Abstract:

Building information modeling（BIM）is the direct product of digital technology, which is triggering the changes in the construction industry. Introduced the basic concepts of BIM, technical features, core features and ideas, as well as promote the use of the advantages of BIM, and BIM application stage problems were analyzed, put forward the proposal to promote the implementation of BIM to promote BIM in Chinese construction company in-depth applications of important reference value.
