Abstract: The present experimental and analytic study reports a new thermoelectric generation (TEG) system, working with heat exchangers to produce electricity from a limited hot surface area. Results are obtained for generators using a coupling condition of heat-flow and flow-solid coupling analysis to obtain the temperature, heat, pressure field of heat exchanger. These fields couple together to solve the multi-field coupling of the flow, solid, heat, and then the simulation result is compared with the test bench experiment of TEG, providing a theoretical and experimental basis for the present new exhaust gas waste heat recovery system.

Abstract: Served as alkaline-surfactant-polymer flooding for the enhanced oil recovery, alkaline-surfactant-polymer has widely been employed for Chinese oil production. In the practical opinion, the silicate scaling, which was formed by alkali, would harm layer gradually and affect oilfield production seriously. For the reason, in this paper, the phase diagrams of silicate scale were obtained in three different systems, including single silicon system, calcium/ magnesium/ silicon coexistence system, and calcium/ magnesium/ silicon/ aluminum coexistence system. The results showed that, other ions would affect the morphology and process of silicate scaling. In the experimental research range, silicate scaling is more easily to form with the lower temperature or pH value. The mixing scale was formed by absorption of silicate scale on the surface of carbonate scale. The aluminosilicate was formed by aluminum ions and silicon. The silicon scale forecasting model and equation of three different systems in ASP flooding with alkali was set up according to lab date. Abstract: The rutting not only affects the driving comfort, but also often results in traffic accidents, so it is necessary to study the mechanism of the rutting. In order to study the mechanism, a precision rutting detector is designed. In the paper, the measuring theory and the whole design of the precision rutting detector are introduced. The experiment shows that the precision rutting detector has high precision and reliability.

Abstract: In order to better implement ratio production of coaly similar material, make use of research results of existing similar materials, consult domestic and foreign documents, and combined with the needs of their own experiment, determine the requirements for coaly similar material, propose a selective condition of similar raw materials, and according to the condition determining a selective content and range of similar raw material. Compared with the advantages and disadvantages of uniform design method and the orthogonal experiment design, put forward the corresponding experimental design, and its uniform dispersion was studied, the research show that the use of uniform design method that used in the ratio and manufacture of coaly similar material, which is very reasonable, its research results provide the basis and foundation for the future experimental research of similar material.

Abstract: Hydraulic fracturing is a stimulation method with broad prospects, and it has been widely used in oil production, shale gas development all over the world. This paper briefly introduced the production process of fracturing, summarized the main fracturing equipments of manufacturing enterprises in Western counties, and compared a part of fracturing pumps. Then this work introduced some fracturing truck products from Chinese domestic fracturing equipment manufacturers. Finally, the author put forward her prospects about the development of fracturing equipment in the future: combination between manufacturing and production, developing high-power but easy-to-move and network controlled products.

Abstract: Imaging model of double CCD camera based on pinhole camera model and distortion model is introduced, and the fundamental matrix is presented. Distortion model is led into the fundamental matrix calibration. Based on the imaging model of Z. Zhangs calibration method, fundamental matrix is carried out. Pixel coordinate for calibration is modified by cameras interior parameters and distortion coefficients. Base on the imaging model of double CCD camera, measurement model for cam spacing is established. Cam spacing is measured by the feature of cam edge. In experiments, accurate pixel coordinates of model plane were used in calibration. The distance between a point and its corresponding epipolar line was estimated as the error. The measurement results show that the accuracy of proposed method satisfied the monitoring requirements of the axial positioning error of the cam piece.

Abstract: The basic theory involved in the coupled thermal mechanical analysis is presented briefly. Base on the contact theory, friction heat generation theory and heat transfer theory, the heat distribution ratio between the disc and brake pad is determined, a 3D transient heat conduction differential equation and corresponding boundary conditions are established. Finally, according to the analysis requirement, the business analysis software ABAQUS is chosen as sequentially coupled thermal mechanical analysis solver. In order to know the temperature of discs friction surface during the cycle braking and continuous braking processes, a sequentially coupled thermal mechanical analysis model of the disc is established according to the energy dissipation theory. The temperature field and stress field of the disc during emergency braking, repeat braking and continuous braking processes are carried out based on this model.

Abstract: Based on the finite element method, the contact analysis on the tripod constant velocity joint widely used in the car was conducted. The settings of material attribute, boundary conditions processing, and the contacting setting of constant velocity joint used in the finite element software ANSYS Workbench were expounded. Through the contacting analysis, the contacting situation of stress was acquired, and it is concluded that the fatigue life and safety factor of the whole universal joint. This article has a certain practical value to study universal joint weak part under the action of fatigue, and provides a reference for the universal joint design and improvement.
