Abstract: In order to simulate the floating effect of the ship in water and the real-time changing weather in ocean scene, as well as to solve the collision detection during the sailing, it well solved those problems and completed the development of more realistic navigation view system through analyzing the stress distribution of the displacement ship in water, researching the collision detection, combining the special components of Unity3D and the weather plug-in UniStorm1.6, programming the corresponding Shader,C# and JavaScript scripts based on the theory of generating ocean scene with the FFT and Projected Grid methods.

Abstract: Weibo is a leading twitter-like microblog service in China, acting as the key barometer of social changes. This paper proposes an innovative model, which automatically detects hot issues on Weibo based on social network analysis instead of search-based approaches. Three stages are consecutively collaborated to discover the hot issues and each issue was presented by a group of distinguished keywords as outcome of the model, i.e., firstly self-revised opinion leaders list construction, secondly keywords selection according to a weighting criterion, and finally keyword co-occurrence network building and event detection through community detection on the network.

Abstract: Three-dimensional models are being used in more and more applications. Although the ever increasing computing power of personal computers has been providing strong support to these applications, unreliable network is still a restricting factor, especially for mobile applications. As such, we in this work study several different broad strategies for 3D model transmission over unreliable network and comparatively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each strategy. On one hand, this comparative study can guide the selection of an appropriate strategy for concrete applications; on the other, it provides a starting point for deeper investigation in robust and efficient 3D mesh transmission over unreliable network.

Abstract: Shelf life prediction is an important problem in the field of food safety. This problem has been extensively studied in different research fields. In this paper, based on our agricultural IOT (Internet of Things) platform, we study this problem from the viewpoint of data mining. In our agricultural IOT platform, by setting various types of sensors, it is possible for us to collect information of a farm product during its whole life cycle such as planting, storage, processing, transportation and sale. Shelf life of a farm product is very difficult to determine since it will be affected by many factors during its life cycle, such as temperature, air/soil humidity etc. After integrate raw sensor data streams into batch id-based data streams, we adapt Back-Propagation method to the integrated sensor data streams to predict the shelf life of a farm product. Experiments are conducted on real data from our agricultural IOT platform and the experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method could provide a very good prediction for the shelf life of a farm product.

Abstract: Currently commercial vehicles technical condition database is isolated between provinces and vehicle model database is a big problem troubling test stations and repair enterprises. The article introduces implementation of the vehicle performance databases and database management software. This system orienting to 4 types of user (commercial vehicles administrative management departments, test stations of multiple performance, vehicle repair enterprises, and vehicle transportation enterprises.) has realized technical performance databases interconnection in 3 provinces and many thousands of records have been imported. 4 kinds of users can perform technical conditions inquiry, statistics and vehicle model inquiry. The system has been applied in 3 provinces for months and goes well. The database can solve the problems troubled test stations and repair enterprises for many years. Ultimately it can help the users to raise safety of commercial vehicles and reduce the probability of occurrence of traffic accidents.

Abstract: In the network environment, special service website is an effective way to carry out special services. Currently there are many problems in special topic service website construction: the style is not uniform, the database is not compatible, technical architectures have serious differences, and rights management is confusing. All of the issues mentioned above lead to a great waste of hardware, software, human and financial resources. This article puts forward the Drupal-based rapid website establishment solution which can effectively improves the construction and management efficiency of special topic service website and increases compatibility between different topic service sites, while greatly reducing the cost of topic services.

Abstract: Most technologies provide three-dimensional (3D) display in the front of screens which are in parallel with the walls, and the sense of immersion is decreased. To get the right ground based 3D imaging, cameras imaging planes should be parallel to the public focus plane, and the cameras optical axes should be shifted to the center of the public focus plane in both vertical and horizontal directions. Virtual cameras are used to display 3D model in computer system. The virtual capturing methods for ground based 3D display are presented. The position of virtual camera is determined by the observers eye positions in the real world. An experimental system for ground based 360°3D display is demonstrated for viewing horizontally, which provides high-immersion 3D visualization. The displayed 3D scenes are compared with the real measurement in the real world.

Abstract: With the popularity and development of the network, page layout and style become increasingly complex. The traditional web production technology has been unable to meet the needs of large e-commerce sites, so multimedia-based virtual web authoring technology become the mainstream of web design. This paper first analyzes the particularity of e-commerce web design and introduces key technologies of multimedia virtual. Then a well-established development process, namely content analysis, structural design, program design, performance design, is used to design the e-commerce website. Finally, the development process is well verified in practice.

Abstract: This paper begins with the design theories and principles of the long-distance education system. By analyzing the features of the ubiquitous learning and the modes of the long-distance education, the paper designs a communication procedure optimized long-distance education system. It detailed describes the system construction which integrates the optimal communication routines and long-distance education into a whole system. The procedure needs to gradually extend each component in the system in order to adapt the continuous developing techniques and changing learning ideology.

Abstract: Existing property management system has low reuse level in software developing process which cannot meet the new needs. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a design method for property management system based on B/S architecture. The method merges the component-based ideas into the analysis, design and implementation process of property management system to design a layered component-based architecture. The paper extracts components of the system, and gives implementation of some elements in the system and system simulation results. Experiments show the component technology enhances system maintainability and reusability, and achieves scientific, standardized and informatization of the property management.
