Field application shows that the system has the advantages of simple preparation,convenient maintenance, easy transformation, drilling fluid properties can meet the requirements of drilling technology, To ensure the safe, fast, and high quality drilling of oil and gas,reduce pollution,improve the productivity of a single well.

Abstract: As a new efficient energy, the exploration work for gas hydrate increasingly attracts world attention. This paper introduces the advances in gas hydrate exploration, and then discusses the importance of applying geophysical logging in the work. Based on the characteristics of gas hydrate well log data, this paper discusses its process, and we designed and developed the gas hydrate logging processing system combined with computer technology. The applications in work showed that the system could process well log data quickly and effectively, and provide a strong support for the exploration work.

Abstract: There are 10 wells located in the Shun 9 well field in Silurian system of Shuntuoguole block, 7 of them were drilled wells. The statistics of complex drilling accidents indicated that tight pull, sticking of drill tools, pump blocked and mud loss were major types of drilling accidents in building section of horizontal wells. Specially. The high drill resistance of the formation caused low penetration rate and frequently bits replacing. As a consequence, the exploration rate in this area was severely restrained. We proposed the following three technical research directions: anti-collapse technology research, long-reach horizontal well drilling technology research and countermeasures of enhancing drilling speed segment by segment along the well.

Abstract: Daqing oilfield ASP flooding drive target gradually changes from the first reservoir to the second and third reservoir,which leads to the unequal of the reservoirs producing extent, and seriously affects the developing for ASP flooding molecule weight. On the basis of that, we optimum the Molecule Weight Adjusting Mechanism of low permeability reservoir, and use the method of control variables to change the nozzle angle of diffuser section, cylinder length, diffuser angle, nozzle angle to establish 81 models. At the same time, we simulate flow field characteristics of these models with the help of Fluent. Ultimately, the models of low pressure drop and high stick loss rate could be found. Through analyzing and contrasting large of models, we found that shrinkage angle is 30 degree models under the same pressure drop condition the stick loss rate relativity high. Simultaneously, these models are suitable for the field requirements, and can provide theoretical basis for molecular weight adjusting and optimizing structure.

Abstract: The frequency of fracturing practice in glutenite reservoir has increased gradually with the progress of exploration and development technology. Glutenite, which has properties like fast transformation in phase, great change in lithology, permeability and dip angle, irregular fracture face, disturbed flow phenomenon, severity in heterogeneity and complex pressure system,explains the low efficiency and success rate of hydraulic fracture's utilization in glutenite reservoir exploration and development. This paper features the glutenite reservoir in Songnan area, using PT software, with data of artificial fracture monitoring and well temperature etc. combined, to deal with construction curve, further explores the artificial fracture propagation mechanism. What's more, effect of in-situ stress on fracture propagation mechanism is determined and the fracturing technical measures in glutenite reservoir is also proposed with acoustic emission Kaiser experiment, both of which can effectively channel fracturing well and layer selection and design optimization, improve efficiency and success rate of hydraulic fracturing.

Abstract: Dimeric oleic acid and diethlenetriamine were used to react with chloroacetic acid to getenerate quaternary ammonium of double-alkyl and double-annular imidazolinesolid inhibitors. The synthesis result was imidazolined quaternary ammonium salt by the infrared spectroscopy. The test results show that the inhibitation efficiency is increasing with the content of double-annular imidazolinesolid inhibitors at first, and then doesn’t increase any more, when the content is up to 0.3g/L. The corrosion morphology on N80 steel surface is uniform corrosion in low concentration; when the content up to 0.3g/L, then there is only invisible sign of corrosion unless a few pitting corrosion.

Abstract: Jin 45 block of Liaohe oil field work with inverted nine-spot which has a low production-injection ratio of 3:1, but now it has a phenomenon of energy spillover. On the basis of that, design a small "back" glyph injection-production well pattern, this pattern has a higher production-injection ratio of 9:1. Petrel software makes geologic model, through the CMG numerical simulation software for steam huff and puff history matching, on the small back glyph pattern injection-production parameters optimization makes the 7.5 years of steam drive prediction. The results of the study show that: the little back glyph pattern in variable speed gas injection has the advantage of the high gas oil ratio and low production speed , more suitable for heavy oil steam drive development. It provides theoretical support for the steam drive of Jin 45 block of Liaohe oil field's expanding.

Abstract: Because of the obvious non-Darcy characteristic of fluid flowing in tight reservoirs, there is a virtual moving boundary at the flow edge, and these percolation models of fractured wells with Darcy formula are no longer applicable. Based on the threshold pressure gradient effect, the unsteady seepage flow model of vertical fractured well was established in the drain area by means of Source and Green's Functions. With the flow characteristics at the boundary of tight reservoir, the motion equation of axes of moving boundary was obtained. By Example analysis, its proved that the moving boundary is approximate circular in the far-field, and it will move slower with the increase of the threshold pressure gradient.

Abstract: There is a remarkable friction between drill string and borehole in extended-reach wells and horizontal wells due to large deviation angle, contact between drill string and borehole, non-rotation of drill string. The large friction and torque will induce blocked bit weight, low ROP, constrained drill string extension. This article summarizes the common used antifriction methods and tools in extended-reach wells, focusing on Non-Rotation Drill Pipe Protector (NRDPP), roller antifriction tools and vibration antifriction tools. The working principle, structure design, performance and field application of which are introduced. With the increasing numbering of complex structure wells which include extended-reach well and horizontal well, antifriction technology has broad prospects for development.

Abstract: The parameters of reservoir impact all the sectors of oilfield developing after flood development, so methods of separate stratum injection allocation are researched for forecasting the petroleum reservoir performance accurately. The methods of separate stratum injection allocation are significative for remaining oil distribution, injection allocation of interval and the level of exploitation and administration in high water cut stage. First, we should derive injection-withdrawal ratio (IWR), gradient of pressure and water cut by material balance equation.The injection allocation of single well,injection wells and property of interval are determined by the research of split coefficient.We find the reservoir small error, lower water cut, high degree of reservoir recovery by anaysising the results of separate stratum injection allocation.The results show that separate stratum injection allocation is scientific and reasonable, simple and applied for the oil field in high water cut stage.
