Abstract: College English is students public courses who dont major in English. The traditional examination mode has many defects, so online examination is the future, intelligent test paper composition is an important part of online examination, in this paper, according to the characteristics of College English test, design database on intelligent test system. Firstly, make t requirement analysis about the test, user, and algorithm; then, use entity relationship model to design the concept based on the analysis; finally, make the logical structure design, following the design principles for the logical structure of the meter, and the result is the table structure 10. The content of this paper has important application value for the construction of College English online examination management system, promoting the scientific and standardization of teaching management.

Abstract: Faculty shortage of college English teaching which is caused by the reform, limit the improvements of students English proficiency, and an effective mechanism to resolve this contradiction is the English assisted instruction system. This paper makes research on the frame structure, aiming at the problems in the process of system development and maintenance. First, study the functional framework composed by three roles, students, teachers, administrators, based on the analysis of system function; Then, research framework, on the presentation layer, business logic layer, data access layer, so it is easy for developers to complete the business process specific in the framework; Finally, research on security framework composed by ASP.NET, IIS, .NET Framework, the operating system. College English assisted instruction system, based on the construction of the framework structure, can achieve the ability of sharing teaching resources, enriching teaching mode, and improving the quality of teaching.

Abstract: The multimedia technology has been widely applied to many engineering fields. However, because the data contained in video content is very large, it is always being a difficult problem of computer data analysis and processing to analyze the video. Based on the content analysis, this paper takes use of many technologies aimed at the problem of video, such as analysis and processing of multimedia, simulation classification of computer and computer vision and so on. At the same time, combined with the model of color information semantics and the real target tracking principle, this paper builds model and designs the algorithm for the video simulation. At last, this paper makes trajectory extraction and recognition for the real process goals of football, establishing the simulation process of football. Through the numerical simulation, it is found that frames extracted from the video capture are different from each other in the process of real football game and the recognition rate and accuracy of simulation trajectory are also not the same. Among them, when frame is 85, the effects of recognition rate and accuracy are best, which respectively reach 80% and 89%. Thus, it gains a better simulation effect.

Abstract: Taking dynamic self-adaptive network security model system of the whole network as theoretical guidance, this thesis analyzes security risks faced by campus network completely and in full detail, combining with the network system features. The current mainstream of network security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection,VPN, certification, and others are carefully studied to illustrate security technologies which shall be focused for the campus network security. Then, taking the Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University campus network as an example, the specific characteristics of campus network are considered to analyze the reality of network security and to design campus network security solutions, which have strong relevance and feasibility.

The system took Brower/server as web access model, Tomcat as Web server and SQL Server 2000 as data access software. Abstract: The article introduces the total design and implementation procedure of undergraduate course-choosing system based on JSP technology.The system based on B/S 3-tier technique structure uses Apache+Tomcat as Web server and uses Oracle as background database.The system realizes the Oracle database access by JDBC.

Abstract: Virtual reality technology can produce various lifelike 3-D senses, such as visual sense and senses of hearing and smell through computer, which can not only engage people in the experience and interaction in the virtual word with the aid of proper devices, but also create a sense of immersion. Virtual laboratory based on the design of 3D technology is displayed in the form of roaming from the perspective of viewers. During the viewing, the viewers seem to walk in the virtual experimental center personally, and thus, they will deeply sense the floors of the center, the structural layout between laboratories, and the interiors of the laboratories.

Abstract: Chinese web page classification has been considered as a hot research area in data mining. In this paper, Chinese web page classification algorithm based on vector space model is proposed. This algorithm makes use of supervised machine learning theory to implement a web page classifier. It combined text frequency and methods for feature extraction and improved traditional TFIDF weighting formula. The results show that the classifier was feasible and effective.

Abstract: Form 2004, Shanghai has started the corresponding Science and technology support program for the construction of Chongming eco-island. With eight years of continuous special support, it has a series of noticeable effects. Facing the problem of asymmetry of Sci-techl information, inability to realize Sci-Tech data compilation and sharing, and slowness of transferring scientific achievement into productivity, to establish a Sci-tech information sharing platform is very important for realizing the technical swift communication and authentic sharing. This study elaborated the design and development of the platform, the establishment of the database, the visual query and browsing technique, application of WebGIS and platform safety strategy. The Sic-tech information sharing platform includes all Sic-tech projects of Chongming special fund and all corresponding key technology and results based on Web page. Meanwhile, it provides strong related search functions for different users. The platform has entered a practical using and comes into great effect gradually.

Abstract: Sustainable development is one of the three main objectives of geoparks. As China has the largest number of global Geoparks, it is of increasing importance for us. The involvement and support of the local community are indispensable to the sustainable development of the Park. But how to achieve the goal in the network age is a big problem. Taking the practice of Mt. Sanqingshan Geopark in recent years as an example, the paper explores the involvement into the Park construction and management by the local residents in different ways, especially through the modern information technology, such as tourism geographic information system (TGIS), in order to share the fruits of Park development, and achieve the sustainable development of the Geoark.
