The last we point the difficulty of Chinese parsing.

Abstract: Because of the single-syllable of Chinese words and the confusing nature of Chinese pronunciation, connected mandarin digit speech recognition (CMDSR) is a challenging task in the field of speech recognition. This paper applied a novel acoustic representation of speech, called the acoustic universal structure (AUS) where the non-linguistic variations such as vocal tract length, lines and noises are well removed. A two-layer matching strategy based on the AUS models of speech, including the digit and string AUS models, is proposed for connected mandarin digit speech recognition. The speech recognition system for connected mandarin digits is described in detail, and the experimental results show that the proposed method can obtain the higher recognition rate.

Abstract: Image processing software is penetrating every aspect of the artistic creation. And the auxiliary function of image processing software is becoming more and more significant in modern art creation, which has greatly changed the creation concept of lots of modern art workers. Thus, the created works are also becoming more and more colorful. First of all, this paper explains several kinds of common digital processing principles in image processing software. Based on this, this paper uses the cases to make a conduct empirical analysis on the auxiliary function reflect and principle of image processing software in modern arts creation. And then, it is the development prospects of image processing software in modern arts creation that has been deeply analyzed. It further explains the advantage function of digital image processing software applied in modern arts creation. Thus, to a certain extent, it provides a scientific theory basis for research in the field.

Abstract: The online planning and learning in partially observable Markov decision processes are often intractable because belief states space has two curses: dimensionality and history. In order to address this problem, this paper proposes a point-based Monte Carto online planning approach in POMDPs. This approach involves performing value backup at specific reachable belief points, rather than over the entire belief simplex, to speed up computation processes. Then Monte Carlo tree search algorithm is exploited to share the value of actions across each subtree of the search tree so as to minimise the mean squared error. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is effective in real-time system.

Abstract: This paper shows an application of Ordinary Least Square (OLS) in the wind power forecasting field. The OLS algorithm is applied to obtain the estimated parameter of the hybrid correction model, and then the properly structured correction model was used to correct the forecasting errors form the physical forecasting method and the statistical forecasting method. Satisfactory experimental results are obtained for day-ahead forecast by using actual wind power data.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of electronic identity management system to be constructed for challenge, this paper analyzes the development bottlenecks of network real-name system in China, then proposes a electronic identity management model for China's conditions, and discusses the issues about the operating mechanism, information security, personal privacy protection and legal basis that model may cause, finally provides corresponding legal suggestions.

Abstract: For the current routing algorithm based on the geographic location information, the energy consumption is high and uneven. To address the problem, we propose an energy balance routing protocol (GEBR) based on the geographical location information, using a virtual sink technology to balance the node energy consumption within the scope of gateway communication. Simulation results show that compared with GEAR protocol, the GEBR protocol postponed the generation of energy hole, balanced energy consumption, effectively prolong the network lifetime.

Abstract: With the development of economy, the existence and application of the inflammable, explosive, toxic and harmful gases irresistible but dangerous at the same time in the industrial production application. for the sake of minimizing potential dangers, the remote security monitoring is of great significance. With the rapid development of network technology, the Internet network technology to implement the remote monitoring can effectively avoid some potential hazards in the industrial production and other dangerous things. We can draw a conclusion from the feedback that the effect of user experience is not ideal in the actual application. So based on the analysis of the traditional structure of remote monitoring system, a new remote monitoring system is created which can avoid these shortcomings through further research. This new system consists of three parts: 1. The client: using Flex rich client technology is more convenient and suitable for communication interface and let the customer feel familiar and easy to use. 2. data management layer: it contains three parts : the Web server layer, application server and database server layer . Application server promotes system real-time performance through Web Service technology, Shared memory and streaming Socket technology, which enables clients to have direct access to the site. 3. Data acquisition layer: data will be collected in a timely manner to send to data management with GPRS technology.

Abstract: As the ipv6 protocol stack constantly updated, more and more protocols let to compile parsing codes for each protocols individually is not only huge workload and easy to make mistakes, but also poor reusability and difficult to maintain. Addressed this situation, this paper proposes a method based on the technology of meta-programming to implement a flexible protocol stack parsing program with the ease of expansion and modification.
