Abstract: The fatigue performances of two types of automotive frame steel include WL510 and WL590 are test with both traditional up-and down method and two dimensional method. In order to take the thickness effect into account, two series of WL510 samples with 6mm and 8mm thickness respectively are selected. Some important parameters of the two dimensional up-and-down method is introduced. Six cases of testing using two dimensional method are compared with the tradition one. Results shows that the fatigue limits of two dimensional method are much closer to the full sample results than the traditional one dimensional method. When the number of the test samples decreases, the deviation becomes larger, and the deviation is still very large even use two dimensional method when the test is with very few samples. In order to guarantee the result accuracy, at least 4 stress pairs are suggested be kept in the test.

Abstract: The reliability index of powerplant was allocated with the score allocation method. Based on the unit reliability growth test, the DYANE model was used to analyze the reliability growth trend of the ignition system. With the dual ignition system, the reliability of the ignition portion and the safe reliability of the powerplant were improved.

Abstract: The paper developed a pendulum impact testing machine. The impact testing machine is mainly used for dynamic mechanical properties testing and anti-destructive testing for the steering assembly. The mechanical system of testing machine adopts the impact type of pendulum acceleration of gravity. It adopts optical-electricity encoder to control the pendulum angle of oscillation. The movement of the pendulum is controlled by gear reducer motor and clutch. The curve of the impact force changing along with the time is half-sine wave during the whole process.

Abstract: Pressure hull is an important part of an underwater glider, on which the study was designed to ensure that it has sufficient strength and stability, the smallest weight, as well as the maximum internal deployment of space and load capacity. In order to find the best initial design solution of the pressure hull, this paper analyzes the design process of underwater vehicle systematically. After the shape and material selection of the main body and end cover, structural analysis and size optimization of pressure shell for autonomous underwater glider carried out by the finite element analysis tool Ansys Workbench, and the simulation results paves the way for the pressure test verification.

Abstract: When widening a road different settlements and pavement cracking along the joint between the old and new embankments often appear. The effects on old embankment which are caused by new embankment with additional load are analyzed with finite element method based on D-P model, through the comparative analysis of the field monitoring data information and result of finite lement numerical simulation.The results indicate that the construction of new embankment induces unacceptable differential settlements between the center and the shoulder of old embankment, cent gold embankment moves upper and lower slightly near the center line; old road shoulder has larger horizontal displacement outward pointing to lateral side of the road; new embankment near the slope angle has larger horizontal displacement pointing to medial side of the road, the position of maximum settlement appears in the center of embankment surface during widening, moves outside gradually, and shows certain regularity.

Abstract: In this paper, a numerical simulation method based on fractal theory is presented to simulate lightning attachment points on airplane. The dielectric breakdown model is used to simulate the fractal growth of the lightning leaders, which meets physical mechanisms and geometric characteristics of nature lightning. The process of the airplane struck by lightning is simulated according to the relevant provisions about aircraft lightning attachment points test in standard SAE-ARP5416. The distribution of aircraft lightning attachment points are obtained through substantial repeated simulation. Because the probability distribution of lightning attachment obtained through the simulating is almost in line with those obtained through actual aircraft flight test, the validity of the proposed method is verified.

Abstract: Excavation blasting has a great impact on the buildings, therefore, it is important to control blasting vibrations. In this paper, based on the time-energy density analysis and wavelet packet analysis for measured data of blasting vibrations, some useful results can be concluded. Firstly, the energy of Millisecond Detonator Blasting (MDB) vibration signals in the 0~200Hz band accounts for 90.06% of the total energy, and its advantage energy mainly distribute in low-frequency band. However, the energy of Digital Electronic Detonator Blasting (DEDB) vibration signals in the 0~600Hz band is 96.08% of the total energy, its advantage energy mainly distribute in wider band. Moreover, the time-energy density curve of DEDB doesnt have the abrupt and separated fluctuation, which indicates the interference and superposition of DEDB are very distinct. The controlled DEDBs and tunnel support measures of this project have achieved a good effect. The comprehensive benefits are remarkable and it has an important significance for improving the level of blasting technology.

Abstract: At present, resources and environment situation is not optimistic in our country, therefore, the 11th five-year plan outline points out "energy conservation and emissions reduction. The use of solar energy, wind energy, hydrogen and other clean energy power generation technology continues to advance, at the same time, the use of idle energy for power generation is increasing attention. When the car passes through the deceleration strip, it can make the idle energy into power, which is very much in line with the concept of energy saving and emission reduction. This article will introduce the present situation and development prospect of road deceleration strip to generate power.

Abstract: Public railway transportation has been universally utilized in urban cities, for it faster, safer and more convenient way of transportation. Due to the development of science and technology, todays metro stations are intelligent and electronic. However, it would lead to more energy consumption while lots of electric facilities (e.g. ticket-checking system, air-conditioner, etc.) are widely operated. This article will present sorts of solutions to decrease the energy consumption on metro station, utilizing energy recuperation ticket-checking systems. Firstly, the feasibility of this solution would be proved by the data based on the research of Chinas urban railway transportation systems. And then several current solutions on energy recuperation ticket-checking systems will be analysis. As the most important, the tendency of this type of ticket-checking system will be illustrated. Finally, the prospect of energy recovering gates will be given at the last of thesis.
