Abstract: Because the local weld of the metal is affected by high temperature in the welding process, every temperature is always uneven after the completion of welding. so in the cooling process, the temperatures of the different dots cause different contractions .This situation will lead to internal forces. These forces will eliminate external variant part outside, but the internal residues still exist. They are the welding residual stresses. This paper mainly introduces the principle of laser ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology and laser ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology about the application and research of the residual stress in metal welding.

Abstract: According to the function requirement of humanoid robot, advance a distributed control system of humanoid robot control system which use AVR (Mega2560) microcontroller as its main computer. The ATmega168 SCM acts as the core chip of the Joint controller, it receives instructions by serial port communicating with the main computer, and output byte signal, which processed by 74HC595 will finally turn into PWM signal and realize the servo control. Experiments show that the proposed control system is stable and feasible.

Abstract: The problem of Digital Divide has become increasingly serious with the advance of information technology. The paper describes the connotation of the Digital Divide briefly, and analyzes the related problems in the development of Chinese E-government from three aspects: regional differences, differences between urban and rural areas, age differences. Learning from the experiences of developed countries and regions, the paper gives the countermeasures from following aspects: strengthening IT research to create conditions for bridging the Digital Divide, caring for vulnerable groups in the educational policy, eliminating information privilege and maintaining information fair, universalizing the services of E-government.

Abstract: With the automotive popularization, energy dilemma and environmental problems are further severe. Now the mechanic vibration energy recovery devices which have been invented could not break the bottleneck of low energy recovery efficiency and bad high frequency response. This system is based on hydro-electric reclaiming energy vibration damper electric control rectifying valve with independent intellectual property rights, and is composed with electrical and hydraulic multi-system, converting the automobile suspension vibration energy to electric energy to recycle. Compared with the same kind products, this system avoids their shortcomings and has great advantages. Through automatic and accurate rectification control on liquid flow, the system is able to improve system high-frequency response characteristics, reduce system energy loss, and enhance the system working reliability. This paper will present Automotive Reclaiming Energy Vibration Reduction System Based on Electric Control Rectifying Valve in 7 parts.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to establish a set of knowledge base management system based on the informationization of college education. In this study , focused on the practical problems in college education administration, information technolgy was used to establish a set of integrate knowledge base. Based on analysis of backgrounds of knowledge database, aims and significances, etc., the framework of educaion informationization system was studied, the model of education informationization system contents and the problems might face were demonstrated, and the development, utilization and management of the system were also investigated.

Abstract: This research focus on the influence of the network convergence to the cable TV network enterprises. Based on the literature review, status quo and case study, this research combines the collection of open questionnaires, generalizes the influencing factors of the cable TV networks transformation that involve external and internal factors. The influence of external factors is evaluated by the influence of each factor to the component elements of the model, while that of the internal factors is estimated through that to the enterprises competitive advantage. Therefore, this research establishes the structural equation model, followed by the corresponding hypotheses and tests.

Abstract: Since 20th century, sea has been more and more important for human beings. A lot of sea-floor observatory has been built or planned to be built. In order to meet the requirements of the sea-floor observatory, a communication which must handle thousands of connections at the same time is designed. It is designed based on Apache MINA and then some optimization has been done. After optimization, tests show that it can handle more than 20000 connections simultaneously.

Abstract: Selecting a weapon system is an unstructured, complex decision problem with lots of aspects that must be considered. This paper presents a hybrid approach for use in the selecting of weapon systems. The hybrid approach combines analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Information Entropy Method (IEM) to assign weights to the criteria to be used in weapon systems selection. These weights are then inputted into a TOPSIS (the technique for preference by similarity to ideal solution) model to determine the best alternative among the weapon systems. At last, a case is studied to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. Results indicate that decision support provided by the approach could offset the shortcomings better than AHP alone and therefore provide more reasonable decisions.
