Abstract: An appropriate analysis of pore pressure models under irregular loading effects is provided. the model is based on liquefaction test with the constant amplitude loading and pore pressure model, based on the accumulated principle of residual pore pressure, using the differential method: superposition method and optimization method. Using constant amplitude loading liquefied test, and artificial modulation irregular load liquefied test and earthquake wave input dynamic triaxial liquefied test on model, the system has been tested, the result displayed: (1) the model can better simulate the results of constant amplitude loading liquefied test; (2) the model can better describe the trend on artificial modulation irregular load liquefied test results (3) the model can describe pore-pressure growth law under earthquake wave, and also can better analysis on differential pore-pressure under different type of earthquake wave (4) the model has less parameters, can analysis of pore-pressure in real time, easy to use.

Abstract: A simplified model of self-balance screen was constructed by using SolidWorks, and then imported into the Simulation to analysis its structure and modal. The stress distribution, deformation and structural natural frequency, mode shapes under static loads of the self-balance vibrating screen were calculated to provide theoretical basis for the following analysis of the dynamic characteristics and structure optimization design of vibrating screen.

Abstract: Jet repulsion is the most difficult issue in the multineedle electrospinning process. This study aims at reducing the jet pulsion by designing the spinneret. Three different multijet electrospinning configutations are used to study the jet repulsion in multijet electrospinning process. The experimental results shows that adding a PTFE cylinder to the traditional multineedle electrospinning setup can reduce the jet repulsion, but the diameter and irregularity of the resultant fiber other increased. A needleless electrospinning setup using a multihole plate to replace the needles can reduce jet repulsion effectively, reduce fiber diameter and irregularity as well. And the electric fields of the three electrospinning configurations are simulated by finite element method to explain the experiment results.

Abstract: Based on finite element analysis software ANSYS, the 3D contact finite element model of carbide anvil, steel ring and cushion block were built to make heat transfer analysis, and the temperature field distribution was obtained. The indirect coupling thermal analysis of carbide anvil, steel ring and cushion block were made regarding as a whole, the Von Mises stress nephogram of them and the shear stress nephogram of carbide anvil were displayed. The stress nephogram revealed that it was liable to fracture on the edge of top surface under high pressure status, and it was also proven that the main reason of fracture was the yield of internal material defects under the action of shear stress.

Abstract: Quality indicators (precision, durability, reliability) of the mechanical products are heavily depended on their tolerance to select reasonable. According to the technical requirements and the processing program of the product in whole or in parts, the parts and components can be allocated on a reasonably tolerance, and the balance can be found between the product's features and manufacturing costs. In this paper, Pro / E modeling tools are used to design parts and assembly. In the assembly process, assembly of components designed is analyzed and synthezed by the using of CE/TOL (tolerance analysis) module of Pro/E. we obtained the percentage contribution of each unit feature to the functional requirement. A percentage contribution can help designer to decide which tolerance is tighten or loosen. The application of the tolerance analysis approacch in a simple three-dimensional sample was also discussed in this paper. Results show that this approach makes manufacturing costs and the probability of excessive interference and accuracy reduce. The accuracy of the product is improved.

Abstract: At present, the most widespread model of development for the Virtools technology is 3DS Max + Virtools, to a certain extent, this limits the application of virtual reality technology in mechanical industry. In order to solve this problem, take the machinery slider as an example, set up entity model using Pro/ENGINEER (Proe), then render the model through the 3DS Max, finally import it into the Virtools platform for interaction design, realize importing and transformation of model from mechanical CAD software to Virtools development platform.

Abstract: To study the influence of spandex on combustion behavior of textile fabrics, two kinds of nylon 6 fabrics were tested using cone calorimeter test and vertical burning test. Some key combustion parameters such as heat release rate (HRR), total heat release (THR) and rate of smoke release (RSR) were obtained from cone calorimeter test and afterflame time and damaged length from vertical burning test. Results indicated that the nylon 6 fabric containing spandex showed 21% higher HRR value. But THRs of the nylon 6 fabric containing spandex and the pure nylon 6 fabric were close. RSR curves indicated that RSR value of the nylon 6 fabric containing spandex was 73% higher than that of the pure nylon 6 fabric. The afterflame time and damaged length of the nylon 6 fabric containing spandex were much longer than that of the pure nylon 6 fabric. Spandex does accelerate the combustion behavior on Nylon fiber.

Abstract: Chromatic adaptation is one of the primary causes of color appearance phenomena. It is the core foundation to develop color appearance model and the chief application. Chromatic adaptation is an important step in color reproduction process and an important physiological and psychological process. The basic principles of chromatic adaptation and chromatic adaptation transform were studied in detail based on the color appearance modeling principles. And the related viewing conditions were also studied in this paper. The research helps to make a deeper understanding to color appearance phenomena in color reproduction and to develop and to modify the color reproduction adaptation models under different viewing conditions. It plays an important role in improving the chromatic adaptation accuracy and color reproduction quality.

Abstract: This paper presents a novel topology and the coordinating control strategy of the hybrid cascade energy storage and bi-directional power regulation device. First, the voltage gain and power transmission characteristics of isolated half-bridge DC/DC converter have been analyzed. On this basis, the coordinating control strategy of the two kinds of converters is mainly studied. Finally, a detailed bi-directional power regulation device model is established on a PSCAD/EMTDC platform.

Abstract: It is important to charge accumulator automatically on unmanned ground vehicles. A kind of inductive power charging system, with rotary type coupler and series-resonant power converter of full bridge, is designed. The working progress of resonant circuit and main circuit is simulated. The result of experiments shows that the simulation model of main circuit agrees well with practice and can instruct design of power converter in the future. The efficiency of power transferring decreases with coupler air gap increasing. The designed inductive charging device can charge accumulator with constant current while the air gap is 1.2 mm.
