Abstract: Electron beam irradiation cross-linking of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) films with the presence of N, N'- methylene bisacrylamide (MBA) were studied, improving the thermal stability. The films unirradiated and irradiated were characterized by ATR-FTIR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry and thermo gravimetric analysis. The PVA films with the presence of MBA would crosslink after irradiation. The crystallinity increased firstly and then decreased as a function of irradiation dose, while the melting temperature decreased with increasing the dose. Beside, the T30%, T50%, T90% and Tmax temperature of degradation increased as the irradiation dose increased.

Abstract: Graphite-like carbon films were deposited on DC53 steel substrate by unbalanced magnetron sputtering. The microstructures of the resultant films were investigated by Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD), respectively. Ball-on-disc tribometer was employed to analyze the tribological properties of the film. The results show that the films were dominated by sp2 sites. The surfaces are uniform and dense, the sectional morphology of the films present dense columnar crystal. The films have superior tribological properties under different loads, including low friction coefficient (0.18-0.33) and low wear rate (2.53×10-17m3/(Nm)- 8.47×10-17m3/(Nm)).

Abstract: The (Cu,Al):ZnO thin films were prepared on glass substrates by sol-gel spin coating technique.The effect of annealing temperature on the structural and optical properties of the (Cu, Al):ZnO thin film was investigated by means of X-ray diffraction and UV-vis spectrophotometer. It has been found that the grain sizes, Optical band gap and the preferred orientation growth of (002) plane were decreased with annealing temperature. the annealing temperature also played a significant role in the blue-shifted phenomenon.

Abstract: We report on the fabrication of bottom gate thin film transistors with indium oxide (In2O3) thin films as the active channel layers. The films were deposited on SiO2/Si substrate at room temperature by direct current (DC) magnetron sputtering. The ITO films were used as source and drain electrodes. The In2O3 films were structurally characterized by x-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques. The results revealed that the films were amorphous in nature. Electrical measurement has revealed that the devices operate as an n-channel enhancement mode and exhibit an on/off ratio of 106. The threshold voltage is-3V and the channel mobility on the order of 22.3 cm2/Vs has been determined.

Abstract: By researching and organizing the type and the development status of road, railway stations, shopping malls and other public spaces, combining with solving methods on sound sign from domestic and overseas, to explore the design method preliminarily on sound sign, which meet the normal and the visually impaired users. Then, as a conclusion, the design method of soundscape of a comfortable public space is to control the noise source, regulate the tone, volume, and timbre of sound sign in a reasonable way, to create the moral quality and social responsibility of the users in the soundscape, and also to protect the regionalism of soundscape.

Abstract: Power industry informational has become the general trend in new era, for power dispatching operation and mainte-nance center, how to ensure that normal operation of various software and hardware resources is a important yet unsolved problem. The paper makes full use of operation and maintence supervision method, presents a information operation and maintenance fault diagnosis model based on FP-Growth association rules algorithm for power grid enterprise. Firstly, information system operation and maintenance supervision model of power grid is described, according to power enterprise regulations and practical experience of operation and maintenance personnel, it makes a series of operation and maintenance indicators. Then above this foundation detailing the fault diagnosis model is constructed, analyzing diagnosis reasoning process under the different the case of non-compliance indicators, and applying it to the actual operation project that the power grid enterprise information system real-time monitoring plat-form (ISRMP). Finally, preliminary application of ISRMP in Information and Communication Company of Jilin Electric Power.

Abstract: The thesis is aimed at using the software development tool study on the logistics simulation system of the airport. The thoughts of software design and the software structure for developing the system based on this configuration software are presented. Meanwhile, the main functions of the system are introduced. Besides, the process of transferring database in SQL Server2000 with the configuration software, and the communication process between configuration system and Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 are introduced here. The research of logistics simulation system has great significance.

Abstract: With traffic problems becoming more prominent issues, directing traffic is no longer can be solved relying solely on human effort. Therefore, the design of traffic lights to complete this demand has become increasingly urgent. In order to ensure vehicular and pedestrian traffic at the crossroads of the smooth, clear through, electronic traffic signal control command is often used. This article describes the use of digital circuits to achieve the design of traffic lights. The paper first describes the design principles of traffic lights and the total circuits, all units were introduced in the total circuits, the final design of the circuit diagram of the test simulation. Simulation results from the experiment can be seen in this article the design of the circuit can be achieved on the control of traffic lights, and simple method for the design of traffic signal controller to provide a certain degree of meaningful research.

Abstract: It mainly introduces a speed acquisition and prompt system based on STC89C52 in this paper.In the system,STC89C52 is used as the master chip to control the system and the speed is collected by the Hall sensor.The prompt system mainly consists of two parts:the display and broadcast modules.The collected speed is displayed on the LCD and the function of broadcasting is achieved by adopting SYN6288 Chinese speech synthesis chip.The chip will synthesize the speed into speech.Meanwhile,the use of the power amplifier circuit can amplify the speech,and then the speaker output the speech.The system is used on the laboratory’s testing vehicles and can achieve the capability of real-time broadcasting the speed.
