Abstract: Remote access to digital resources system is widely used in college, but its service mode and function are worth further investigation. This paper first analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of mainstream technology. Then it explores several problems that should be pay attention in constructing and implementing the remote access service at this stage. Finally, it introduces the solution of digital resources' unified management system in Donghua University Library, which considers two aspects of management and readers' use. It also proposes this can solve the blocked problem of authorized IP addresses caused by readers' misusing database.

Abstract: With the speedy development of network, information technology has provided an unmatched amount of information resources. It has also led to the problem of information overload. However, people experiences and knowledge often do not enough to process the vast amount of usable information. Thus, approaches to help find resources of interest have attracted much attention from researchers. And recommender systems have arrived to solve this problem. Recommender system plays an important role mainly in an electronic commerce environment as a new marketing strategy. Although a varied of recommendation techniques has been developed recently, collaborative filtering has been known to be the most successful recommendation techniques and has been used in a number of different applications. But traditional collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm has the problem of sparsity. Aiming at the problem of data sparsity for personalized filtering systems, a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on user rating similarity and user attribute similarity is given. This approach not only considers the user item rating information, but also takes into account the user attribute.

Abstract: The meaning of cyber trust is illustrated in this paper. The elements affecting cyber trust in the process of E-Commerce are analyzed. Based on the analyses, strategies of creating cyber trust for E-Commerce Enterprises are discussed. The results show that in order to improve themselves in the consumer groups credibility and visibility, it is necessary to analyze and study the network trust in e-commerce activities, explore effective ways to create a network of trust.

Abstract: In this paper, electronic commerce is presented. The rise of e-commerce has greatly expanded the consumer market, increasing consumer access to information, it provide a more convenient way of consumption with low cost, the amount of information and market transparency is also increased at the same time, so as to enable consumers to benefit the whole. However, due to the virtual network and related laws and regulations lag, so that the interests of consumers in the new trading mode is damaged, it seriously dampened the enthusiasm of consumers and restricting the development of electronic commerce, it also brought severe challenges to the existing consumer protection law.

Abstract: Modern information technologies enable information systems to record the changing history of information units, and then play back such histories under users requests. This paper proposes a scenario paradigm equipped with a scenario-oriented approach to support the idea of replaying day-to-day activities. The proposed method attempts to organize related information and knowledge elements as a context (scenario) so that the history of daily activities can be recorded, and then be queried and replayed as a flow of information scenarios for a specified interval of time. Thats Your Life Information System (TYLI) is employed as an example in this paper for evaluating the usability of the scenario paradigm and the scenario-oriented approach.

Abstract: With the rapid development of Japan-oriented Software Outsourcing, software professionals demand increase sharply, Japanese ability is the basis for software professionals qualified software outsourcing, the evaluation for the Japanese Language Proficiency of students with software outsourcing has great significance to promote China's software outsourcing development. This paper, researches with rough soft sets theory. First, through investigation and comprehensive analysis and combined the previous studies results to establish evaluation index system; Second, researches the maths models constructed by 6 definition, including: rough soft sets, contrast matrix, up-down row sum, up-down column sum, up-down scores and quality sorting; Finally, according the evaluation steps, evaluate the Japanese ability of nine Japan-oriented Software Outsourcing students, and obtains the sort result. The results show that rough soft sets theory considers various factors and objectively reflects the actual situation, the evaluation results are accurate and reasonable, simple and feasible, is a scientific method.

Abstract: The conception of cloud computing is introduced. Three service models of clouding computing are described, and the characteristics of clouding computing are analyzed. Basing on these characteristics, clouding computing architecture and application is framed in college teaching from the following three aspects: providing the collaboration study making use of cloud service (Take Google cooperation platform as an example); How to build cloud computing model of teaching (Take rendering course as example ); How to put up cloud computing model of computer room managing. Cloud computing minimizes the demand for terminal, and also provides convenience for students to study anytime and anywhere.

Abstract: Requirements analysis phase is an important step which is at the earliest stage of a software lifecycle. If defects are found out at early stage, the cost of a project can be considerably minimized. A weighted method with higher accuracy is developed, based on a Hybrid Defect Content and Effectiveness Model (HDCE) used at requirements analysis phase. In this model, the defects of requirements are classified and every level has different weight value. Moreover, comparison of actual case data clearly indicates that prediction made from this model is more accurate than the prediction made from just using historical data model.
