Abstract: The impeller as the key part of aircraft engine components, and the impeller blade surface is complex, and it is a typical complex difficult machining parts. Five-axis NC machining is the important means to realize sculptured curved surface parts machined with high quality and efficiency. In this paper, in view of the interference problems occurred in the process of impeller five-axis NC machining tool path generating, the configuration space method is proposed to tackle the problem of interference, cutter location point as constraint conditions, the cutter position is described by using two angle parameters, optimization of cutter position, tool path generated without interference, improve the impeller machining quality and production efficiency. Finally, as a case study of a certain type of impeller, it makes arithmetic realization combining with MATLAB.

Abstract: This paper introduces the modal parameter identification method of a reinforced concrete block foundation under ambient excitation. On this basis, the dynamic characteristics of a stone cutting machine foundation are obtained by modal test under different operating conditions, and test results reveal that the main cause of abnormal vibration lies in lower dynamic stiffness of the whole structure. With the comparison of dynamic response between pre-reinforcement and post-reinforcement, reinforcement effects of high pressure grouting technique and pre-stressed bolt applied to restrain foundation vibration are verified effectively.

Abstract: This paper illustrates a method to establish the theoretical equations of profile curve of gear teeth generated by the pre-grinding hob. Matrix computation and differential geometry are employed to derive the equations. Graphics of numerical examples based on the mathematical equations are interpreted using Matlab. The proposed model draws the conclusion about the proper parameters of the teeth profile for the optimization of hob design for industrial application. Furthermore, a three-dimensional model of the pre-grinding hob is built with Pro/E in parametric form as a supplementary approach. It is a descriptive-geometry-based method to generate the gear directly without mathematical derivation. By changing parameters that affect the geometry of a hob tooth profile the hobbing cutter can be constructed to generate any conjugated gear through the motion simulation. With the aid of exact mathematical model and computer program, efficiency of gear machining can be improved by eliminating the traditional trial and error procedure. Abstract: It is a creative design to use kickstands and six wheels for the lunar vehicle.A lunar vehicle virtual prototype is set up.Some joints and functions are added to this virtual prototype to complete its dynamic simulation.Meanwhile,the simulation result has been analysed for its forward,striding obstacle,spaning the concave,swerving the direction and climbing the slope.It is verified that the stationarity and feasibility for this kickstand and six wheels design by the anlysis.This provides the scientific basis for the next whole machine design.

Abstract: Currently, its problems are about feeding more and inserting less fuses at a time, needing triple cooperation of rotary pairs, locations, and low production efficiency. A new type of feed of fuses mechanism was designed, its automatic adjustment of the number of inserting fuses can come out by means of the transmission fit of the trapezoidal axis with the via holes. The axis is a quadrangular prism in the middle and circular cylinders on both sides and the holes are in the middle of the pulling roll wheel pieces. It greatly improves the production efficiency.

Abstract: We used to adopt the manual operation on the closed cross rolling mills to produce metal spoons in the traditional ways which is inefficient and hard to handle. The open cross rolling mill developed in this paper enables automation coordinating with the conveyer belt. Productivity can rise through rack structure optimization and parameter adjustment. Compared with the traditional manual operation, the open cross rolling mill is safer, more efficient and more convenient to handle.

Abstract: By comparison, this paper determines inner bore processing technic program of the engineering machinery hydraulic cylinder block and makes some analysis of the rolling processing technic and relevant emerging issues to propose reasonable and feasible process route and process parameters and ensure the quality of the cylinder processing. It also shows the design of boring-rolling compound tools with high efficiency and high precision for given cylinders.

Abstract: The method of the impacting to manufacture micro-pits is put forward in order to reduce friction between Piston ring and Cylinder liner, and improve the effective of air compressor. Method and principium of the impacting to manufacture micro-pits is recounted. The cylinder liner is set on principal axis of the rotating lathe. The tool can feed toward axis or radial direction. The micro-pits deepness is controlled by axis feeding, and distance between two micro-pits is controlled by radial feeding. The motor drives eccentricity wheel, so that the tool engender the low frequency vibration. The micro-pits are manufactured by the tools on low-frequency vibration. The effective of micro-pits processing is improved because the matrix tools were designed and manufactured. The depth of micro-pits can be controlled, so that it is even. The dynamic lubrication is built up between the cylinder and the piston, because the distributing regulation and the structural parameter can be controlled, and the micro-pits distribute evenly and independently. A theoretic model was presented to study the lubrication performance, The theory of dynamic lubrication of the honeycomb micro-pits was researched. The air compressor cylinder liners were manufactured. The tests of air compressors which cylinder liners have no micro-pits and air compressors which cylinder liners have micro-pits were done. The test result proves that friction between Piston ring and Cylinder liner is reduced, and the effective of air compressor is improved because of micro-pits.

Abstract: Similarity measure function is one of the most important factors influencing the matching precision in the field of computer vision. In this paper, a survey is done on the application frequency of distance similarity measure methods and related similarity measure methods, also the statistic characteristic is been given. The significance of Measure functions variable parameters in image matching is showed. In the real time processing aspect, drawn the conclusion that Manhattan distance measure is the fastest, Euclidean distance take second place, correlation coefficient is worst. However, in the robustness of the noise pollution aspect, correlation coefficient has the strongest robustness, then followed is Manhattan distance, Euclidean distance is worst.
