Abstract: A multi-QoS evaluation model for electric power users is defined, combined with the characteristics of data center in electric power corporation, based on the research of cloud computing platform of data center in electric power corporation and task scheduling strategies of cloud data center. And a genetic algorithm based on multi-QoS, which fitness functions are QoS utility value and completion time, is put forward. Tests in Cloudsim platform and the result shows that the genetic algorithm based on multi-QoS can satisfy the requirements of multi-QoS of electric power users and improve the operating efficiency of data center in electric power corporation.

Abstract: The famous tea occupies an important position in the tea industry of China, but the quality is not stability. Using computer technology to study th change rules between the color and the moisture content in the processing of Xiazhoubifeng tea, the results showed that the color parameter R and G is strongly associated with the moisture content of tea in the whithering process, the correlation coefficients of them is above 0.95; When the moisture content of Xiazhoubifeng tea is 4%-7%, the color parameter L of whole tea is between the 18 and 19, the color parameter a is between-3 and-4, the color parameter b is between 3 and 4; Finally a test that was guided the xiazhoubifeng tea production with the computer technology achieved satisfactory results.

Abstract: The integration platform based on cloud computing is designed to break through the bottleneck of engineering machinery industry on segmentation of technology services, small scale and low-level services. A structure of service navigation system is presented with work flow as the focus, including service analysis processor, service execution processor and service results manager. This service navigation system can solve the problems of searching all kinds of resources and utilizing the multiple platforms, and strengthen the flexibility and agile response of the integration platform.

Abstract: This Paper takes WiFi wireless video transmission as the technical basis, realized a remote WiFi video system through embedded Linux system, and successfully applyed it in the intelligent home control.The WiFi module is based on IEEE802.11n wireless protocol, which improves the highest transmission rate to 300 Mbps. Wireless camera capture video data and use H.264 to encode it, which greatly reduces the consume of the wireless bandwidth.The PDA terminal is implemented to comunicate with embedded Linux system via TCP/IP protocol, while the data is encrypted by TLS/SSL protocol.

Abstract: The resources construction under the cloud platform should be considered a full range from resource integration and virtualization, resource sharing, resource elastic scalability and user interaction. This paper first analyzes the present situation of resource management based on cloud platform, points out the existing problems and shortcomings of the resource management platform . On this basis, proposed the establishment of an open, interactive, self-service intelligent resource management system model, which consists of three functional modules of organic composition.

Abstract: with the development of computer hardware and software performance improvement, digital multimedia technology has been applied to various fields, the effect of image visional transmission are mainly affected by the brightness, texture and color, and different image effects will produce different visual transmission effect. This paper starts from the brightness of the image, using the mathematical model of digital multimedia brightness change, and combined with MATLAB numerical simulation software, the digital multimedia visual effect design interface is developed. In order to verify the reliability of the design of digital multimedia solutions, image has been brightness correction in the digital multimedia visual effect interface, and then by changing the environment light, diffuse reflection and specular reflection light, we can change the effect of image digital communication. Finally, we will obtain better visual communication effect, to provide a theoretical reference for the development of digital multimedia technology.

Abstract: Object-Z, an extension to formal specification language Z, is good for describing large scale Object-Oriented software specification. This paper introduces Real-Time Object-Z and describes the characters of real-time system: delay, timeout and multithread. Real-Time Object-Z consists two parts: functional specification and filter specification. While Object-Z has found application in a number of areas, its utility is limited by its inability to specify continuous variables and real-time constraints. The main benefit is that it is convenient to deal with the timing variables defined in the specification developed with our approach. The effective specification after applying filter part to functional part holds the form of specification developed with Object-Z. Expanded Object-Z, a modular formal specification language, is a minimum extension of the syntax and semantics of Object-Z. The main advantage of this extension lies in that it is convenient to describe and verify the complex real-time software specification.

Abstract: Based on linear simplification method, the mathematical model of standard II missile and target is built. The command control equation and guidance law are introduced to compute the trajectory of standard II missile and targets. The interception of low flying target with standard II missile is modeled and simulated with computer program. It studied different situations that the velocity and height of target varies. The numerical simulation result is proposed and analyzed, which is meaningful for the research of anti-missile defense.

Abstract: The article briefly introduced the necessity and feasibility of the new technologies of Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system integration, and detailed the working principle and workflow of Electronic Toll Collection and the problem of the existing ETC system integration technology. The article focuses on analyzing the ETC software and hardware integration technology based on cloud computing, and makes reasonable suggestions for the ETC system integration.
