Abstract: This paper introduces the working principle of adaptive USB fast charging based on Quick Charge 2.0 protocol, and introduces in detail wall plug charger interface chip CHY100 with supporting this kind of protocol. CHY100 integrates all the necessary elements, can add Quick Charge 2.0 platform features to the AC-DC wall plug charger.

Abstract: Using optical fiber sensing technology to monitor the micro-deformation of the contacts for electric connectors. In this paper, the test scheme on the micro-deformation of the contacts of electric connectors is established; the micro-deformation test circuit is designed; and micro-deformation detecting test of the contacts for the electrical connectors is conducted under different temperature stresses conditions. Finally, the feature of the deformation affected by high temperature is analyzed.

Abstract: Two-dimensional numerical research has been carried out on the ablation effects of metal silver target irradiated by high intensity pulsed ion beam (HIPIB) generated by TEMP type accelerator. Temporal and spatial evolution of the ablation process of the target during a pulse time has been simulated. We have come to the conclusion that the melting and evaporating process begin from the surface and the target is ablated layer by layer when the target is irradiated by the HIPIB. Meanwhile, we also obtained the result that the average ablation velocity in target central region is about 4 m/s, which is far less than the ejection velocity of the plume plasma formed by irradiation.

Abstract: A rapid quality detection system for multiple micro-holes fabricated by electrochemical machining (ECM) is proposed by studying on the optical features of multiple micro-holes. First, the edge of multiple micro-holes is detected exactly with the digital image processing techniques. Second, the multiple micro-holes are recognized through image skeleton extraction and region segmentation algorithm. Then, the least square circle fit arithmetic; the new roundness measurement algorithm and the surface roughness measurement method are synthetically used in the processing of geometric feature recognition of each micro hole. Finally, the practical results prove that the rapid quality detection system is provided with a fast detection speed and high precision for meeting the quality inspection requirement of multiple micro-holes.

Abstract: In this paper, a gas stove and range hood integrated intelligent control system based on wireless communication is introduced. This system enables range hood running through wireless communication without human intervention, and gas stove can directly and automatically control the opening, the wind speed and closed of range hood. Compared to traditional gas stove and range hood, it implements the gas stove and range hood work together to make the operation more safe, convenient and fast. Through experimental test, the proposed design is feasible to achieve the gas stove and range hood integrated intelligent control system design requirements.

Abstract: With the continuous expansion of China's bearing industry, rolling bearing life testing machine is becoming increasingly important in the enterprises. Due to its high cost and the complexity of controlling, it is relatively difficult to develop them. Therefore in the medium and small enterprises they are seldom used. In the present study we improve the hydraulic loading control system of the ABLT-5A rolling bearing life testing machine. In addition, we apply mathematical modeling for the control system and simulation analysis by MatLab software, in order to spread and promote the rolling bearing life testing machine in the medium and small enterprises, especially to conduct corresponding researches on the control precision and stability of the hydraulic loading control system.

Abstract: Quad-rotor is a multi-variable and strong coupling system which has nonlinear and uncertainties. According to the quad-rotor, a dynamic model of attitude which included uncertainty parameters and unknown disturbances was established. The tracking error state was used to design a slide mode surface, and a Lyapunov function which includes slide mode surface and unknown parameter was built. Further more, a robust adaptive control law was designed. At last, the designed control law was simulated, and the results justify the feasibility of the proposed control law.

Abstract: This paper introduced a new modular multi-level converter (MMC), which could enhance the voltage and power level by sub-converter modules in series and was easy to extend to any level of output. Its structure and working mechanism were described. By analyzing the energy transfer performance of STATCOM based on MMC working conditions in the unbalance compensation, this paper studied compensation control theory in unbalanced complex conditions. To obtain compensation control response speed faster and better compensation effect, a comprehensive compensation control strategy was proposed based on direct current control mode. The simulation results show the strategy has a better tracking precision and response speed for the unbalance compensation current.
