Study on a New Chelating Fiber Adsorption of Pb(Π) and Cd(Π)

Abstract:

This work mainly described adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ) and Cd(Ⅱ) using a new chelating fiber with iminodiacetic(IDA). The chelating fiber was characterized by FT-IR and SEM, and the factors such as pH, change of time, and concentration of the initial solution on the adsorption process were discussed.
