% at 800 °C.

Abstract: With synthetic domestic wastewater, denitrifying phosphorus accumulating organism was enriched and cultured by using activated sludge from a wastewater treatment plant in a set of sequencing batch reactor. Results showed that the system had a good effluent performance under the three-phase cultivation of anaerobic/aerobic, anaerobic/anoxic/aerobic and anaerobic/anoxic; the effluent concentration of chemical oxygen demand (COD) was below 25 mg/L, the average removal rate of phosphorus was 84.63%-88.19%.

Abstract: Combining multiple bioinformatics such as shape and color is a challenging task in object recognition. Usually, we believe that if more different bioinformatics are considered in object recognition, then we could get better result. Bag-of-words-based image representation is one of the most relevant approaches; many feature fusion methods are based on this model. Sparse coding has attracted a considerable amount of attention in many domains. A novel sparse feature fusion algorithm is proposed to fuse multiple bioinformatics to represent the images. Experimental results show good performance of the proposed algorithm.
