Abstract: We investigate the dynamical behavior of quantum discord for the coupling qubits that placed in squeezed vacuum reservoir and initially in decoherence-free subspace (DFS). The results show that the DFS for resisting the effects from environmental decoherence and disentanglement is not the DFS of quantum discord. We also find that under certain conditions, the quantum discord and entanglement perform completely inversely versus the squeezed parameters. The quantum discord is controlled by the squeezed parameters, especially in the initial stage of the evolution, the bigger the parameter is, and the longer the time of initial death will be.

Abstract: The research object is the motion attitude of the high-speed tracked vehicles climbing over the vertical wall. The new calculation method is used in calculating certain parameters of the equation and establishing the equation of driving characteristics. The changing equations of the pitch angle and roll angle when the high-speed tracked vehicles crossing the obstacles can be obtained. The analysis results show that the motion attitude when the high-speed tracked vehicles crossing the obstacles is related to the terrain parameters, the tracked vehicle parameters, the initial velocity when crossing the obstacles, and the motion attitude can be expressed by the mathematics equations. These results provide the research-based and the theory support for the modal and analysis of the high-speed tracked vehicles crossing over the obstacles, which have high practical value.

Abstract: Blanking finite element analysis model of non-metallic material PET insulation spacer was established, and the influence of process parameters on blanking quality of insulation spacer was analyzed. The results show that the qualified cross-section quality, the high dimensional accuracy and the little bending distortion of blanking workpiece can be obtained by the reasonable blanking clearance and the higher blanking speed. The corresponding experiment was carried out, the results show that the process parameters of insulation spacer blanking obtained by numerical simulation are feasible, and the qualified insulation spacer was produced by the simulation results.

Abstract: An entire forging process for heavy long-axis forgings was divided into three steps:squaring, stretching, chamfering and rounding. Researches of forging process are now focused on the optimization of stretching, but the effect of squaring or chamfering and rounding on the forging quality is neglected. This article is in view of the problems that titanium alloy heavy long-axis forgings were prone to crack and forging process parameters were not easy to control in squaring. Using the Deform software, from strain, damage, forging required load it analyzed that the fillet radius of V-shaped anvil edge influenced quality of titanium alloy heavy long-axis forgings of different diameters in squaring, then we concluded the best combination between diameter of titanium alloy heavy long-axis forgings and fillet radius of V-shaped anvil edge. It provides basis for improving the quality of this kind of forging in squaring.

Abstract: This paper describes the CMM main error sources and their classification, Dynamic error of flotation blocks vibration due to a single degree of freedom is for analysis, the use of the Navier - Stokes equations and mathematical modeling equations of Newtonian mechanics, the establishment of finite element model and simulation analysis, the movement of the coordinate measuring machine in the dynamic stress and deformation and vibration conditions for the design of coordinate measuring machine provides a new approach.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the structure and process of an automobile with the switch case plastic parts,using injection molding numerical simulation software to analyze the position of gate,warpage and shrinkage. It provides design basis for the mold structure optimization. Finally, this article uses UG Mold Wizard platform to finish the package of structure design of injection mold completely,and solve the parting problems of complex surface .Realizing the plastic parts of the CAD / CAE / CAM computer-aided design, greatly shorten the development cycle.

Abstract: From analysis and design,it concluded that innovation was the key to promoting the development of product design.The scheme of the clean trolley functional innovative design was proposed in this paper, which includes the transmission mechanism, sweeping brush mechanism and Sprinkling mechanism.In design processing,the 3-dimensional model of clean trolley was established and the motion simulation analysis was also presented.The results showed that the presented scheme satisfy the design requirements and have the better performance.
